Fantastic experience of having some great chat items... Some of them are super tasty, and probably you may have never had elsewhere. Must visit place when in Kashi. Just a warning: Tamatar chat was spicy and one bowl was enough to create some stomach upset if one is not used to eating spicy stuff. If you are travelling after eating, then just tasting may do...

Perfect chat I have ever eaten!!! Tomato chat is delicious, every one who visit Varanasi has to eat! It's a small place thronged people, a big group were eating standing outside. There are few tables too, if you want to sit and enjoy. Though there is so much crowd, the service is quite fast and good. The person who served us even wanted to know if we are satisfied !

This place is known for decades for its mouth watering chaats.. the gol gappas, tikia chaat . Samosa, pav bhaji and the best of all tomato chaat is super duper and spicy as per individuals taste. The shop is 2 minutes away from Goudhulia chowk. The best part is before the shop opens, there are at least 20 people waiting to grab the food that is being sold.. The USP of the shop is that it is pocket friendly and 2 people can eat with maximum a bill of 250 to 300 depending on appetite… This place should not be missed at all..💯

I won't hesitate to say that this place serves the best chat food in Varanasi. Must Must Must try Tamatar Chat. Authentic Recipe and that Ghee Taste..makes it too yummy. I would have rated over 5* if possible. It is located at prime location Godowlia Chauraha and always flooded with customers. Service is super fast, I don't think that we waited for over 20-30 *seconds* for any item we ordered. We tried atleast 9-10 different items and all were एक से बढ़कर एक.!!

This shop should be a must visit in your itinerary if you are a chat lover!! Tasty food. Fast service. ( time will differ according to your order) Way too crowded. Limited sitting arrangement. Accepts online and cash payments. Affordable rates. Hand wash facility is available. I will suggest one to walk and go since parking is tough to find because of the crowd. It gets a lot crowded after the Ganga aarti so if you want to sit and enjoy your chat I would suggest you to go before hand. Happy Eating!! PS: we had tried samosa chat which was amazing!!

Good taste of chat. We had ordered Mix Chat and Samosa Chat. But we had parcelled the chat. So, each chat got mixed. And, taste got equal 😐 So , can't find the difference b/w each chat. Next time, will try to eat chat, after sitting there.

If you're a food enthusiast and haven't yet experienced the flavors of Banras Chat, you're truly missing out on something extraordinary! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem, and I must say, it has easily become one of my all-time favorite food spots. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of spices and savory delights. The vibrant ambiance and friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. As I glanced at the menu, my taste buds were already tingling with anticipation.

A chat worth visiting and tasting. I visited when they just opened the shop so all items were made just in front of us with the first ingredients. All items are priced appropriately to the dishes provided. The quality is absolutely amazing. And the chats here are very different to what you have in Delhi, Haridwar, Kolkata. The taste here is sweet & sour for all the dishes. I had tried nearly 8 items on the menu and had Gulab jamun at the last which made me fall asleep with my tummy so so happy. Cleanliness and service is nice but, you need to have patience. There is a barrage of people inside and outside waiting for their order, don't be disappointed if it delays but eventually you'll get it. Happy eating 😁🤤.

This shop is a very famous one. Everyone should try Tamatar Chat here who visit Banares. This place serves varieties of chat. Even though it's crowded at times, you will get food within minutes. We had Tamatar Chat, Papdi Chat and Palak Patta Chat. My mouth is watering 🤤 while writing this review. Loved the taste. 50 per plate is the price for most of the chats.

We heard about this place from our Hotel manager. He praised it and said to go here and have chaat as dinner. This shop is more than 100 years old and keeping its legacy with quality. I'm highly recommend the "tamatar chaat". Loved all types of chaat. try everything and decide your favourite. We ordered everything. It was yummy! Superb experience ever in life.. It’s always crowded and you have to wait at-least 20-30 min to get a table. People just eat outside standing. This shop is a very famous one. Either locales or tourists almost everyone comes here to taste their Chaats. Very crowded or rather over crowded. I visited here by 8pm and it was so chaotic. The food was no doubt so tasty and different varieties of chaat options are available. Prices are reasonable. Not much sure about the hygiene level. You can sit inside and order or you can stand outside and eat. But whatever it is, the communication between the staff inside, outside, the customers is very poor especially when it is crowded. And even I faced one staff member who was so rude to us in his way of talking. These are the little things to take care of but definitely matters a lot.

Awesome place. Wanted to try something different and kashi chat bhandaar didn't disappoint. Post Ganga aarti there is huge rush of people so expect delay in hearing your order. All dishes are awesome. We had aloo tikki chat, papri chat, samosa chat, kachori chat and none of them had onion or garlic in it. So it was easy to pick anything we liked. Kulfi taste was better than deena chat bhandaar.

