Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable about hair styling, extensions and wigs. Twice she has taken the time to answer my many questions and match my preferences with the best style and maintenance options for me. She shipped the hair via mail and both times I received it quickly without issues. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a wig or extensions, and if you’re in Montreal, I recommend you have her install the hair for you herself. She is awesome!

I recently had to cut my hair short due to hair loss and hadn’t felt like myself since, so when looking for places to get extensions, Ruby Ruby Hair really stood out for having amazing reviews, so i texted Nicole and within a couple hours she called me and suggested we book a consultation to figure out the best thing for me. when we made the styling appointment she managed to clear up a spot for me that worked with my schedule, which was really appreciated and super kind! I’m not sure the name of the techniques she used but she sewed mesh on my hair and then sewed on a lace front closure, paired with weft extensions down the back of my head and honestly i’m stoked with the results and so thankful for Nicole. My hair did give her a hard time, but she was kind and kept going and was always checking in to make sure I was fine throughout. When I mentionned I had sensitive skin, she immediately knew what she could do that didn’t need glue and it looks so seamless, she hid the lace behind my baby hairs so it looks super natural and amazing. It turned out better than I could have ever expected, thanks to Nicole and her extensive knowledge and her dedication to providing the best service. Can’t recommend her enough!!
