Pretty experienced and well-trained approachable physician..She is pretty intelligent in diagnosis which is really important, and had thus saved many of her patients! Timing matters right ! I would strongly recommend anyone to consult this doctor for any health issues not because I personally know her but because I've very closely watched her commitment, dedication, and sincerity in her work! Trust me, this famous, "kai raasi" physician cum diabetologist is here for service! That's her passion! Nothing more, nothing less! She is famous amongst kids community too..Such tactful, precise treatment for those little ones!! Such is her demeanour ! Excellent doctor, She explains very clearly about disease condition and counsel the patient. I went to her with 103 degree fever immediately she responded though it was very late by 10.30pm. She is genuine and NOT a money minded dr.

Treatment wise the clinic is best, The reason for single star is the administration and front desk behaviour. This is to grab the management attention that train your staff to behave politely and responsible. You are not running some hi-fi hospitality to receive only rich or high end patients. They should remember the area where the clinic located and surrounding people are middle class or even poor who seek better treatment when they are ill. Regarding waiting period try to improve the token system or come up with transparency in priority. Every now and then when we visiting the clinic, at least 2 hours we have to spend right from the entry till we leave the clinic poor crowd management and especially the pandemic situation. No one is interested in inviting new infection when visiting the clinic. Be strict about following the basic COVID care like wearing mask and sanitising the instrument frequently. I have personally witnessed the oximeter being used next to another in sequence without being sanitised and the previous patient didn't taken care while coughing and using the same hands to cover his mouth Overall again the review is purely to grab attention of the management and team to improve everything except the doctors treatment as she is known in the surrounding at least for the best treatment and being polite and addresses the issues whatever patients visiting

This may be good only for diabetic patient in this region, not good for general clinic. My wife visited for stomach pain but the doctor gave tablet for stomach pain also unwantedly sugar tablets also . Don't know why it is.
