Wow. One of the best private clinics I’ve ever been to in Montreal. I needed an urgent ultrasound after a surgery that I had and could not find an appointment anywhere. I called in the morning, ISMI gave me an appointment the same day. The staff and doctor were very nice and had great bed side manners. The clinic is brand new and feels like a 5 star experience. The doctor looked over my ultrasound and explained the results to me in person which really reassured me. He went into detail about everything and sent the results to my surgeon right away. I even got snacks at the end of the appointment after having fasted for 6 hours. One of the best experiences! Would 100% go back and recommend to anyone.

I recently visited ISMI for Ultrasound Guided intervention Cortisone Injection, and I was impressed with the high level of care and professionalism that I experienced with Dr. Rafatzand and the team. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, which made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology that provided the highest level of diagnostic and treatment. There is a small Playing room if you are accompanied with the little ones and Free Parking is available. Overall, I would highly recommend ISMI to anyone in need of medical care considering that it is private and not cheap but the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail that I experienced was truly outstanding, and I feel confident that anyone who visits this facility will receive the same high level of care that I did. Bottom line you get what you pay for !

Needed an ultrasound done on my bicep tendon after an injury from the first phone call to the day of my appointment was handled with highest standard of professionalism cannot say enough of the whole staff at this clinic.Everyone takes the time with you to answer all the questions you may have not once did I feel rushed .Results are given immediately and you are provided with reports and images of your exam before you leave.Highly recommend this private clinic keep up the fantastic work and level of service!

Super bonne clinique. Impossible d'avoir un RDV dans aucun autre établissement. J'ai pu céduler rapidement un RDV â ISMI pour le jour même à partir de Clicsanté et j'ai eu un excellent service. Le Dr Khashayar et son adorable assistance ont réussi à me soulager de ma douleur insoutenable à la main gauche. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de l'intervention du Dr Khashayar et je recommande vivement cette clinique.

I had a 3D ultrasound done for my baby. The technicians spent so much time with us trying to get the perfect shot even though baby would not cooperate right away. She ended up showing us all kinds of amazing things we never had the chance to see at our previous ultrasounds. In the end we got a few nice pictures of her, but more than that, the experience was really great.

Really great service. Appreciate how they handle cases with children.

Ok so it may cost a bit… but just to see what exists beyond the apathy in the public healthcare green walled “have you got three months to get an answer ?” world Canadians live in… It’s worth every penny. To get imagery, analysis, and an online link to all the details, all on the same day, within days of calling them might be priceless to you ? Nicest waiting room in town, and there is a joy room for the kids.:) Very nice and professional group.

Dr. Khashy Rafatzand was extremely helpful in providing the guidance we needed to obtain the right imaging tests for my son's complex intestinal issues. He is an exceptional man and dedicated doctor who truly cares about his patients. I felt such warmth and kindness in every interaction and if there were ten stars rather than five, I would check off a perfect 10!

I went in for an ultrasound guided injection for broken wrist trauma. the wrist was fine, but the tendon had trauma and I had pain all day for months on end. The whole experience was tremendous, something I never expected from the visit. Firstly, this is a private facility so when you call for an appointment, you can get it within a day or 2...not all paying clinics are as fast as these guys, nor as professional. Most hospitals I called do NOT perform this procedure, as a radiologist is required during the procedure. Hospitals usually only employ a tech for most types of imaging etc...and they are not Dr's. 1) The facilities are very clean and beautifully done...not what you would expect in a medical facility. It was sterile, spacious and fresh looking. It looked like a high end facility, which it is. 2) I had a few minutes wait at best and we were served fresh hot coffee while in the waiting room. 3) I was then taken to change and brought into the radiology room where the procedure was performed. The Dr (Dr Kashy) was extremely professional / informative and just an all around great guy to work with, but the outcome was beyond expectation. 3 weeks after the visit, the pain which I had experienced for 6 months or more, is gone. He was precise, took his time to make sure he hit the exact pain spot and made the entire visit more palatable than I could imagine. There was no pain involved in the procedure. I am beyond happy! Great job done by ISMI - I am a patient for life there now!

I required an ultrasound and discovered there was a 7 month wait at the clinics …I phoned ISMI and was given an appointment the next day. The office is spotless, the radiologist made sure I understood the results of the exam and by the end of the day both my Dr and Physio had a report and all the pictures! Absolutely A1 service and terrific staff.

My mother was very pleased with the services and professionalism in the clinic ISMI. In the clinic, everything was clean and sterile. It was very important for her. She always pays attention to it. She was there due to a very bad shoulder infection because the doctor prescribed her a shot. She called a good number of different clinics, but in ISMI she got an appointment in a few days. It was extremely important since she could barely tolerate the pain. She got some relief after the injection, but she felt the full effect in a few months. Thanks to this wonderful clinic for quick and professional assistance.

I visited ISMI on October 26 for a bilateral breast ultrasound My husband and I walked into the space and felt immediately at ease. It is a beautiful environment with meticulous attention to every detail. All medical procedures are stressful and anxious but everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The technician was lovely and thorough. The doctor came in immediately afterwards. He discussed everything in a reassuring and patient manner. Health is truly the best gift and ISMI is a wonderful place.

Very satisfied with the service received. I was nervous about a result I received from a mammogram, and did not want to wait too long (and over the holidays) to have the ultrasound at the hospital. I was able to get an appointment at ISMI the next day. Tatianna and Dr. Kashy were very professional, reassuring and friendly.
