Please don't visit this store, they don't accept "Chillar" .. yes I am correct, they don't accept "chillar".. thats the exact line the person from billing counter has used when i was trying to pay bill in cash.. for one of the repair work, they raised invoice 618 rupees and behaved me so rudely when I was trying to pay them in cash. I offer them 620 rupees, they refused to take saying that they don't have "chillar" to return, and when I was paying them 600 and 18 rupees in change they refused again saying that they don't accept "chillar".. He even misbehaved with my wife, please don't visit this store.. they seems to be big people and don't entertain small customers. And they are big time fraudster...

Previously on screen they used to show the current gold price rate per gm but now you have to ask them for the rate of that day and it's definitely not the standard rate . They said it's as per the sarafa Bazar which is higher then the market rate . Please check the rate guys before purchasing from this store .

We were here for ear piercing. The experience was great due to the staff named Ganga. She is wonderful in terms of understanding the requirements. She made the whole experience much better.

They have good collection but the staffs are extremely slow. Highly disappointed with their service where I literally had to wait for more than an hour just for the billing of my purchases. I understand that there is high rush today because of festival but they lack proper management. They need to work faster than usual days but instead they were much slower.

I have had very bad experience with this jewellery shop. The Guy sitting at billing counter is so rude and arrogant and his behavior is pathatic. He also does not know how to talk to a women. If you are really planning to buy jewellery then please choose another shop. Their Gold rate are excessively higher than market rate and the behaviour of their staff is worst. Choose another shop unless you wanted yourself to be disrespected and looted.
