This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in my life. If you're American, this may be more spartan than hotels you're used to, but that's part of the price. Nothing unnecessary, just what you need. The location couldn't be better, you've got the train station right there, which is connected to a shopping center. There are two supermarkets in walking distance, and the rooms come with cooking utensils, so you can save money by cooking your own food. Even next to the station it was super quiet. When I come to Helsinki again, I will stay here.

Laatu huono, huono äänieristys huoneissa, huoneen tv:stä puuttui kaukosäädin, jääkaappi pitää kovaa ääntä, tärisee niin kovin että päällä oleva taso tärisee reilusti. Sauna oli kylmä, ei saanut löylyjä vaikka piti olla vielä yli tunnin päällä, saunassa 2kpl saippuoita, molemmat täysin loppu.

My family and I have been in 3 room apartment. Unfortunately we did not receive very good experience because place was quite dusty and some of the kitchen equipment was broken. We contacted customer service at the first day of our visit (Friday) they promised that someone will come on Sunday, but co-worker of the Forenom came just before we leave on Wednesday. Good that in our case we did have to do the final cleaning. Pluses: washing/drying machine, location (Tikkurila station), clean beds and towels, hot water in a shower. Minuses: dust on every lamp, mirror, door, plinth, TV. Than it was flying in the air. Some food on a curtains and not working kettle and kitchen hood. Overall maximum 3 stars for this week.

Kaikki tarvittava on saatu hyvin mahdutettua todella vähäisiin neliöihin. Kiertoilmauunin ja mikron yhdistelmän käytön opettelu vaati jo hieman pähkäilyä, tarvittaessa kaikkiin laitteisiin löytyi käyttöohjekirjat. Aivan vieressä olevalle juna-aseman parkkipaikalle sai auton ilmaiseen pysäköintiin, mikäli pieni lisä kävelymatkaan ei haitannut. EasyPark toimi muualla ongelmitta.

Siivoukseen voisi ehkä hieman enemmän satsata. Pienimmät löysivät teräviä lasinpalasia lattialta👎 Muuten ihan jees. Paikka on uusi ja nätisti pääsi syömään viereiseen ostoskeskukseen, rakennusten välissä olevaa lasikäytävää pitkin. Aamulla tuli palohälytin herätys, kun aasialaiset olivat kokkailleet huoneessaan🔥

Pidän tästä tyylistä, on kuin pieni yksiö, jossa oma keittiö ja keittiö välineet. Miinuksena että p-halliin joutuu sisältä hakemaan avaimen, luulisi että nykypäivänä saataisiin sekin toimimaan koodilla joka tulee puhelimeen. Sekä työpöydän puute. Kyllä, onhan siellä jakkara ja taso mutta on muuten totista tehdä ihan vaikka 5h töitä siinä tasolla jakkaran kanssa. Eka kerta kun sattui olemaan joku henkilökunnasta töissä niin sain kyllä hyvää palvelua!

Huone oli melko kuuma eikä säädettävää ilmastointia ollut. Luulimme tilatessamme että olimme varanneet huoneen lisäksi pienen olohuoneen mutta näin ei ollut. Oli ilmeisesti kalliimpi emmekä tilatessa tätä tajunneet. Aamiainen sujui itse laittaen hyvin. Kahvin/ vedenkeitin oli ja tarvittavat astiat! Oven avaus koodi oli kätevä.

Perus huoneistohotelli esim,työmatkoille. Rauhallinen ympäristö, huoneet yleensä siistejä. Olen majoittunut täälä 3 viikkoa työmatkoilla ja toiminut siihen. Vapaa-ajallani en käyttäisi forenomin palveluita kuitenkaan omaan majoitukseen.

I was positivelly surprised. For a short term stay hotel is excellent - close to the train and bus station; close to the shops and other amenities. I feel that room is not suitable for business stay as I found no facilities to enable any kind of work (desk/chair etc.). Nevertheless I feel that for leisure stay price/wuality ratio is just ok.

Nice place, beautiful apartaments and good service! Near tikkurila cemtrun so you have many placer to visit and easy different way to move around with bus or train.

The location advertised was no where near the actual location. In fact it was in a completely different suburb of Helsinki. You can maybe imagine how difficult this made getting there in the dead of night.

Clean, cosy, reasonable price and near airport. But a bit unconfy when arrived late night.

Fit for minimum living. Really tech savvy. Space cold be a little more. But whatever available is of good quality.

Good location near Tikkurila railway station. No air conditioning so really hot in summer time.

The apparhotel room I stayed in for four nights in Vantaa (Finlande) was perfect by itself ; it felt like home. What ruined my stay was the parties going on in the rooms around until 5 in the morning. The fact that, nor a polite complain to the party animals nor a call to the Customer Service didn't change a thing since there is no security service for that building, is unacceptable. My only option according to the Costumer Service would have been to call 112, an emergency center, which I didn't do since no one was dying ... This is the reason why I don't recommand this hotel if you intend on having regular resting nights rather than parties.
