Visited recently. Booked appointment through customer center but doctor was out of country. Hospital told us no communication from them. No email response. No what's app update. Wasted travel of 150 kms. Just used as walk in patient, but other duty doctors are not specialist just to manage crowd. Very normal common treatment So not a satisfying visit. We could have done the same at home town. Wasted a day and travel. But good ambience Nominal cost. Maybe in-house customer service also good But overall experience... sorry. Let's see next time.

Service is just awesome. Cost is affordable. Reception staff could make patients feel welcoming. Cash counter is very slow. The cash collecter recorded my Credit Card Expiry date on the database which is confidential information. This should be stopped. Quite scary.

Happened to visit this hospital few times in the last month for 2 eye surgery and for an eye infection. The Hospital atmosphere is friendly, clean and you won't find them as Alien. During our first visit a person noted down our Basic information for registration and subsequently we were called out to different rooms for various basic eye tests. Then we consulted the Doctors. The Doctors replied to all our queries and doubts and were never in a hurry. Regarding Eye Procedure, we were clearly told the options available for the Eye conditions upfront, so there are no doubts about it, in our mind. Also they clarified the reason for the high cost of the lens in our case. The Systems are clearly in place and it takes care of what needs to be followed up after the Eye procedure. You can be assured that you are in safe hands. However, there are few improvements that can be done albeit minor: 1. Ensure, that the respective confirmation of appointment messages is sent to the correct person as in our case (the confirmation for 2 appointments were sent to the same number). 2. Was waiting for more than 2 hours in my first visit after Eye dilation; Observed many who came after me were consulting the doctor before me after dilation. This can be avoided. 3. The location of the hospital in google maps is incorrect, and it took us to the other side of the flyover during our maiden visit! This is an important thing for the people like me coming from neighbouring towns & villages! Please write to google for correcting it.

The treatment and the cooperation from the staff is excellent. The only trouble is that the appointment time and the actual time of seeing the patient is very late. Like many other Hospitals appointment time with the actual consultation should not exceed more than one hour. Patients coming from far off places have to wait hours for treatment especially surgical treatment. Otherwise very nice environment and good service. God Bless you.

I underwent LASIK eye surgery here and immediately right after that, the vision test resulted in me still having a small power. I had to live with it. After a year, they advised me to wear glasses and gave anti-dryness drops. I am not happy with their service. Few I know who have also undergone LASIK surgery here have similar issues. I wouldn't recommend to friends and family.

Newly constructed building. Friendly and welcoming ambience. Neat and clean. ✨👌 Has good and comfortable seating in the lobby and also in consultation floors. 🛋️ As they recently moved to this building, currently the canteen is on a small scale on the top floor. Hope it will be improved with more dishes and better chairs. 🍽️ Overall, a well managed hospital in Tirunelveli and had a good customer experience. 🤝👏👍

Sofar visited 5 times i beleive, today it made me to share my bad experience with you. Emergency patients are not allowed to consult às quick but if you know someone in hospital means they are helping them to consult às quick. (October 3rd) Surgery was done successfully 1 month before and there is no issue, thanks to all Doctors and staff. Yesterday(2-10-2022) afternoon there was a sudden pain in the eye and head, so called immediately for an appointment but unfortunately due to Sunday there is no emergency consultation available which is really disappointment(pain came by 12pm and hospital will close by 1pm understood this also). So I asked them to put an appointment as emergency by tomorrow (3-10-2022) till now no appointment confirmed and now in hospital (11:30am). As this was emergency i asked them for direct consultation as first with doctor but they are following some rule to check the vision power first. The receptionist is not understanding the issues what the patient is having which is again very worst experience i had with this hospital. 1 Star ⭐ (September month) Came for checkup and for registration it took approximately 1hr... Due to network issues. Network issues I can understood but with alternative network there is no initiative taken to process the registration. Atleast some manual registration they would process on that time. Appointment system was good and there is no much consultation waiting time. Here i can give 4 star 🌟 (August month), Operation has been done and Doctor consultation was very good and impressed on his detailed explanation about the injury on eye. I can give 5 star ✨

Hospital infrastructure is very good and staffs were trying to maintain a standard and systematic procedure. Cons: booking appointment should be followed properly , I booked appointment for 9 o’clock and doctor came only at 10 ‘o clock . Hospital management should maintain punctual as time is very important for everyone and that makes cost to all. Hope this will be improved. Overall best hospital to consider for eye checkup and treatment.

