Well organized, clean and unlimited affordable options to choose from. I haven’t bought anything yet, but I definitely will be back. The marketing with the dogs and his owner is also 10/10 as a pet lover it pulls on my heart strings haha

Good price and service. On time for the install. Easy payment process. Just wish they vacuumed up the leftover carpet tufts (Pile? Nap? Fibers? Not sure what they call these pieces).

Thank you to End Of the Roll on King George St in Surrey. The staff were very helpful and considerate. It was a holiday and the store was closing early but they helped me through my purchase without complaint. I had even made a mistake with measurements and the owner was happy to accommodate me. They were kind and gracious. Great customer service!

Parm, the owner of the company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and very dismissive towards our claims. .Our installation went completely wrong, one of the installers was partially blind and made lots of damage to our place. Parm, the owner didn't want to take any responsibility for wrong doing. In fact, he made things even worst. I have never experienced such a bad treatment, I am absolutely shocked and disgusted with the owner, Parm! I would strongly encourage to stay away from Surrey end of the roll!!! September 15/2021 I am writing in response to your response to my review. I am quite astonished that you have audacity to suggest that we left happy . We were very angry and disappointed but Parm didn’t seem to care. In fact, he told us if we are not happy, we can go to court. We decided not to proceed as we no longer wanted to deal with Parm. I have nothing else to say . Don’t bother to reply to my response . It’s not going to be honest !! Stay away from Surrey End of the Roll.

These guys were great. Needed some lvp for a reno. Picked up a fabulous product at resonable price. Material arrived as promised and they took back a few left over boxes with no issue.

Great prices and service. Paul Brar was great to deal with & his installers got the installation done without any scuff marks to the new walls. They also collected all of their mess & placed in bags. Will definitely buy from this company again

Excellent workmanship and amazing customer service from End of the Roll Surrey from start to finish by Paul and his team. Our condo's carpets were very damaged by ex-tenants so we needed new carpets. We went to End of the Roll Surrey to take a look, because we saw they had very high reviews by others. The staff we met was very friendly and he showed us different carpets and pricing within our budget. He explained everything to us in detail and we ended up choosing a lovely soft light grey carpet. They came to remove our old carpet and install new ones. Everything was a smooth process from their end from start to finish. Went through multiple contractors for flooring quotes when we purchased our new home. Usually I go with smaller contractors to save money but End of the roll beat everyone's prices by far. Parm & Rick made the sales process very smooth and got us the best product for our needs . Bal was part of the installation and came in even on off days during the heatwave this summer to make sure the work was done on time for us to move in. Overall highly recommend getting flooring through them, don't waste your time elsewhere

My experience at end of the Roll was fantastic. My husband and I took my mother in law to look for carpet for her bedroom. Lucky for us not only did she find something soon after we got there, but she also chose flooring for her kitchen and bathroom as soon as she walked in. We found there was alot of selection to choose from. And there was a wide selection of area rugs too which we will purchase in the near future. Our sales associate Parm made our experience enjoyable and stress free. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely refer this location to friends and family. We were very grateful we purchased our engineered hardwood through End of the Roll Surrey location. Sandy provided great service even delivering samples directly to our home and arranging to be in the store when we could pick up our order during the pandemic. He provided excellent and friendly customer service with so much flexibility. End of the Roll has a good variety of choices for flooring options with fair and competitive pricing. Sandy even negotiated our restocking fee that we had to pay when returning extra unneeded product. We would recommend using them and would definitely use them again ourselves.
