This hopeless Manager Nitesh Singh, didn't even take his juniors calls for issues in my room. Someone had urinated on the floor there, it was stinking, I requested it to be cleaned three times. None of the staff showed up, none of them work in uniforms, I saw one of them open up room and literally started watching the television. Highly understaffed, no management or co-operation. Hygiene has no value at this property, every other hotel has literally nearby has zero recommendation for this property, they have refused to refund my money, I did not even stay there for a night, let alone charged for two nights. This hotel should be raided, dismantled and demolished. blacklist every employee here from the hospitality industry. They need to be legally taught lesson, from the guard, to the receptionist & that hopeless manager.

Had a good experience, didn't find bed cushions upto the mark.

It is a very good hotel, the service is also good, we have come here again and again, I feel that the service and breakfast is also nice

Hot water cattle was broken Dirty linen Dirty towel Pathetic breakfast There was dust and dirt in entire room I saw hairs on the floor The guy moped in front of me and literally the room was not clean Stinky washroom It was a nightmare total nightmare There was so much of negativity in the entire hotel Avoid please they will ruin the entire experience of yours

Hi All, I chosen The WestInn ( room no 406) for its hygiene & service. Service & Breakfast facilities were super excellent. Mr Nizam & Mr Azhar were highly prompt in arranging service at the knick of time.. You should stay and learn the customer service .

We have stayed in 401. The mattress is having many depressions. Refused to change on my consult. Also stayed in 304 and 403. House keeping not seen at all All common areas also dusty. No cleaning including lifts.

The washrooms didn’t have proper drainage system A/C was creating problems The service guy didn’t have any decency as he just knocked our hotel rooms for clearance at 11pm when we were sleeping , we didn’t call him & despite that he didn’t admit his mistake The only plus point was food but overall I would not recommend this hotel

I booked two rooms in this hotel for two nights. When we entered, there were mosquitoes on the floor in each room (seen in the pictures uploaded). There were four half-filled water bottles left from the previous guests. We had requested them four times to remove them from the room but no one had completed our request. There were no shower curtains in the washroom and the water spilled everywhere on the floor whilst taking a shower. Again, we requested them to clean the floors but no one showed up. Additionally, when we had left to visit, some animal had entered the room through the window and eaten all our food and left a mess. Again, when we requested some assistance to clean the mess up, no one showed up. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

Hopeless Service. Had to call reception number of times for an extra pillow. They said sending but never came. No Swiggy, Zomato allowed and this is Westin Hotels. When I told the Manager, that my reviews will speak about your Service, he replied, Go Ahead. This is the Level of Customer Service these people have. I do not recommend Westin Varanasi to anyone.

Food is good. Rooms and hotel is good but not the best. Service can be improved.

To start with the positive, the front desk, breakfast room, and cleaning staff are polite and willing to help, even if not terribly effective. Their effectiveness or lack thereof is imo not because they don't care but that their management or owners have restricted their ability to perform adequately. I get the feeling that they have been ordered to cut back where possible and so the staff tries to help as much as possible while not being empowered to do so! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, but linen and towels are often not clean. Washroom maintenance has been neglected, and the shower head fell off and was never repaired in one of our rooms. The breakfast is delicious if you enjoy Puri and aloo curry, as I do! There are other foods available such as fruit, bread, south Indian dishes, cereal, etc, making the breakfast buffet an enjoyable experience. We were unable to get a wifi connection on the third floor over 4 days, and clothes we gave to be washed were never returned! As long as you come to this hotel knowing all this and can get a good price, it's an okay place to stay. The pity is this hotel, with slightly more emphasis on maintenance and details, has more potential.

The cleaning of the room is extremely poorly managed. Shower head broken 4 days was never fixed., dishes in the dinning room is unclean and the bed covers are never change after each guest checked out. My laundry was promised next day. I received it at the last minute of departure. Poor hygiene and very poor service, no toilet paper, bring your own this sums it all up. I wil never recommend this hotel to any human being

Location is good. Rooms are spacious. But big question mark on Customer Service Management. Not a single department is groomed properly on customer service. Worst room service and coordination. Breakfast variety is very limited in buffet and the taste is below average. Menu is overpriced. A tasteless cup of tea cost you 100/+ GST....Disappointed but they have scope to improve....

Situated right beside the Radisson hotel in benaras. Good rooms, good courteous staff. Food options are on a costlier side considering other features of hotel. Breakfast spread needs a rejig. Also, courtesy shown elsewhere may also come handy at breakfast spread. The approach road looks like an dark ally. Would look better if illuminated. Overall an okeyish option in the cost. If you look to spend more than 2 days you can think of something else.

Very good staff. Very supportive people.... But, bad rooms. No hot water. There are rats in room. Rat has bitten newly purchased Banaras saree and my used Jackey... Had a bad stay
