The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and cleaned to a high standard. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests we had.

My experience disappointing. I recommend everyone going to this hotel to get a booking order in written word by word and letter by letter, because hotel management do not stick to their words, Flexibility cannot be expected from the management. However, quality of food is appreciable. The foods are tasty.

Not value for money. It's just like your last option. During my stay, Plug points were not working, There was always hot water from the tap, seems used towels were provided.

Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Staff are very professional. I would appreciate the owner who is so active that he always monitors the services himself.

Good place for your small functions like birthday parties, engagement parties. This place has a banquet hall in basement and eating arrangement on the ground floor, for the same the person has to travel back and forth for the single function. The taxes here and the service charge here is really high, for a juice whose M.R.P was 100 bucks was given to me for 350 bucks. Starter's table is placed just in the front of the lift lobby in the basement. So if you are coming in the lift to the basement, as soon as the door of the lift opens, you'll be right in front of the starter serving table. This was little awkward to me. Although service provived here is very good, anything related to their service will be very seriously taken. They have parking facility outside on the road

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. But the delicious food takes the cake! The food here is to die for! And A+ for their stress on hygiene and cleanliness. The location is very good as well. It is well-connected to all the important tourist attractions in Varanasi. Overall, one can expect a pleasant and memorable stay here.

It was my first time in Varanasi and it was a good decision for staying at this hotel. The staff is very cooperative and room service is done very well.
