The experience was really disappointing. We went there for a family picnic and wasted our weekend there. Rooms: To start with, the rooms were not clean. The washrooms were also dirty and water supply was very irregular. We were provided with only two rooms for 20 people. They did not even provided sufficient blankets and bedsheets. We went to the reception multiple times and asked for it and every time they just said they will bring in 5 minutes but the blankets never came. No power backup: There was no proper power backup for the rooms. In fact there was no electricity in one room for whole night and in the middle of the night they shifted us to another room which was actually outside the resort. Outdoor/ Indoor Games: The outdoor games which they have like archery, miniature golf were all closed. And for indoor games they charged Rs.100 as refundable deposit for each game and the condition of indoor games was also sub par. They only had rackets for tabel tennis but no balls. Restaurant/ Food: The food was also not that good. There was no proper hygiene maintained in the kitchen. Rats were seen roaming in the kitchen. The seats of many chairs in the restaurant were detached. One of the person fell down while sitting on the chair as the seat came off. The chairs were really risky. Swimming Pool: The only good things were rain dance, big swimming pool and the slides. But even these had problems like the water for slides was getting stopped every now and then and they were closing down the slides until the water resumed. Same thing with the rain dance. The water in the swimming pool was also not clean. Staff: The staff is also not supportive. While checkout when we tried to discuss the issues with the team at reception, they just said don't discuss in front of other guests and just email us the issues you faced. Except for the location and greenery, there is nothing good here. As per the high amounts they are charging, they should maintain the property and provide proper facilities. I would suggest not to waste your money here. Think twice before making any bookings here.

Its a good resort, though you cannot expect it upto the mark of a three-four star resort. They have all the amenities like swimming pool, few water rides, gamea room with carrom,etc games, plus some horticulture,etc. It is a budget experience so do not expect very good maintenance and service. So you may find rooms were painted few years back and are not very clean also. Food is good but lacks variety. Overall a good experience if you are happy with budget kind of experience, though I am not aware of the room rent since it was booked by somebody else for me.

Over all good experience. Good family time. The place is little old and quality of play items are outdated and scrapped. The management need to seriously work on the water pool playing and other outdoor activity based products to be kept in good condition. Overall good fun time .live music is best and soothing.

Boring place. Swimming pool and slides are highlight. But the water is poor quality and we got itching all day. Pool floor is slippery and slimy. Pool and slides and rain dance are shut 1-3pm which is sad. Clubhouse is badly maintained and no darts or anything. For pool stick and others they ask for cash deposit 100 rupees Rooms for day visit are said to be till 5 but they ask to vacate at 4. ACs are a joke and they have put cello tape to prevent the lid from falling. No hot water in rooms. So technically you spend 10am to 5pm only with 1-3 pool slide n raindance shut. Lunch was average. Breakfast was fine. Evening high tea is stale pakodas, undercooked tea and murmura! Beware there are 5-6 barking stray dogs and lot of cats around you while you eat, so the kids are not very comfortable. Hardly any staff to help or guide near golf, spice garden, horticulture section etc. Kids garden is slippery so if they run they will skid in monsoons. Some of the equipment doesn’t work. Lot of bewda crowd that create nuisance out there, playing on kids slides and noone stops them. Approach roads are bad. Overall nothing memorable. Avoid.

Have a go without a second thought. A Great Place to have an outing, be it for stay or one day picnic. Affordable and worth the money. This place has two pools, one with the slides and other a normal one. It also has Rain dance area. The pool with slides had non filtered water, so it was green and not clean. But to compensate that all the other things of resort were on point. One can just sit amidst the trees and enjoy the view of the River. It's the most Pleasing and serene part.

