Lovely place. Came here to a cafe and enjoyed surrounding area with an open small garden where they grow wheat, barley, oats, sunflowers, and greenhouse with peppers, tomatoes and flowers. For lunch cafe has soup for 10€ or salad for 10,70€ with several toppings to choose from. Friendly staff. In the summer they have open terrace. Cloudberry cheesecake was a pleasant finish to my lunch.

Fantastic place for all the chocolate lovers! Located some 15 minutes to drive from Helsinki. Legendary Fazer chocolate and other goods are produced here! Park your car 2 hours for free and buy guided tour- in the end of tour you can eat as much candies as you can and also get gift pack!

Amazing to see and learn more about the company! And try some of the treats after the tour! Had an amazing English tour guide who definitely has a great time giving these tours!

Newly built visitor center, compact than before when in the old building. Guided tour is wonderful experience. It had bilingual guided, both in Finnish and English. At the end of the tour, it is the much anticipated taste-eating of the full array of candies and chocolate. You may buy Fazer products at the visitor's shop at a discount price. Good sojourn for kids.

The center is definitely a must visit attraction in Helsinki area. It offers cafe, shop, exhibition and greenhouse. The guided tour, offered in several languages, was very well done, but a bit too short of what I expected. Unfortunately, nothing about realtime factory production itself was shown. A small greenhouse with exotic flora, that you otherwise would not see in Finland, was a highlight of the tour. During tasting everyone realized to their surprise that it’s not that easy to eat many candies at once. Gift bag contained some classics as well as new produce. (Gift) Shop had everything Fazer-related you could wish for, at prices lower than usual. The cafe on the center’s premises offered the standard selection. Nice atmosphere, but pricey.

If you're not going for a guided tour you will only be allowed access to the Fazer Café and the Shop. Book a guided tour, we didn't book before and the tours we're already fully booked

Quite impressive, enjoyed the tour and would recommend. The building is located right next to the factory, to get here you can use public transport options, such as a bus. The tour costs 15 EUR, when I visited and I think it's worth it. It takes about one hour to go through everything, and is quite fun. You also get a chance to try all the sweets that Fazer had to offer, no judgement! At the end you also get a basket of goods that you can take back home. There is also a shop and a cafe that you can visit. Enjoy!

Fazer frim store as far as prices are concerned they are lower than in other stores so it is worth shopping locally. A great place to visit with children, a guided tour is organized.

Nice experience, superb quality café products, candy and milk chocolate, although, especially in the café-side, a bit pricey.

Fabulous place, very informative, tour guide excellent, giving so much extra information. Couldn’t recommended the tour more highly. Have always loved Fazer and now love it even more. The place is very clean with a great cafe and shop!

Probably cool for age 12 and under to get a day off school and free candy.(Definitely not worth the entrance fee) The guide acted like a clown and all we could see for a 13€ entrance fee were a video, picture blocks to give to robot, pompoms to stuff in holes, a wooden jungle to search for chocolate. (There was no chocolate, the previous group must have taken them all, said the clown guide) After eating some "free ' chocolate we could shop in the shop which only costs a little more than any grocery store in the country. Cafe prices were what you'd expect in a cornered market. Very high. Save your time and money. Buy chocolate anywhere and eat it anywhere else. BIG BLAH!

The Fazer factories in Vaarala, Vantaa have a flaship store and a café that are open to everyone every day. You can shop different Fazer products in the store, mostly sweet ones, and familiarize yourself with some of Fazer's history. The café offers both sweet and salty options and a brunch is served during the weekends. If you want to have a tour in the factory, youbwill need to book it in advance online.

Great experience with my family. We came from Tampere to visit and my daughter loved it! As an adult I enjoyed it too. It's definitely worth the money and time spent there. I highly recommend this place.

Nice experience in Helsinki with family, I took the English tour which has limited availability so better to book in advance. The guide walked us through history and also some small games are fun. They allow you to taste and also give you a gift hamper in return.

A bit hard to reach with public transport. I went there thinking that I could just come and explore since the website says it is free entrance, only pay if you want guided tour. It turns out that you can not access the main area if you are not on guided tour. And it was also unfortunate for me that I could not book the guided tour offline. It needs to be done online at least the day before. So I ended up just buying chocolates from their shop there which is of course cheaper than everywhere else

Brilliant place to go for both residents and tourists. The Fazer experience is one of a kind and the cafe itself is brilliant with some of the best tasting pastries you will ever eat! I recommend the mansikkaviineri.

A grate place to go to with you family, friends and even gor a business lunch. It has a small shop you can buy the famous Fazer sweet, and a bakery where you will find the freshest pastries each day. You can also pre-book a tour around and they will tell you the history of Fazer and at the end you will be gifted a small bag of sweets as well as a candy stand where you can eat as much as you can in a certain amount of time (which is around 5-7min).

We had a great time here today for an hour of the English tour, which covered the history of Karl Fazer and the company. The tour did not go into the candy making process but the humorous guide allowed us 10 minutes of unlimited sampling. The tour concluded with impressive individual gift bags that included bread, cookies, coffee and the original Blue Fazer candy bar. The tour was interactive and adults and children played a few games. We didn't go into the cafe, however, the cafe appeared busy. It was a great experience and i would return again for the gift shop alone!

It was a nice experience overall with a fun English-speaking guide. The highlight of the visit was the "all you can eat" chocolate tasting in the end. What I missed a bit was more insights in the production of the chocolate. There where little movies running but I wished to see more of the process 'from the first ingredients to the final packaging'. All in all a must see during a Helsinki trip, in my opinion.

If you like Fazer candy this is for sure the place to go! Did not not have the opportunity to take a guided tour so can speak for that part but even without it it's worth a stop! Also there is a nice cafe also if the candy is not enough but it's a bit busy so be ready for that.

Went in to experience the Fazer tour in English. The tour guide was absolutely hilarious and gave a very informative tour of Fazer. The tour included a Fazer forest with a great variety of Fazer chocolates and even some liquorice. At the end of the tour we received a goodie bag filled with great products. The tour was totally worth the money! Strongly recommend! Overall, the centre's atmosphere was very enjoyable, and the store had a fantastic selection of Fazer candy and other products. Sadly, we were so full of candy from the tour that we did not decide to try out the goodies in the cafe.
