This was a really amazing restaurant. It offers a good quality of food and i am really impressed with the service. It also have pre-booking at the restaurant for Birthday party's, engagement party's and many more such events. If you book the restaurant (or say a type of lawn) it also has a ground to enjoy and do photography and spare some time with the environment. You must pay a visit to it at least once. 😄❤️❤️

Worst experience ever it ruined my function AC not working they show something and come up with something else. Never go this restaurant for any type of function. They say they would handle but when it comes to reality it’s all wording. Had a really bad or can say a nightmare experience. Please check for other hotels and never go for this one.

Very unpleasant experience; not a nice location for families. The staff's demeanour is also lacking; they are generally very impolite. If you are considering going, it would be preferable to eat at a street stand instead of here.

Despite the fact that there were several vacant seats, the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in welcoming and seating customers. We patiently waited for what felt like an eternity, but our patience was met with sheer disregard. As time went on, it became apparent that the staff's lack of attention to customers was the norm rather than an isolated incident. It was disheartening to witness the blatant neglect of customer service in a supposedly reputable establishment. The indifference shown by the staff towards the customers was utterly disrespectful and inexcusable. Regrettably, after enduring the prolonged wait, we ultimately decided to leave without having our dinner. It was a disheartening experience to walk away from a restaurant without being able to enjoy the meal we had eagerly anticipated. Such a disappointment not only wasted our time but also left us feeling extremely frustrated and let down. It is deeply concerning that a restaurant with a presumably good reputation would fall so short when it comes to basic customer service. As a paying customer, I expect to be greeted with respect, attentiveness, and a genuine interest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, Ambrosia Restaurant failed miserably in meeting these expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering dining at Ambrosia Restaurant. Worst experience v had in a dinner party recently. Giving one star because rates r cheaper compared to other places nearby but quality n taste was poor. The hall AC were not working.We made a complaint but owner was totally ignorant n refused to do anything. Total waste of money. refused to do anything.

Very 'Bad'👎 or you can say 'Tasteless' food. Service - Not so good but decent. I went with my family and ordered many items - Chicken masala, Mutton masala, paneer lababdaar, panner do pyaja, Mashroom masala, naan, tandoori roti, veg pulao, dosa, and veg biryani for (15) family members everything above mentioned was wost we couldn't eat everything. Other than this we have had starter and it was good. At the end I will say don't go there with your family for quality time.

Went here for birthday party. Food quality below avg, quantity below avg & price high against the quality & quantity. Staffs attitude worst. They force you to buy packaged drinking water even if you ask them to offer normal filter water they don't give. Highly not recommendable poor service.

Overall the taste is really good. But starting 09:00 PM, rush hour starts and accordingly serving time gets long. This Restaurant has reach menu. And the price is reasonable. Recommended for good taste and pricing.

Very poor service, they don't even serve correct order. twice experienced, they missed items from the order they took. anyhow if you place for repeat(bread) you have to wait for more than 20 min.

Yes, I had a very bad meal at one of my favorite restaurants, it was with a salad, I order it because it sound fresh and sweet, but when it came, the salad was served with an awkward kind of cheese, in the minute I try it, I almost return the bite, it was awful, I gotta mention that I haven´t tried that kind of cheese before and I will never try it again. I can even eat it, so yes i had a very bad meal before

My recent visit to Ambrosia Restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite a long wait to be seated, the staff behaved unprofessionally and failed to offer us a seat. When we asked for an estimated wait time or if we should leave, a staff member responded rudely, suggesting we should leave if we were unhappy. Their lack of organization and disrespect towards customers left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Ambrosia Restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude of the staff. Hospitality and customer service are crucial in any dining establishment, and their failure in these areas greatly impacted our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. A special mention to the staff who were busy wiping the glasses as 3-4 people were busy in the same. Also despite of vacancy, we were not offered the seats. I don't want to take the name of any of the staff publicly but if contacted by the owner/manager I would definitely share my experience in a more detailed manner. Also, I can see many reviews from other people about the service and staff who share the same experience.

Very bad experience... ordered veg biryani and spring roll. Biryani was like stale..also it was smelling bad and was tasteless.Same was with spring roll. Also quantity is less according to full plate. Interior of the restaurant is nice but staff behaviour may disappoint you. At last you may be charged some extra money. Should avoid.....!

Very Bad Experience.We Ordered 4 Dosa,1 Mushroom Masala and 1 Mix Veg and Asked Waiter to tell chef to make less spicy and add less salt. All 4 dosas were Burnt on sides,chutney was too salty and had no taste. Mushroom Masala was too Spicy for our Taste and Mix Veg had no taste. The Staff were impolite.When we complained,they were all laughing and smiling among themselves. Never coming here again.They lost their customers.

Must visit as a part of chittaipur visit. Here you get full options of food at very reasonable prices. You also have banquet for get together and enjoying. It is ac restaurant and does well with all grades of customer. Service can be better but looking at the prices and servings no place for complaint. They also have a in house bakery and momo corner so go all out and record your memory