Srushti Farms located in Vasind, Thane. It is one of the best resort for a day trip or weekend trips. Pros: 1. Location: This resort is located right in the bank of Bhatsa river. Hardly 1 km distance from Vasind railway station. 2. Staffs: All the staffs are very cordial and courteous. They go to extramile to serve you better. For example, when we enquired about the boating location, their staff escorted us to the boating location. 3. Food: Food was really amazing. Each and every item they serve is really delicious and very tasty. It feels like home cooked food. The breakfast, lunch and high tea items were awesome. They serve both veg and non veg food and you will enjoy both of them. 4. Swimming pool: Swimming pool is very big and very well maintained. This is one of the highlights of the trip. You will have a great time there. There was no life guard on duty, so you have to be careful while swimming. 5. Ambiance: The resort is full of greenery. There are varieties of plants which are enhancing the ambiance of this resort. There are also some exotic plants available. Plants are not for sale here. 6. Indoor Games: There are ludos, carrom, billiards, table tennis etc and well maintained. 7. Boating: The resort has it's own boating service. Although, pedal boats, you will have a great time while available this boating service in Bhatsa River. 8 Cost: For day trip, they charge 1024 per person which includes breakfast lunch and high tea. Now scope of improvement: 1. Kids play area: There are some play area which are broken and not maintained properly. 2. No pool for kids below 10 years of age. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would recommend others to have a great time there.

Ours was a day trip and considering the cost for the day trip @800 pp it was excellent. The place is neat and clean with good service at all ends. Having 2 pools and rain dance the visitors get scattered and there is no crowding. Pool being cleaned in between was one of the best parts. Food included breakfast lunch and hi tea was fresh and tasty....must go place for any kind of group

Don't visit this farm ever in your life. It's fully wasting of money and quality time. Nothing was working properly. Only swimming pool was accessible, rest everything as per time decided by them. We were feeling like we had visited school, so many restrictions. They were having only one water tube for those who don't know to swim. Indoor games all broken, no maintained properly. They are just charging money but giving nothing. Only best thing was afternoon lunch. Very disappointing place, no one should visit such place anymore.

It was a decent place to spend time with family. Food was delicious 😋, snacks were tasty and with multiple options. Pool was clean and crowd was decent. We travelled by car however this place is well connected by train (hardly approx 2.5km from railway station). Staff was polite & courteous.

Had checked all the reviews before booking and was confused whether to go ahead. We got a good deal and went ahead. We went there with our family including senior citizens and a little kid, we enjoyed this place a lot. It's close to nature, budget friendly and a lot of activities for kids and elders too. Food was relishing and unlimited. Rooms are big to accommodate a group of people, old structure but good. We played almost all the games, utilized all the facilities in short. People who love nature will definitely enjoy this place.

A most visit resort at an affordable rate of 800 rs person. We were amazed at the food and service provided. Receptionist was very helpful and attentive to our problems. All types of indoor and outdoor games available. Also drop service available from resort at a nominal fee. Their speciality is that they don't charge a penny for lockers and games.

Had my wedding here 2 months back. Venue is great. Food is decent. Coordinator is okay too. Unhappy with the decorator. We gave him a certain script to print for our wedding board invites and he still went against our wishes and not only that we pointed it out to him 3 weeks before the wedding giving him enough time to change it and yet he did not do so. After paying so much to the resort, i did not expect this. I 100% do not recommend the decorator. His name is Dinesh. Absolutely careless and the management and coordinator could not care less. Very disappointed with this.this is just one example with the decorator. Had issues with the coordinator not responding to us on multiple occasions as well. I would give zero stars only because of them. If you ever plan to have events with them you have to check a 1000 times before the BIG day.

Visited here with family and friends. Very nice ambience. Food was tasty. Clean swimming pool and rain dance but DJ was not much enjoyable. On request also songs were not played. At evening live music was awesome and made the day. They arranged Bonfire and BBQ specially for us on our request. Big appreciation !!!!! They have so many things to do at the place indoor and outdoor games, spice garden, boating etc. Kids friendly resort. Kudos to the staff for their support !!! Cons- Rooms can be upgraded for convenience. Less non veg options.

1 )I had a very disappointing service experience; they closed the kitchen service at 12, even though they had initially promised to provide ice and water after that time during the booking. 2) There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, and we also discovered insects in our room. 3)If you go swimming in the pool, be prepared for frogs to join you in the water.

Pools are very slippery, water of pool stinks. No maintenance of water slides, it is hurting people. Changing room out of 5, only 2 accessible, rest 3 are horribly dirty. Food is also below the mark, over all not recommended

Have been wanting to post a review in regards to this property but couldnt do so lately,however this is my unhindered opinion about this property, hope this helps you all... Super property with some amazing space around it to move and have fun with✌🏻being beside a lake makes it even more serene. Rooms were amazing and spacious and had an aura of cleanliness to it Everything seemed to be where it was supposed to be. Fair experience overall...nothing to go gaga about... There are a few nooks which could be improved, housekeeping to be precise, damn they were so unprofessional and harsh while administering service which is their duty primarily...Housekeeping being a bridge between the residents and the hotel has to be the best which I really missed and regretted at times...