Visited there for tomato chat and out of all it was extremely good. There are flavours in chat and you goona enjoy them. We tried other chats also like loki chat but taste of tomato chat is super. Must visit there. Cons: - No parking - Heavy rush - Forgot about hygiene - Peak hours near to Ganga Aarti around 6:30-7:15 try to avoid that time

A Veet famous but crowded shop for different types of chats. People are blocking the whole road and waiting for their turn. Papdi chat, alu chat, dahi wada are good. Panipuri and tamatar chat are not good. Ice cream is ok type. It's very difficult to eat on the road side. So, better to wait for some time to get a seat. Hygiene is average. a person bringing the food also cleans the table with a dirty cloth.

I must say they serve the best Chaat in Varanasi. My Fav was Tomato Chaat.. mind blowing Palak chaat too was good, Kulfi falooda again amazing stuff. The only stuff which was not good at all was Golgappe the potato stuffing inside was not fresh it was stinking like someone puked inside it. But hats off to chaat varieties overall excellent stuff. But please try & check golgappe might be due to summers the potato stuffing started stinking.

Hands down this place serves best chat in Varanasi! We heard about this place from our accommodation owner. He praised it and said to go here and have chat as dinner. Food verdict- I highly recommend the tamatar chaat. Loved everything else too. try everything and decide your favourite. We ordered everything. It was yummy! Cost- We were 10 people and the bill approximately was Ra 1460. Each one of us had at-least three plates of chat. The cost is fairly decent if you don’t consider it as a junk food but as a meal. It’s always crowded and you have to wait at-least 20-30 min to get a table. People just eat outside standing.

Heard about it alot. It was one of the popular stop for the tourists to taste local chats of Varanasi. We had their famous Tomato chat, it was just mind blowing. Being not a huge of sour taste but love it hugely. We also tried their mixed chat. It was good but not close to tomato chat. It was a mixture papri chat and palak chat.

Scrumptious Indian snacks. Had 6 different varieties. All were just amazing. Would recommend everyone to visit this place. Due to huge rush one may need to wait little to be served.

Kashi chat bhandar one of the famous joint for chat near Girja chowk(Dasaswamedh ghat). This place serves amazing varieties of chats cooked without onion and garlic yet tasty, mouth watering and healthy. Pure ghee is used to make these. Opens at 3p.m and the crowd is overwhelming.

Tomato chaat, too Soft garam gulab jamun, faluda kulfi and everything here is the best. Do not go anywhere because the taste which this shop gives, you will not find it anywhere. Everything is reasonable and so tasty. There is good sitting space both at ground and 1st floor with ac.

Very close to temple and has very limited menu (about 7-8) chats in the shop. The waiter offered tamato Chat without even asking for it telling "sir try karo" it was so tasty and I think I wouldn't have ordered if I would have selected something from their menu. Tried mostly everything from menu and really enjoyed

Loved the chat. Its justifies the hype. Pocket pinch will be bit on higher side but the chat is just so so good. Situated at main road, this place was is bit crowded so you may end up in a long queue However service is quick. They should think of expanding the outlet. If you are planning to visit Varanasi, do visit this place.

Located near to ghat road and market this place offers really delicious Tomato Chaat prepared in ghee. We really loved the taste and recommend it as A Must Try dish. There are other snacks and chaat also in the menu but this Tomato chaat is most sought for. Although there is limited seat for dine in so most of the people eat it outside on the side road due to this only i gave it 4star and not a 5star

Wow wow wow!!! This place is hub of chat. World famous chats are getting served here. The taste is just delicious and full waisa wasool. Very crispy and well cooked chats are available here. If you are visiting Banaras you must have chat at this shop. The shop is usually crowded and you need to wait for 10-12 mins for your order but yes once the chat is served to you and the moment you are taking 1st scoop in your mouth ohohooo it will be worth spending time and money here. My mouth is watering 🤤 while writing this review. Loved the taste. Must try tamatar(tomato) chat here. Incredible india ki incredible taste❤️

"Experience the enchanting city of "Kashi," rich in Vedic heritage. Indulge in the irresistible delight of "Kashi Chaat Bhandar," where authentic chaat, crafted with love and an array of spices, is served in charming kullads. This delightful treat, accompanied by tangy and sweet chutney, is a mouthwatering sensation and truly the best chaat I've ever savored. Not only are the prices remarkably reasonable, but the quality of service is exceptional. The value for money is unparalleled, and the skilled artisans behind these delectable chaats are not only patient but always wear a welcoming smile. Don't miss the exquisite Tamatar and Palak Patta chaat, complemented perfectly with dahi and imli chutney when you visit Varanasi."
