I have had eye exams around the West Island for 30 years, and today I had the best complete eye exam with Dr. Reed. She was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough with her exam. Being a health professional myself, I can definitely attest to her professionalism, and good bedside manner. I felt as though nothing was overlooked or rushed. If you are searching for an optometrist, you will be completely satisfied with Dr.Reed!

Had gotten something stuck in my upper eye lid and had tried everything at home to get it out but it just wouldn't move. I emailed Iris about it and within 20 minutes I had the optometrist call me to come in. Literally 5 minutes later she was able to remove it effortlessly! I felt like i was floating on cloud 9 again! Amazing and efficient customer service, excellent follow up and would definitely recommend others to make this their #1 optometrist for all eye needs Thank you again Véronique!!

My experience at Iris was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and smiling and went above and beyond to help me. Having macular degeneration in both my eyes makes it very difficult to fit me with a pair of glasses, they did everything possible for me, from finding the right prescription to the perfect pair of frames. I am a very satisfied and happy customer 😁😁

Easy to book appointments, phones callbacks for reminders. Very efficient staff. No pressure tactics, doctor took time to explain our options and check with us what we desired.

I don't wear glasses but I simply lost a screw on my sunglasses, arrived today and asked for a price, staff were very friendly. In a few minutes I got called and they take my sunglasses to check. Came back with fixed sunglasses with out a charge! Very kind! More people like them :) thank you

This was my worst experience ever at any optometrist and I am a life long glasses buyer who spent there north of $1200 but regretted it the moment it was too late. Dr Bougie-Bastien and the store manager Linda are vile individuals who held my glasses hostage over a false pretense of an unpaid $30 exam. It is to this point a bad experience that I had to resort to legal avenues to resolve the issues of useless glasses due to a wrong prescription/eye exam. I will never again go to this location and I suggest that you save yourselves lots of potential issues by going elsewhere. This review does not mean that IRIS is a bad place as this is a franchise owned by the optometrist. Other Iris location in the west island was able to assist in resolving the issue. But Dr Bougie-Bastien and her staff treat customers like trash and I guess that is why the shop was empty on the 3 occasions I went there.

Dr Bougie Bastien impressed me with her professionalism and her kindness. Client of Iris Kirkland for 4 years. Its simple you want to be well served and taken care of by a person you can trust ... then go to Iris Kirkland you will not be disappointed. The staff is like no other. A must go to place even for your kid's eyes! Since I've been a client I convinced my entire family to switched. A must go to place if you need exams or glasses.

If you value your vision and want only quality eye wear, then this is the place for you. This is my third time in 10 years buying eyewear , both reading glasses and prescription sunglasses from this Iris location. They have a great team. Dr. Bougie has done eye health checks and a thorough eye vision exam , to keep my eyes safe and healthy. You got to get fitted by Guylaine B, the optician, she is amazing in recommending quality and great looking lenses and frames and ensures i look amazing too !

I didn't have a good experience there, too bad;( The glasses was very expensive and hurting my eyes. I couldn't wear it since I bought it two years ago. Still in my drawer.
