Tour Operator: Planned Customized trip, which was very appreciable. Guide : Very friendly and approachable. Hotel Stay: Excellent except at Mahabodhi ( Appearance is good , but maintenance is poor). Driver: Very friendly, has tremendous control on driving. Vehicle: Was comfortable. Could be better for six people. Food: Even Though, food served in the restaurant is very good, it was difficult for pure vegitarian people. As the Restaurant is both Veg and Non Veg. ( Options for Only Veg restaurants to be included in the Package.) Pandit: For Pind daan ( It is suggested to get more contacts of South Indian Brahmin pandits, Like Madhavas, Smarthas). Overall trip was very safe and comfortable.

We went on a family pilgrimage tour to Varanasi- Chitrakoot- Ayodhya - Lucknow tour from 21-27 Aug 2023. From the minute I contacted Mr Amit Dwivedi, Proprietor of Grand India Company, Varanasi till the minute we departed from Lucknow, our experience was superb. Service was excellent and all the arrangements went smoothly. Hotel bookings and vehicle arrangement were highly satisfactory. Mr Manish, Mr Amit's brother joined us as a guide and was knowledgeable. What impressed us most was the punctuality of Mr Manish and the driver Mr Aakash. Mr Aakash was a decent and skillful driver.We felt very safe and were treated like VIPs. The car was always clean, washed. The Company also arranged all Puja ceremonies at Varanasi and Chitrakoot because of which we could complete the rituals without any hassle. A genuine feedback is always better for the Company to improve and still do better. The parts which need improvement are 1) Long driving distance from Chitrkoot to Ayodhya is tiring. So they can recommend one more night's stay to people who enquire. Or give some alternative itenerary. 2) Better guides should be provided at Lucknow and Ayodhya. Having given my review, I would highly recommend using Grand India Company if you wish to travel. I also wish to thank you Amit ji and Manish Ji for the gift and arranging everything meticulously to make our tour a memorable one.

We visited Lucknow, Naymisaran, Ayodhya, Chitrakut, Prayagraj, Sarnath, Body Gaya-Gaya, Varanasi etc. Grand India tours & travel provided excellent car with a very cooperative & soft spoken driver during our 8 days program . The hotels were also very good every places. But at all places the guide were provided only on the understanding of getting commission from the seller we make purchases, book boat at Chitrakut, darsan in mandir At Ayodhya, Varanasi etc. so in fact there was no need of any guide at any places.
