Very nice services in-store, everybody wore a mask, very professional staff, they know when you have questions and when to leave you alone so you could walk and look around. We shopped there last Friday, and were into one of the wall arts, they took it down from their display wall with a ladder and showed us the piece, they even gave us ideas of whether or not this will fit nicely into the room that we are thinking of decorating. No pushy sales, and very flexible refund policy and procedure. Would definitely recommend.

I visited this store for the first time 2 weeks ago. The seller, Anaelle, provided us with excellent customer service from the beginning till the end, 2 weeks later when I went to pick up the chairs we bought. Our 3 kids were occupied while we were looking around, she answered all our questions, wasn't on top us , very discreet, remembered me when I went to pick up the chairs. Very impressed by her customer service approach.

We bought 2 couches that arrived on time and were as expected. However, one of the couches would not fit into our standard sized doors and hallways so we asked the store for help. We were willing to pay for disassembly and assembly for the couch. The store was responsive but Urban Barn 1) refused to provide us with assembly information so that we can disassemble the couch ourselves and 2) the customer service rep said we will loose our couch warranty if we decide to disassemble the couch to fit it in our building. This is on top of the fact that we also could not return the couch…
