Huge shopping complex maintained by The Chennai Silks that sells almost everything from tradition and western clothes for women, men and kids to your daily household accessories like doormats, pillows, bedspreads and women’s accessories like hair bands, rubber bands, fancy clips, bindis etc... One suggestion is the shop could also sell safety pins and slides since they are necessary accessories when one purchases sarees. The staff are hospitable and show you around relentlessly after understanding your needs. The manager was courteous and humble to accept feedback. The saree and salwar ranges are remarkable that one day won’t be enough to go through all of their collection. Elevators and stairs are available to take you to the different floors within the shop. Interior is well done.

Too many cooks will spoil the broth.. there are too many staff to guide customers but no one knows the details of where to find things.. I spent about half an hour looking for something simple which was neatly stacked and kept but no one knew the details., pathetic state .. I left without buying after wasting my time and was shocked to see the over staffing .

A wider car parking and bike parking in basement. We can reach show room directly from basement through lift. Another obe buisness here is Sri kumaran Thangamaligai. Workers are very kind and co-operative. They will be guiding us till we complete the payment and delivery. All top branded materials are available. Quality wise it's good. Especially for kids it's very trendy. Infront of the show room they have installed refreshment stalls( juice, coffee, puffs, somas, Vada varieties, popcorn 🍿 and many more. So you can enjoy shopping 🛍️🛍️🛍️🛍️.

The improper upkeep of the AC system led to a distressing situation for me and my family. As we shopped, the dusty vents emitted particles that triggered severe sneezing and coughing among us. Additionally, the unsettling sight of rats running on the AC vents raised serious hygiene concerns. The establishment employs a sizable AC unit to cool an entire floor, but unfortunately, the poor maintenance compromises its functionality. The accumulated dust not only affected the air quality but also impacted our well-being during the visit. It is disheartening that a renowned shopping destination like Chennai Silks falls short in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for its customers. I strongly recommend that Chennai Silks addresses these issues promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience and safeguard the health of its patrons. Adequate AC maintenance, pest control measures, and regular cleanliness checks should be implemented to uphold the standards expected from a reputable shopping establishment. Customers deserve a pleasant and hygienic environment, and addressing these concerns would undoubtedly contribute to achieving that goal.

I love kids section . And also playing section near food court. One pink colour frock my lil one always to wear it.

Good customer care. Less parking space. Based on seasons, the collection used to vary. At this June time we could see lot of collection for kids and school sets. Could get lots of collection for marriage. Billing is slow and sometimes if there is no barcode they were not able to bill.

Not satisfied bcas of delivery counter in the showroom. We brought around 2000 and at the time of delivery, we asked calendar bcas they had inside, i have seem them, but the person told like NO, its not there. Small kind of gifts also can make big difference and that too i am regular customer for chennai and nellai. Felt bad about this. Pls educate ur staff abt this.. if any purchase limit u can directly tell me or keep the board, but simply saying NO will hurt the customers.

The shopping🛍️💸 experience was wonderful and the collection was amazing👍😍. Wedding collection, party wear, marriage collection, traditional and western wear. The material was expensive and worth it for spending. There's a small cafeteria and snack on the 3rd floor and the entrance as well. Perfect place for shopping and small refreshments for family & kids.

Had a very very worst experience today at Tirunelveli at 1st floor delivery counter. Pls educate your employees how to treat customers.

They r not accepting the online payment except floor number 1.. other wise all the working staffs r in friendly nature... overall good shop.i gave 4/5 star

I purchased more than 10 dresses so I didn't checked billing process which is crt or wrong ...after reached home I shocked they billed someother dress also ( which is not suitable mine ) ...so all pls check & pay the amount

They have good saree collection. Punjabi dress and kurta collection we do not like much. Price are ok
