First visit since it's quite far from home (Quebec) but I love this store! We find a lot of products that are not found in other equestrian stores. Several products that we only see on the internet, but that they have in hand! The staff gives excellent advice and is attentive to customer needs. If it wasn't so far away, this would officially be my #1 store.

Super service !

I bought 4 pairs of boots for $300 over a period of only 1 year. There is a pair that has a defect in the leather that appeared from day one. I have never dared to wear them, they are new, new soles..... and yet, despite my various attempts to approach an agreement with the owner, she always tells me that she will come back to me after contacting his representative, but in vain... it will be 3 years in the fall since the initial purchase and I still have no news. I don't understand why she is willing to lose a buying customer for a simple pair of boots. I even bought a $100 belt and some t-shirts. Incomprehensible!
