One of the worst doctors and staff I have ever experienced, we visited for OCT recommended by our general eye doctor, first they never pick up calls, then they claim the number is closed since 3 years. Secondly the so called ''hospital'' which is more of a clinic is on the third floor. The lift does not work, my mom is 57 years old, we had to climb 3 floors and she has breathing problems and due to the coronavirus pandemic, mask is suffocating, yet we did the necessary only to be treated like we have the coronavirus. They did not even check the temperature, and based on the fact that my mom has breathing problems they assumed we have the virus, I can show the test results if they want. But refusing to treat patients based on bare minimum, non conclusive facts is just not in good faith. The staff is extremely rude towards us since they just concluded we have the virus. They refused to let us even enter and advised us to visit after 14 days. If this is the way they treat patients, just refusing to even let them enter, I think the doctor himself needs to be educated on the symptoms and precautions on the virus. If this is the education of the doctor, I pity the patients and I feel lucky that they did not allow us to enter because now I know the level of incompetence of the doctor and his unwillingness to educate himself. I hope this review helps other people realize the fact that doctors have no right to reject patients based on inconclusive evidence and the ones who do so need to be reported and suspended.

Best eye clinic in Vapi. Staffs are so polite and co-operative. Doctor nature is so calm and informative and Result of the treatment is the Best :)

Very pathetic and rude behavior of staff. Didn't allowed me to meet doctor even after I called the doctor appointment no. They don't receive the call and if you go directly then don't allow you to meet.

Nice experience. My mother had an eye cataract operation which is done very well. We are very satisfied by how Dr. Ashish Sir explained all our queries. Same experience with Dr Khevna and other doctors.. All staff members and reception staff also treated us nicely. Management is good. Just 2 points I felt missing are: 1. Live Operation Screen facility is not available. 2. Atlu monghu operation karavyu.. ek protection frame to aapo.. 😄 Normally after eye operation at any place people get it.

One Star is Even more then required, I felt it is a business establishments then Hospital, if you don't spend money as per their instructions they will not pay attention. Dr. Ashish Gusain Clinic was far better
