Worse ever. The cashier charged me more than the original price and when I disagreed with the price , he excused himself as a new worker there. Waited for the manger for 30 min to fix the issue but she was very rude about it . She also lied about exchanging items policy. I can not believe how a dishonest person can stay in a business like that.

I have not experienced this level of rudeness in Canada that I begin to think the employees of this store are racist. As customer you get mocked of asking questions. The attitude and disrespect you will get is unbelievable. As much as I want to support the sponsor of swimming club, the staffs need to have some basic manners and respect for people. I will be shopping else where and will be sharing my bad experience with others to warn people not to shop here.

Friendly staff who helped me get prescription goggles. The store is quite small so I would recommend calling in to make sure what you are looking for is in stock.

I was there on September 9th, looking for the goggles for me and my friend. The lady at the store was so nice, patient and pro. I definitely will recommend my friends this store if they need any swimming supplies. Giving a 10 out of 10 for the experience here!

I bought a solid color one piece swimsuit online at the Black Friday sale. This is the second time buying the same style women's swimsuit from TAS. Whether shopping in their store or online, it is a very good experience. The customer service explained carefully and replied as soon as possible. I thought it would take another two weeks to pick up the goods at the designated store, but I didn't expect to receive the arrival notice so soon. I am so happy. Let's support local companies and stimulate the economic cycle.

Items are overpriced but you can’t find such a vast collection of aquatic supplies in bigbox stores. Staff are not very nice or maybe not trained well.

What a great experience. Thanks to Annick, I have the perfect bathing suit with the perfect fit. I also have a mask that allows me to swim endlessly without water getting in. She was helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. So happy I found them!

It was my first visit and Aneek(spelling?) was very helpful when I purchased training fins. She allowed me to try on a pair in my size that felt a bit uncomfortable in the toe box. I tried the next size up and she assessed that the fins were too big and would not be functional. She assured me that the previous pair of fins that I tried would be comfortable in the water and would stretch in time. She was correct. I love my Speedo fins. I perused their selection in bathing suits and accessories and it was comprehensive and competitive. I will definitely shop at Team Aquatic for future supplies

Came here to buy a bathing suit. I like the suit but I'm unhappy that there were two prices on the suit - the manufacturers suggested retail price and the store price. The manufacturers suggested retail price was $85, but the store price, that was not as visible, was $94. I mistakenly believed the suit was a lower price because I was in a hurry and didn't look carefully. That's quite a mark up from the suggested price and I feel like it's poor form to have two prices displayed.

This store carries good selection of swimsuits for competitive swimmers. But staff isn’t trains well. They were busy chatting about co-workers driving skills. They don’t greet to customers. They don’t check inventory for customers. I was told If it’s not on shelf they don’t have in stock without checking. I bought at this store because I needed next week. If you have enough time, I don’t recommend shopping at this store. I will shop online with other stores. Also this store carries limited selection for size “XS and S”. I will shop at other store for next swimsuit.
