Do not book this hotel..Hotel is very small in size..Dogs are present in ground floor..No car parking facilty...No lift..Steps are very sharp and small.You have to go third floor to get room..Nasty rooms..Do not fall into this trap for a cheap price..Nasty and dirty bathroom...If you are a single young male and you have low budget, then you may consider to book this hotel though not recommended...But, if you have family and aged persons,you should not book this hotel online..I said again NEVER... Do not pay this hotel online before visiting to the hotel..First go to this hotel and check conditions..Then you can realise what I am trying to say..Otherwise you will regret...

As you can see in many reviews here, the manager is just there to do dirty business and doesn't care much about guests. We didn't get the room we booked and the room that we got was small and dirty. Felt cheated. Would not recommend staying there with family even for a single day. The location is average. Also, difficult to find even with maps.

No parking facility...Nasty and foul smelling place....steps are very sharp...Nice way to break your bones..Aged people must not visit to this hotel..

I doubt anything could be worse than the experience here. First- in the description of property it's written comfortable for elderly people and whole property is wheelchair accessible , forget about wheelchair , climbing those stairs is tough for even normal people. Second - location seems to be comfortable online but it's not, no vehicle can go there. Third- ask the concerned person there for any cooperation and you will be charged , we booked two rooms for elderly people which was given on third floor. When asked for lower floor we got one room for four people which costed twice the amount of two rooms combined. It's their property they can have it the way they want but atleast information online should be correct.

Very good arrengement well furnished floor and all the staff's behave is good.

Very old bldg, do not go by the pics in Google. Be very cautious when you checkout as they add taxes as per old format (10%-15%) for both stay and food. A/c's aren't serviced properly so check before you pick a room. Do not take any other service thru them apart from room and food as they add their commission amount as well so better come out and rely on auto drivers and they are much better guides.

Worst place, location is very poor , you have to make efforts to even fitness this place. Ans the rooms are not even like rooms very congested and messy

Not much satisfied ,neither ac working properly ,amount is too much high we paid almost 2100rs for 1 night .pathetic environment neither door windows washroom. As a optimistic person ,hopefully they resolve this issue in future.

Low cost but less room service and maintainance

One of the worst hotel I have ever saw. Rooms are very hot and are not clean. They say that the hotel has rooftop restaurant but I didn't saw any. Major drawback is that if they give you rooms on fifth floor then you are going to experience hell. Washroom is clean. Staffs are not responsive.

It's a great that we were there. They provide great service, my family member got sick there but they helped us a lot. Room is good as a rackrate. People r giving such a kind behaviour that next time if I go to Varanasi I will stay there.

I booked a room for 2 night/3 days. When I went inside the room, I was shocked. The room was tiny. It could barely fit a bed. No window. No air. It was very suffocating. The room was super bad and bed/pillow were so dirty, I couldn't even sleep first night there. Streets are cleaner than the room. I checked out same evening, losing all the money I had paid. My rating: minus 1.
