Dr Poulin is a wonderful, pleasant Dr. He is not only knowledgeable, but also patient, kind, and funny. I refer him to everyone, and anyone looking for a good ENT. A few years ago my mother was suffering from vertigo. She had gone to countless Dr's who did nothing so I referred her to Dr Poulin. He told her that she had a severe ear infection, gave her some antibiotic drops, and her vertigo went away. I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Poulin helped and cured my ear infection. He's an incredible doctor. I had visited 7 ENT Doctors prior and no one could cured my Infection. I've been dealing with pain for over a year, hopping from one doctor to another trying to figure out what was happening, with each of them more dismissive than the previous. I read the reviews for Dr. Poulin and scheduled an appointment to see him. I don't say this lightly, but this was the best medical appointment I ever had. He is intelligent, funny, and very clearly loves helping people. We need more like him!

Dr. Poulin is an exceptional doctor. He discovered a problem and prescribed surgery that enabled me to recover my sense of smell after 20 years. Huge! He is humble, funny and personable and makes everything seem easy, including ear cleaning. Thank you, Dr. Poulin!

Strongly recommend Dr. Poulin Mark. I’ve been meeting with several specialists before I went to Dr. Poulin’s clinic. During these almost 3 years, I kept trying all kinds of treatments I had been suggested, and took different prescriptions from my family doctor and the other specialists, but only Dr. Poulin’s diagnosis goes to the point and his only one prescription did work. An expert knows where to shoot. Impressively, Dr. Poulin is not only special in his ENT field, as the bonus to our patients, he carries a high quality of character, which a doctor is supposed to hold but nowadays we hardly to find: open minded to listen in details and ready to discuss if you need help. The main thing is that he respects his patients, in that he never keeps you waiting for more than five minutes maximum. Unlike other doctors that book 100 patients at the same time and you sit there waiting for three hours before you were seen! He is also thorough, pleasant, and takes the time to explain what he is doing. Dr. Mark Poulin is a breath of fresh air in the medical profession!

Excellent ENT. I visited many walk-in clinics because I was super sick with a respiratory infection and he was the only one capable to find why I stayed sick for 4 months. I was cured after 3 days taking his prescription. No one better than him.

DR Poulin i saw him for the first time on 3 april 2023 i came from far city trois rivieres cause i read good reviews of him he was very nice good attitude and look like good doctor many ORL did not fix my ear infection problem that cannot heal since many years he will try new treatment so i hope it will work glad that i know him now

He's a wonderful doctor and an amazing person. So friendly and funny. I went in for an ear infection, he made me feel comfortable and the ear cleaning was quick. I'm happy to have chosen this clinic. All the staff members are kind too.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it necessary to praise dr Poulin for his work. For a year I’d been having ear related issues and I was prescribed multiple prescriptions by different doctors and nothing worked. I finally got to see him today after months of suffering and honestly it was worth the wait. He was a very good listener and he made both me and my mom feel comfortable. He’s very nice , funny and attentive. He checked everything from my nose to my ears and throat and neck. He even had me redo the hearing test just to be sure and he was able to get me my CAT scan results from September in one minute when lakeshore couldn’t even give me a call back and he printed everything out for me. He reassured me and my mom that my ears were fine and that the problem was my jaw. On top of prescribing me a nasal spray for my allergies , he suggested a muscle relaxer and gave me many other tips and recommendations. If you have any problems with your ears or jaw or anything related to that , I HIGHLY recommend Dr Poulin. He’s great at what he does and he’s very thorough.
