Today visited. They take more than 15 min for gift packing. Casually spoke in mobile and don't bother about customer is waiting. After speaking to delivery department and ask them to cancel the gift parceling. Then only they came and Hanover the items. Really not expected such incident in Thangamzyil. Regret

Have spent hours in waiting for the entire billing process in other jewellery shops where selecting the product was done quickly. But here it was seamless. Sold old gold and bought new and entire shopping including billing completed within an hour. Special kudos to Mrs. Kandari Kala who serviced us and rest of the crew who complimented her very well. Traditionally my family bought all jewellery in madurai tanga mayil jewellery in the same tought i entered the tanga mayil in tirunelveli.... I wanted to buy a anklets for my daughter.... I wanted to sell her old anklets for which they had put up a hefty 40 % wastage...and offered me 2500 rs Which i refused and saravana selvaratinam offered me 5200 rs which i bought here a beautiful anklets.... Tangamayil is very disappointing and will never go back to tangamayil..... Thank you for your reply but with due respect i dont have time to waste on calling..... Be rest assured you have lost your loyal customer..... I am not going back to tanga mayil..... Thank you.... Cheers
