Good store, ample choice, good brands, convenient location in a mall with free parking... But this store has a weird and... off owner. The owner in the store has an attitude and just likes to show that he's very busy; despite the store being empty (2/3 times we have been there). Moreover, to us the transparency about the cost of lense options wasn't mentioned on the day one. We only were able to learn about the options from another IRIS store. I would have given an easy 4 star to the store if not for our experience. Please note YMMV, so take this review with a grain of salt.

Alan was absolutely wonderful in repairing my Girlfriend’s Ray Bans. He was a delight & a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended!!!

My dad bought glasses from this store and not only was he extremely pleased with his purchase, he also received great service from the professional team at IRIS. They took time to explain to him which lenses were better for him and why, they helped him found the perfect frame to fit his style and they were very friendly and dedicated. Very impressed, would highly recommend!

This is by far my favourite IRIS store. It’s customer service is outstanding. They are very patient and offer you a variety of choices. They also have very knowledgeable and experienced eye doctors on site. My favourite is Chantal. Alain the owner has always gone out of his way to help me with all my contact lens order. I really recommend this place because they care about their clients and they make them feel welcome. Thank you so much !!!

I’m very happy with the quality and the service here. Many choices of stylish frames and very strict quality control on lenses. The owner and staff are super nice and professional. They helped with all my issues with a lot of care and patience. I won’t go to anywhere else in the future.

I've always had an amazing experience here. I've been a few times over the years. The reception has always been pleasant and accomodating. The doctors have always been helpful and kind. Special shout out to optometrist Dr. Justin Wainberg who is fantastic. He took time to explain my issue to me and was incredibly kind.

I've been going to Iris - Beaconsfield for just over 25 years. Optometrist Chantal Drouin has always taken excellent care for my vision. Alain is very patient and thorough assisting in the needs and choosing of the lenses and frames.

Very dishonest boutique!! Most other reputable clinics tell you up front that your overall charge includes a retinal scan. They do not!! They charge separately!! The responsibility is yours to ascertain this beforehand!
