Tried other Puff locations but make a special detour to come here. Always fresh (was told by an insider the managers refuse to sell after they’ve cooled). The staff is attentive to detail and they give you extra if they make a mistake, which is seldom. They are patient: my kids change their minds 100 times regarding toppings and the staff is patient and happy to suggest new flavours. It’s always clean and the service is efficient and well trained. It’s my Puff go to place even if I Have one next to my house I travel the 20 minutes out of my way for the quality and service.

Delicious puffs not greasy. Employees seemed happy to be there, very sociable and clear. The interior is very well designed and there's a spot to wait in line. The owner informed us that they were short on staff and the service speed was still impeccable.Super clean and fast overall. My father tried puffs three times and the two other times were mushy and this time was crispy. 😁👍🏼👍🏼

Franchise or not, the staff here provide a great level of service and a high quality personal experience. Who else could provide the quick sweet fix we all sometimes needed to get us through the pandemic?

Piping hot, my sister ordered some delicious Mr Puffs. They surely hit the spot! We didn't get the wooden utensils it seems, but that was not an issue. A suggestion, if I may: it would be pretty great to get custom thank you messages with each order; would make it feel more personal. Regardless, I was very impressed!

Absolutely stunning service! I came here with my mom, with 0 French, and the staff was so helpful with our order. Definitely will come again when I come to Montreal.

Slow clap seriously. I ordered food and drinks, you forgot the drinks and advised the driver but the driver didn't go back since it's your mistake but now your restaurant is unavailable so I can't reorder. Forgetting a special note I would understand. Forgetting 2/3 of an order - bravo

There was an extremely rude employee, my boyfriend asked where we needed to stand to order and he replied: "like in any other restaurant, you order and pay with the cashier" (which is not true!! There are many places where you order and you pay at the end, like subway) Then he was preparing our hot drinks and eating the ingredients: pretzels, cookies, marshmallows. He was using faulty language and his peers seemed to be fed up with his attitude. It was my first time in Mr. Puffs, and I'm not sure if I'm going back there after this.

Great place, food was fresh and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Went for coffee there after seeing someone saying it is better than Tim Hortons. A little disappointed. I still think Tim Hortons has better coffee after I tasted theirs.

Nice good place . But this time the puffs were not hot , but were just cozy. I complained no response
