It was the most beautiful stay ever. Black beach is easily accessible from there. Very comfortable and clean rooms . The room i stayed in had a peaceful balcony with a swing where you could enjoy the sunrise. The host Mr Rafikka is very kind ,helpful and is always just one call away. We stayed as a group of three girls and we are so happy to have chosen artvilla to spend our weekend. I highly recommend this place for your stay in varkala .

Indian Art Villa is located 300 meters from the cliff. Easily accessible on foot. We booked twin room and the room was big. Since we were three people we got one extra mattress to sleep. Rafi the host is easily reachable and will help you for any information. He also arranged auto for us in the early morning. He also has a cute dog who craves for love. Indian art Villa has a kitchen where you can cook on your own. The rooms are named after Indian classical dances. The villa is full of paintings of dance forms.

Poor experience, asked to upgrade to costlier room on arrival even though pre booking was done and owner disgruntly asked to cancel booking if the costlier price not acceptable. Although place is aesthetically pleasing but the owner's such bad unprofessional demand caused us inconvenience of having to find other room at midnight.

It was a great experience staying at Indian Art Villa. The welcome club of Leo and Mia were our favourite! 😍 The place was so engaging and aesthetically maintained. A special mention to Rafi for being such a great host. He was very friendly and was always there to adhear to even the simplest need of ours.

Indian Artvilla and it's host are fabulous to say the least. It's very close to the Varkala cliff. Clean and theme based rooms. 24*7 running water. Host helped me is arranging for local sightseeing and picking the restaurants. Definitely recommended for solo as well as family travellers.

I had a great time during stay there. Rafi is friendly and welcoming, he made sure our stay was memorable and the best. The rooms are very neat and clean. If you are staying in Varkala, this place must be your first choice it's nearer to cliff and so many other places.

It was a worst experience. They cheated on us in booking and dissatisfied us. We booked this resort before a month visiting it(2 AC rooms).After a long travel, when we reached varkala at night they said only one AC room is left. This incident disappointed us. So we have to look for another room and it was a difficult situation with kids.

The manager tried to scam us at the end of the stay, displaying the business interface of Booking app and saying that we have to pay the commission he is paying to Booking (on top of the room fare and the taxes). On top of that, he is not polite and doesn't say hello and thank you in his messages. For animal lovers, you need to know that a dog is attached in the garden, barking and crying in the evening. Fishes are kept in small glass tanks and birds in a cage. Otherwise, room and location are correct.

Rooma are very big, which can actually accomodate 5 people atleast provided we have extra beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful.he even took us in his car to a place which is the extent to which he helped us.

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. Great place to be for couples and friends and Family, Makes your Varkala trip even more eventful and memorable. Cosy rooms, pet friendly and above all that couple of very amicable and amazing hosts (Hey Rafi - huge appreciation for this amazing Owner), over there who was there for all our needs and requests at all times,  if ur looking for a vibe place to chill out with ur frnds and family is the best option. Best varkala trip! The hosts were beyond amazing and cooperative! They made sure we made the most of our stay! The property is great, very clean, hygienic and well maintained. We were a group of three girls, and they made sure we had a safe and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend Indian Art Villa to everyone! We made a tonne of memories and some good friends!

It's at a 10 minute walk from Varkala beach. We initially booked a hotel but due to some issues were shifted to this homestay. Raafi here is extremely welcoming and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated with wall art and other artwork. Each room is named after an Indian dance. You can also cook and clean in the kitchen. Overall, it is a cool place to stay at a nice location. Had a good time here.

Stayed here for a week for staycation . The host was really sweet and addressed to every request. It is in walkable distance to the cliff. It has a really good vibe to it. Really affordable with all basic amenities. Totally recommend

The hosts are incredibly kind, caring, attentive, full of hospitality. It was my first time in India, they were my starting point and I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. They picked me up at the airport at 1am, made sure I had everything I needed. I got sick during the trip and they took care of me, accompanied me to the hospital... Thank you Annie and Rafi, for everything.They always make sure you don't miss anything, they take care of you if nothing else. The place is peaceful, cosy, well decorated and perfectly located! Go there with your eyes closed. THANK YOU
