Most Horrible place to stay. The rooms where smelly and the bed linen was dirty. The less you say about the Bathroom the better. The service was horrendous. During night tie yourself to the bed or else you might be carried off by Mosquitoes.

I recently stayed at this hotel. Its a very average hotel. On the plus side, the hotel has lift access, making it easy to get to my room with my luggage. The hotel is also conveniently located inside the city, which made it easy for me to get to the train station and other important locations easily. However, there were some downsides to my stay. The hotel doesn't have a water heater (has a centralized water heater at each floor and you have to carry it from one corner of the floor to your room not a best solution for elderly people. Additionally, there is no room heater or air conditioning also. I also noticed that the hotel doesn't provide regular room cleaning services, they do it based on your request only. Finally, there was no water too provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and don't mind some of the drawbacks I mentioned, then this hotel might be a good choice for you.

Pathetic, room and toilet were not cleaned properly. Celing fan was shaking and making sound of drums

Not worth for the amount being charged. Yesterday I stayed in room no. 103. Wall clock available but not in running condition. Water running speed in sink and main tap in the bath room is very slow. The rugs supplied were stinking. They must update and must visit other hotels charging same rate. Pathetic condition. I won't recommend any one

Plz don't go they this hotel and they are asking adhar card for entry.If they anyone misuse our adhar card what shall I do.This is really nonsense asking aadhar for address.i have voter id and ration card and driving licence but they are not accepting.I hat this bloody system asking everywhere adhar card.

Poor attitude of folks in reception and service. Its a cheap lodge and thats it.

Booked a room through Trivago. But we were disappointed after checking-in as it was supposed to be an AC room but got a non-AC one. Had to pay extra for an AC room. Room was satisfactory for a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom facility. But the beds were not all clean.

Worst Maintenance, lack of water facilities, unhygienic toilet, you have to think once before checkin.

Location is very near to vannarapet bridges. Decent hotel with all necessary amenities. But pricing little higher.

Hotel masa residency is just 2 km away from tirunelvelli station and its a good hotel for family and freinds . All facilities excluding food available here .rent is also low if u r new in tirunelvelli u must hv to visit and stay at this hotel.

The hotel is not properly maintained. The staff were continuously asking for the money when ever they see us and if we didn't give the money they curse on us.. one of staff rammed the window of car and arrogantly asked for the money And about the room, the room were not even hygiene and the bathrooms were hell lot of stains and the bucket they provided were of white patches all along the inner side and the there is no lock for the bathroom door in room no:202 that we stayed. Before they assign the room to us they didn't even properly check the bathroom.

The hotel was not enough clean not even they are cleaning their bathrooms it is very very bad and the bathroom is filled up with fully taking the water And the bucket and mug is not even clean it is very bad to say that that a hotel is good it is very very very poorvisiting once again I will if I am visiting to Tirunelveli I wont go to that hotel is very bad