Nice First of all we feel good at first time of visit. But the doubts are not exactly explained at earlier stage. First they tell the details of package and give the choice to choose the packages. If we decide this package was suitable for ourselves then they check and explain it will not suite or will suit for your self. So please avoid this kind of checking. Once you check throughly after that, tell these packages are suitable for your self, so you will select your package with your way. I think this was missing in Aggarwal. And attenders are not permitted with patient before surgery in the waiting room and dosages are not explained with patients. Other things like hospitality and services are very Good. It's my point of view only.

Visited to get a diagnosis on my lazy eye. Impressive facility with great equipment. Staff were very friendly, highly professional and accommodating. Moreover, I would highly recommend this place for the punctuality when taking appointments - unlike many other medical facilities around.

My mother in law got treated for cataract surgery here. Service is excellent and all staff were very kind and friendly and guided my in-laws at every stage. All procedures were neatly explained and they follow systematic organization throughout.

Have visited for my mom's cataract treatment, The doctors are too good, they are very much concerned on the patients and were explaining whatever doubts I asked, The tests that we took inside have taken a lot of time, especially the ECG, blood test and pressure checking alone took around 3.5 hours, this need some attention from the management, Otherwise the hospital is too good. Very good ambience, caring doctors.

Hospital was clean and well maintained. The processes were also quite streamlined. The eye checking rooms were a bit small and cramped - they could be bigger. The doctor also took good care and time while treating. Agarwals seems like the new age version and better than Aravind.

The hospital is very clean and the people working there are kind and patronizing and even the doctor listens to our answers very well and attentively. Hospital is very neat and hygienic . But there is no hygiene in Toilets. In Toilets, Door, washbasin, and health pipes are not good. Even there is no hand wash in Toilets and canteen washbasins. Rain water is stored in car parking area. This place is very mud. Need maintenence in car parking area.

Am impressed by the confidence and skill of Dr.Lionel and how well he explained to us that gave us comfort and trust. The pre surgery tests, counseling, preps, post surgery and the discharge was well taken care by Ms Cinthy and Shailate. Amazing customer service. Only thing i feel to be improved is the private rooms for post op admission. With that, I would choose this place anyday.

Everything is very good, except for the timing that they maintain. When people are booking their appointments, they should be given preferences and their time must be valued. People are traveling all the way down for a checkup and they make them waiting for half day to full day. Definitely need to improve the appointment bookings procedure and the timings that every patient spent in the hospital. Apart from this timing issue, we can't complaint anything about their treatment or their friendly staff...

The treatment and staff behaviour was by and large ok. However, crowd management was horrible. I had to physically stand for over 45 minutes on my first visit. While we were waiting before a particular room, suddenly the concerned technician left (later could understand that she had taken lunch break). She could have informed the patients accordingly, so that we could also taken a lunch break. On the surgery date we were asked to report at 8.00 am. We reached there at 7.45 am and was the third patient then. Slowly all other patients started reporting. I was called to the OT only at 11.45. after a wait of four hours. I understood all the patients were asked to report at 8.00 am. Instead if it was staggered maybe the waiting time could be reduced. Adding further woe, no bystander was allowed (they were asked to go to the ground/ first floor which was already overcrowded) and hence you can imagine the plight of patients asked to wait alone before the OT. On my post surgery the doctor was very compassionate and took time in briefing the dos and don'ts.
