This is a great place to get blood tests done outside of the public system. It's super easy to make an appointment, I've never waited more than 5 mins to see the nurse and the staff are super friendly. If you have RAMQ you only pay $15 of ''transportation'' fees..

Unlike other private doctor places where you have to wait hours, this clinic schedule appointments in a manner where i usually wait between 0 - 15 min, and at most 30 min. Ofc, it really depends on the patients/cases they get. The place is clean. They also seem to change their admin staff recently who are much nicer than the previous older folks who were rude and cranky. Nothing worse than to come in sick and to be treated condescent-ly. You sometimes are not able to reach them by phone. Try again throughout the day and it will eventually go through at some point (be patient..!). Otherwise, if you write them an email, they will call you back within 24hrs as they did for me. Recommended and thankful to have found this clinic and a doctor who would take my family as her patients.

I've been a patient for several years and have always been very grateful for such a great family doctor. It's quite far from where I live and appointment (monthly) entail a long commute but there's no way I would change doctors. She's amazing. Very compassionate and competent. I never feel rushed. She truly listens and takes the time needed. Having had a completely opposite experience when I lived in another province, I'm especially appreciative of this.

Charming staff but it goes quickly we are not in the office too long, a little too rushed to compensate for their kindness

My appointment is at 9:45am, It is now 11:06am and I'm still sitting in the waiting room! This is my second appointment and delays like these do not seem to be an isolated issue. For my first appointment I had to wait 1h15min also before it was finally my turn to see the doctor! It is totally frustrating to make an appointment and still have to wait that long! I initially take a couple of hours off work to go to my appointments and yet I always end up going back to work late and losing basically half a day each time! Note : This review is in regards to how the doctors appointments are managed (maybe many appointments given during the same time slots?). As awful as the appointment management is, the receptionists are kind and helpful. I also had a first session with the physiotherapist and it went extremely well, she was very professional, patient and (yes) punctual! So I'm assuming the issue is only related to the doctors consultations.

Started last week until now it's ok. The problem with one korean doctor its difficult to understand him and he also have same problem. I think it's only for English speaking people because I dont know french

I would urge the owner/management to take a close look at the receptionists they've hired. They're most likely losing a lot of business because their front desk staff is not helpful or approachable. Kindness and giving general information should be a default for any receptionist, but this is clearly asking too much for this clinic. The receptionist is the face of the company as well as the first impression. My first impression was the worst I've ever had with any clinic. It's very upsetting to call a place for the first time with the simple goal of gaining some basic information and an appointment, only to be spoken to extremely rudely. I honestly felt as if the person (Lucie? Lucy?) I spoke with was not interested in speaking with me because my first language is English. When serving the public, one should be able to switch to the other's language, or at least show some effort. I kept speaking in French in order to cater to her, yet she still continued to be unhelpful and very rude to me. I was in disbelief. I won't be coming to this clinic based on the two receptionists I've spoken with so far. It's too bad, because I hear that the staff beyond the receptionists are great; guess I'll never know. Going to book at another clinic that is more approachable and interested in gaining new and loyal clients.

They have the best physiotherapist in town! I came to the clinic for my pre and post ACL surgery physiotherapies. The physiotherapist, Irene, is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. During my pre-surgery sessions, I had a back pain and she adapted the exercises to treat my back pain. I got my surgery last month and went back to the clinic for my rehab. I'm now on week 4 and Irene divides my rehab into phases with different types of exercises for my recovery. With her help, I progress fast and I can now walk up and down the stairs without too much issue. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews but the unprofessional and impolite way that someone called "KHADIJA" talked to me pushed me to put 1 star and write this review; I sent her a message on behalf of my sister on 23 july to inform her that my sister will not be able to attend her appointment on the 24 of july then on the 24 of july i called her to confirm the same but she was talking with me in impolite way and hanged up while i was still talking, i tried to call many times after that and she refused to talk with me. I am really shocked from this kind of services, and i hope you think twice before hiring front-liners like herself. Thanks
