Chose this hotel as it was nearest to my office. Rooms are OK. hygiene is maintained. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good and tasty with standard buffet menu.

Room was dirty and filthy.wash room was horrible.these people don't have sense of cleanliness. They are very rude and fraud.

My stay at Hotel RK Grand was very good, specially the ambiance and the location was quite favourable. The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff was worth appreciating. The hotel is nearby most important places, specially Railway station. Very comfortable for aged parents too.

I stayed with my family in this hotel. I liked the place as it is on main road near a mall. Near many more outlets and grocery shops. Within 3km from railway station. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and good. Regular cleaning was happening. Service is top class. Staff was helpful and supportive as well. Food was quite expensive. But then we get to know whole Varanasi is having such rates only.

Overall experience was nice. Good stay for families. Just the quality of mattress was not very comfortable

Hotel R K Grand is perfect in every Thing, The rooms are Clean and gives you aesthetic vibes, and the service they provide is Very good, Politeness of staff is on the board. Food was also amazing. On of the best 3 Star Hotel In Varanasi.

Booked the place for my Parents. All the major places of the city are in proximity and cabs/autos are easily available. Staff is helpful too..Overall recommended for a family stay

Excellent location, located at the prime location of the city, extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were welcomed by friendly reception staff. In one sentence top notch facility, staff, service and value.

I will just say in summary, PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO STAY IN THE HOTEL EVER. Now coming to the detailed review - We reached hotel in the morning on 9th September 2022..Inspite of multiple requests they didn't agree for early check-in (which we understood could possibly be because of demand /supply).. We were then moved to a room where the water was not present in the bathroom.. After we vigorously complained, our room was changed.. However now they decided they wanted to screw us further.. When we asked for water, they provided insect laden water and then had to request to change it.. After all the problems, the manager further "requested" to leave the room an hour before standard time and threatened to charge us double. We called go ibibo, however they said they can't help as we didn't choose 3 people instead of 2 (for two rooms). We had such harrowing experience at this hotel that we wanted to complaint to police but then we had rush back for our train... PS: the hotel manager prefers playing candi crush rather responding customers.

So I stayed at this property for a night and the experience was the best. Near to the railway station the property is at a strategic location. Neat and clean room with sufficient space and service at its best. Special mention for Mr. Devesh. The most humble man you will meet at the property who shall take care of you and your closed ones as his own. Banaras sheher nai ek junoon hai, must visit the city and stay at this property You certainly will have a great time.

We a group of 4 including parents visited Hotel R K Grand in June 2023. Initially, I was skeptical about booking it since I had seen some negative reviews. So I experimented initially for one day. Booked 2 rooms for one day. The staff was warm and welcoming. Rooms allotted were good. (304 & 310). Cleanliness and amenities were good. For me, dampness in hotel room is a BIG no and thankfully, there was no such issue. Rooms were neither small nor big. All those who have been critical of room size must not forget that the hotel is a 3Star property and budget hotel. If one is coming here with Taj or Oberoi Hotel like expectations, they may get disappointed. Located opposite Sigra police station and IP Mall, the hotel is accessible. The area is safe and secure. Eventually, we ended up staying there for 4 nights. Food offered was good. Room service and pricing could have been better. Air ventilation in rooms would be a nice idea to implement. Mr. Himanshu Tiwari is a friendly host at the reception. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely visit again whenever I visit Kashi.

Pathetic hotel, they confirms verbally for different price and then on arrival increased the price by a 1000 rs.. Argued and even misbehaved with customer. Terrible service and terrible management, stay aware from this place, for your own peace and to preserve your town visit charm

Location is close to station and Sigra mall but no benefit of that, and away from Godolia chowk. Ended up paying high toto fares multiple times, for 5 km ride they charge 200 and minimum is 100 anyways for this expensive rides..........coming back to property toilet seat broken, room extremely small (compared to the rate they charge) despite taking king deluxe room, soap dispenser is broken, I have given them feedback hope they fix these broken issues..........I suggest people to stay in average hotels near Godolia chowk atleast you save on local travel expenses........

Please dont visit with family and friends. Most Third Class Behavior Of Mr. Pnkaj Yadav so called Manager. He committed for 2 Rooms and miss his commitment. Miss billing, miss behavior, and Room access in absence of guest without permission. Highly unprofessional and no class.

R K Grand is at prime location from where you can easily get around the city. Food- complementry breakfast is good. Room- are small and not well cleaned/maintained. Good for business trip/short stay. Service - not up to mark Facilities- not available as claimed.

I hired 2rooms- we were two senior citizen, two children and two adult. I being a hotelier found this hotel the best in this budget. Location - posh and convenient Complementary breakfast - Good buffet spread with North, south and continental breakfast. Food - Very Good Indian, Chinese & continental. F&B staff - Gentle, courteous and supportive. Front office - Courteous with good knowledge about the place and local services. House keeping- all kind of luxary facilities & service provided, staffs are good. ** I propose a further training to the staffs which will take the property in the next level.

Hotel RK grand was the best choice I made in Varanasi, Rooms were very clean and spacious. The food served was amazing and the staff was really cooperative.

No maintenance of property. Showers, tap were not working properly. AC was not working, staff did something for 1 hr to repair after which AC ran for 15 min and then stopped again Had to sleep without AC on 35+ degree Celsius night.
