Upscale building offering great units to live in; new construction, nicely styled, and truly soundproof. The all-included formula doesn't cheap out on appliances or wifi, unlike some similar offerings in the area. My experience with the management has been limited but mostly positive, as the team was always fast to respond to questions or problems that came up. Special mention to the front desk team that's always very nice and very helpful ! The area is in my opinion the best to live in on the island. I enjoyed my year living there, the prices are on the higher side but I've found it's worth it for what the building offers. Thanks again to the whole team, we might see each other again !

If you’re new in Montreal and want a central place where you can meet new people and be at a walking distance from the city main spots, you should consider Brix. Perfect Location, great stuff and administration, and lot of Amenities to enjoy (gym, cafeteria, game room, working area, terrace overlooking the old port..). Metro at 5 min walking distance, and bus stop 1 min walking. Not to mention the high level of security in the building.

Nice building but Terrible management. They don't respond and lie saying they will call you back but never do. Front desk people just say they're new and don't know anything. Julien avoids responsibility for his staff.

I recently signed a lease at BRIX. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I have been looking for apartments in the same street, however I felt this was the best and most cozy place for me. In terms of answering calls and requests, they are very attentive when I send an email or message. I will provide a later update to this one as soon as I move in and check on everything myself ie gym, pool, entertainment areas and more ;) Latest Update 22/11/2022 Brix is a very cozy place to stay in. I love its ambiance. Staff are very friendly, helpful and listen to residents needs. They have great events monthly to bring together the community (FREE food, catering, coffee, beer) served in those events. The building is kept very clean and organized. A very well done to all.

I lived in this amazing building for 6 months and it was such a good experience. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The facilities are great. I had the furnished one-bedroom unit and fortunately I had pretty much almost everything I needed to live in Montréal during my exchange semester. Not only there’s a very well equipped gym but also every week there’s a fitness class with Eric. The classes are great for those that struggle to work out on their own. I regularly participated in the Latino dance class, the events, cooking class and the outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend and would comeback to Brix if I were to live in Montréal.

I stayed a few days with my boyfriend who lives in Brix in the centre of Montreal. Great building with an incredible location. The units are a bit small but the skylounge has a beautiful view and the community of tenants is very welcoming. I also did a few workout sessions with coach Eric who’s an incredible fitness coach. He was always very professional, friendly, supportive and knew exactly how to balance encouragement with pushing me to have some of the best workouts I’ve had in a while. He tailored the workouts to fit precisely what I needed, and I had a lot of fun the whole time! I highly recommend booking a workout session with Eric. You won’t regret it!

BRIX is a fantastic place to live! With its location in downtown Montreal you can’t ask for much better! The staff is always welcoming and friendly; willing to help out with any matter. One of my favourite aspects was the gym/fitness room. It has every machine you could possibly need; equipped for those that love lifting, cardio, yoga and it also very spacious in comparison to other apartment gym’s. The amenities at BRIX don’t simply stop at the gym however. You have access to a sauna, games room, pool, community barbecues and so much more! The staff is also always creating events for the BRIX community to get together, meet each other and connect with their neighbours. It promotes a space that people feel welcome in and can call home. I enjoyed every moment at BRIX and if you choose to stay with them, I’m sure you will too.
