I started over a month ago and I love this place, which I recommend to anyone who wants to start learning Muay Thai! I started group and private classes with Kev and I improved so much with him in only 1 month. I love the way he teaches: he's very humble, respectful, professional and clearly passionate about teaching. The Tuesday women's classes have such a great vibe. There's a lot of diversity and everyone is open-minded and caring towards each other - it's important as a woman to find a place where you feel safe to learn. This place made me fall in love with Muay Thai. 100% would recommend this authentic place!!!

I've been attending the women's classes on Tuesdays with Kevin and I must admit this is the most inclusive learning experience for Muay Thai in the city. I love that each class we get to learn a bit more about the art and history of Muay Thai as well as getting to know our classmates along the way. The 1.5 hour class flies by and I feel refreshed and energized every time.

I absolutely loved my experience when booking private Muay Thai sessions with Kevin. He is passionate and dedicated to teaching the art of Muay Thai in a pure form! I love how he always gives me knowledge on the history of the art and also the classes are a great opportunity to meet others who have interest in Muay Thai. Learning the art of Muay Thai has allowed me to gain confidence in myself and discipline myself to push threw difficult challenges. The gym itself is well situated and clean. It has big beautiful windows which allow bright natural sunlight in. Great spot to train.

Best place to learn Muay Thai!!! As far as trainers go - Kevin is as legit as it gets. He's super down to earth & also a badass mofo. He's able to structure the classes/workouts based on your goals, and creates an immersive environment respecting Thai culture & tradition. I went in with 0 knowledge about muay thai and now I'm hooked (no pun int) . Would 100%recommend!!!

I took a few private classes with Kevin during a visit to Montreal. The dedication and respect Kevin has for Muay Thai was evident from the first class, and this made the whole experience much more than just burning some calories and hitting the bags. As a teacher/coach, he showed lots of patience but was never shy to push me to work hard. He pays a lot of attention to style and technique, an aspect that I think is often overlooked in many gyms. I have to say, this is a hidden gem for all Muay Thai lovers in Montreal to come and discover!

I recently joined the women's Muay Thai class at this gym a few weeks ago, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. As a newcomer with no prior experience, I was initially intimidated, but Kevin and the entire class were incredibly supportive and encouraging. Kevin's passion is contagious, creating an inclusive and familial atmosphere. If you're considering trying out Muay Thai, especially as a female, I really recommend this place :)

One of the best gym’s in Montreal. Very fun and informative atmosphere welcome to all levels. The coach’s attention to details and no injury policy helps students to progress rapidly in a safe manner. The classes are full of technicalities and tradition which in hindsight not only teaches the art of true Muay Thaï but also it’s tradition. 10/10

I just started learning Muay Thai in October and I’m starting to get addicted. I was looking for a gym when I moved to Montreal because I wanted to get into martial arts of some sort after doing a tiny bit of boxing before. I can’t believe I found this place so quickly due to the recommendation from a friend - I look forward to any class I go to and am always coming back for more! Kevin brings an energy to the classes that make you work hard and have so much fun at the same time! His passion for Muay Thai is quite clear - and contagious. Motivating, inspiring and I learn something new every time. This place has a great community and I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in even though I knew very little about Muay Thai! There are also classes on Tuesday just for women that provide an amazing and supportive environment. The overall vibe of this gym is siiiick and if you’re searching for somewhere to practice look no further :). I’m so grateful I found this place!

Started few weeks ago and already looking forward to signing up long term! Kevin's approach is really appreciated and unique, with an emphasis on grace and technique, it feels easier to learn and I can feel myself getting stronger by the class. I recommend this gym without a doubt. kop khun ka 🙏

I was able to enjoy a private session with Kevin. The course was of high quality. He was very educational, knew how to immediately adapt to my level and build on my strengths and correct my faults. He shares in detail his experiences, the history, the style, the philosophy of Thai boxing and above all the good tips to apply. What learning! Thanks Kevin!

I decided to give combat sports a try and I’m so glad i chose muay thai and Yeuang Kraai! Kevin, Frank and Yasmine are all fantastic coaches each giving you complimentary feedback to improve. The focus on the Muay Thai culture really sets this gym apart and fosters a very warm environment suitable for beginners and experts. Finally I love that there are no “beginners” classes and only things you have to practice at any level.

I discovered the place recently. After a few sessions, my experience is excellent. The other members are very welcoming, but, above all, Kevin is a great teacher. I highly recommend, both for amateurs (like me) and for the more experienced.

Kevin is the type of guy that lives and breathes Muay Thai. He’s incredibly respectful and easy going. An hour with him feels like ten minutes, and you walk away practicing your elbows and strikes all week just because you feel so inspired. If you’re looking for true instruction, far away from commercialized classes, this is it. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The instructor Kevin is top-notch, incredibly skilled, and patient with beginners like me. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in Muay Thai or looking to improve their fitness and discipline!

I have just started to learn Muay Thai as an absolute beginner who has just moved to Montreal. Kevin has been extremely welcoming and informative in his teaching style. In both the 1 on 1 session, and group class I had tons of fun, and also found them to be challenging in a good way. If you are looking to learn Muay Thai I could not recommend the classes and instructor more.

Coach Kevin is very dynamic, his lessons are always well prepared and of very good quality. His replacements, Franck and Fatima, are also excellent and bring other benefits through their different approach to art. The atmosphere of the club is one of kindness while pushing one to surpass oneself. In classes at all levels, the most advanced mix with the beginners and are always generous with advice and encouragement. I started 3 months ago at the age of 43 and I have never felt judged or made uncomfortable by other members. Progress, technical or physical conditions are visible. In short, only positive things to say about this club that I can only recommend 🙏

Kevin is a coach who transmits traditional muay thai with as much passion as he practices it. If you want to learn more than just techniques but a tradition, go to him!
