Great hotel on outskirts of Varna . Sound proof windows and great views of the black sea ! Very large rooms and clean.Very large comfortable beds.Has free use of Spa and pool. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with highly comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast. Entrance of the hotel was a bit confusing as it is at the end of dead-end road in a not so great area. But the view of the hotel is to the main road and the sea. Paid parking near the main road. Recommended!

Very, very good hotel. The only thing that was questionable is that their underground parking was too small for our minivan (relatively small places separated by columns, so our Ford Custom just couldn’t fit in) and the guy who assisted with parking was not aware of city parking rules (told we could stay overnight, while the sign was saying 3 hours max). Rest was just fine. Cozy, super clean, great sea view. Seems quite fresh and good-looking

As always, when I enter the hotel I feel instantly in vacation. I only book the executive high floor Seaview room and never disappointed. The view is just great, and floor to ceiling windows help a lot. The rooms are big, with 5* mattress and impeccably clean. Also the restaurant is very good, even tried the room service and was great. Small menu but the dishes are delicious. All staff is very kind and genuinely friendly (not so much the grumpy man at the frontdesk who never ever let us check in even 2 minutes earlier or 2 minutes late, he seems to enjoy it having us waiting 😁,but I'm sure he's a good guy 😊👍). The guys and ladies at the restaurant are great also. I sincerely do not know how the management succeeds in running the hotel so well. My congratulations to them, they are doing an excellent job.

Great place for a family with kids. Breakfast buffet is great, swimming pool is awesome if you are too lazy to walk the 5-10mn to the beach. Room was supr clean and spacious.

Went there for a company conference. Seems there is not much experience on how to organize such events, since the technical equipment could not be used and we needed to use laptop mics and speaker.

Great hotel, helpful staff. The seaview from the balcony is great. We also loved the spa.

Probably the best hotel i've been to. The bathroom and wardrobe were amazing even tho they're not in the video. The breakfast was really good also😋

Just great as always has been. Me and my family are having absolutely amazing times together every time we enter this hotel. I do recommend it.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the service at reception is awful, lying to guests about breakfast is really bad. How is it possible that breakfast starts at 07:00 and at the same time there is no body that can give you water at 6:50 because all the employees are still not at work! I am a regular guest because of location and prices, but now I will rethink that.

The hotel itself is excellent but the redhaired receptionist is extremely rude, inhospitable and I would even say insolent. The bad service can destroy your whole experience!

Great view to the city, Clean rooms, comfortable bed, not in the center but has a supermarket and restaurants near by, and the center is few minutes away. Loved the verity of amenities, that takes care of you in case you forgot anything.

The staff that's all are amazing, they are helpful kind and friendly. Made our stay fantastic. The barman is just the best..The rooms are very clean and the view just wow. Would definitely recommend this hotel. A big thank you to all the staff.

Hotel is nice but it is unbelievable that a 5 star hotel “runs out of parking spots” and I have to park outside the hotel! It is in the Center and you have to pay through sms for parking. You can not keep your car parked for more than 3h at a time… ridiculous

The hotel has own parking, but charging guests for it wich I find greedy. Rooms are good size and clean . SPA is good as well. Front desk staff needs a lot improvement

A seminar experience with zero problems. The concerned and wonderful staff did not fail to help us with our needs. The location and physical conditions of the seminar halls provided many advantages. Hotel location was good for both my visits Service was poor with an expected upgrade to room only for the bath to not function and no other room available Second visit within the week and no VIP upgrade offered or given Customer service is poor and the breakfast was very much a lucky dip on what was fresh and not what had been out for hours

Clean and nice personnel. Good shape of hotel. Small but nice spa. An issue with parking it has to be paid but near 3 min is a paid parking

Not what I imagine for a true ‘5 star’ hotel. Staff don’t engage, air con went off several times and room too warm, breakfast whilst plentiful is low quality food - and the hot items were all cold. Pool too small for a swim. The view of the bay is very nice though.

Nice hotel, good rooms, central position, the staff should be stricter with these who do not respect the quietness. After the third call to the reception we were moved to another room because of our impossibly noisy neighbors who couldn't be calmed by anybody. The breakfast is ok, not too rich, but some hair on the salted salmon made us stop eating any prepared meal there. The wonderful view from the restaurant doesn't not fit in the attitude of the chatty ladies -staff of the restaurant-who do not really care of the clients. For such a restaurant we would expect some pastries, pancakes... the underground parking is a great bonus especially because of the lack of parking space in Varna. Anyway, if we come back to Varna, we will be back to this hotel.

This place might be the best hotel to stay in varna for long. I know its expensive for many but it might worth it. The rooms and everything were first-class. The only problem is that the staff cant speak english fluently which is I completely understand and the parking lot. As Turks, we are not used to park at random places in the streets and get a ticket by yourself or via municipality. So, they managed to help us park at the in front of the hotel but they wouldnt let us to park our car there for a week or so.

By far the best hotel I have ever been to in Varna. I have stayed for a night here on a business trip and, I have to say, the hotel and the staff are just amazing. The decoration is very nice and so was the room. Breakfast was truly excellent. We had excellent food and fantastic service, I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be visiting Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel again!

Absolutely lovely hotel, fantastic service...nice spa and jacuzzi area. The staff were really pleasant, the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great location to get to city area or the main beach... lovely park 5mins walk from the hotel. Had a great stay here. Highly recommend

Prices are reasonable and the service is decent. The rooms are good with nice bathrooms. I requested a room change because I needed a personal WiFi network ( apparently only rooms on the 8th floor and above have such for some reason) and it was done without much hassle. Breakfast is included and it offers wide variety and good quality. Room service is affordable and the food was good. View from the rooms was amazing, however the rooms can feel a bit worn by use.

Our stay wasn't satisfactory at all. The bathroom shower was leaking everywhere and after each shower inside was like a big lake. For 2 nights the spa gowns were not changed at all. The bed covers were smelling strongly of urine and we didn't get any kind of compensation for this, only fake apology and no proper action to make it satisfactory. The safe box was not working as well. DURING covid time there were no policy for visiting the spa facilities- 7/8 people rammed into a sauna of 3/4 sq.m., no sign informing that less people should visit the sauna at once.

We had a fabulous room (803) with an outstanding view. The hotel had great facilities. Receptionists were SO nice and incredibly helpful with arranging birthday surprise in room. Barman at the lobby could have been more helpful and friendly like the rest of the staff in this hotel. Breakfast was delightful. Would return.

Room ten floor from 13 ,sea view. Good food,nice reception,professionals services. We don't try yet the features what was available on this hotel.Just enjoying the big park ,what it's near and the beaches .