My wife and her 12 friends were at Srushti Farms yesterday for a one day fun trip. I booked the place through Mr. Saini who helped me fairly with the process. Just a day before the trip I came across some reviews which made me wonder whether Srushti Farms was a good decision. Some have written badly about the place and I'm sure some of them had a genuinely bad experience. That happens at times. But from what my wife told me, I think it was a good decision after all. She and her friends had a fantastic experience. From the staff, the service, very importantly the food, overall hygiene and the room... everything was quite impressive. The location is beautiful, the facilities such as the pool and rain dance area and the premises were all up to the mark. So no complaints at all. I would compliment and thank the management and the whole staff for making the group's trip very pleasant and memorable. And also request them to make sure that they consistently create such an experience for every visiting guest. Consistency is very important in the hospitality business and on the other hand every guest is paying their hard earned money and precious time to create good memories and not bad days. Do consider my feedback genuinely and keep up the good work. Best wishes from the entire group.

It's a really good place for a one day picnic.. it has indoor games, a swimming pool, water rides, rain dance and much more. The food here is amazing. Good place for family, friends and for couples.

Not recommended. Food and location is good, but the service and staff is not supportive at all, they set rules as per their convenience which is changing day to day. Example: for 30 members booking- At the time of booking we paid extra money for 3pm checkout and sales team agreed and confirmed with us on message. But sales team did not inform resort reception and because of that these guys fought with us almost 1 hour and that to when we are at pool area. There is lack of communication between sales team and resort guys and due that customer is suffering. Same happened at the time of check in, just because of miscommunication between them, we have been waited almost 1.30 hours at reception as resort guys not allowed us to check in just clarify their queries with their sales and sales person was busy on phone.

Went srushti farms my friends. Had a party riverside was best. Seeing sunset at that point was wonderful. I felt like Christmas was best this year. This resort and its services and food staff is average. Food is great

Rooms - Cosy and clean, housekeeping staff is also v good. Activities - cricket , rain dance , swimming pool is huge , archery , Mimi polo , great plantation , greenery all around , very quiet and calm place. Safety - As it's a farm you see dogs and cats all around. However if you like animals then fine. Food - They make good quality food, the dining area is very clean and nice. Nice walkway if you love jogging or walking. Full points for - *Cleanliness , *Food, *Rooms, *Staff

Worst experience ever in any resort /farms, over priced, Luxury rooms are like a vehicle garage in govt quarters, height of room is not more than eight feet, no power back up, near dirty river , two broken boats, no life jacket, no life guard. Can be used only for same day visit. Never think to stay here Overpriced is to mislead Indian mindset that costly would be better.

Good well-kept and clean place. Good clean toilets.There are many rooms there but spread over a large area. Good indoor games pool, snooker, carrot, table tennis. Enough place for out door games. Huge pool with well spread out garden. The food was fresh and delicious. Good place for parties and photo shoots.

I had booked this Venue one year before the event Date. It was not possible for me to give exact count of guest attending the events. We had booked the resort for three full days. We had initial hiccups during our initial discussion. We had interactions with Mr.akshay , Ms.kanchan , Mr.preetam and Mr.chandu. Initially We felt Ms kanchan was hard bargainer. Lots of discussion took place with kanchan.Later Ms kanchan provided us with best of service and she gave lots of inputs during our discussion with decorator Mr.Dinesh Jadhav.Jadhav and Kanchan gave us more than we had bargained for beautiful decorations. Thanks to Kanchan for decoration. Ms kanchan also helped us with Menu finalization. Her choice was excellent. Mr. Chandau helped us with transport , Ghodiwala, and Pethawala. Chef was excellent . His preparations were tooo good. Every one liked his food preparations. Specially the grooms side were impressed with choice of items .All the catering staffs and cleaning staffs were very accommodatative. Lastly I have to mention the name of Mr.Preetam , he was the one who made execution very smooth. There are no words to describe his patience. Ever smiling and never said NO to any request. When groom side were leaving the resort at 3.00 AM he ensured tea coffee were made available to them. Superb service and excellent Mehamannavazi. No word to describe his hospitality. One suggestion I can give . The rooms could have been maintained with fresh quote of paint . Chairs in dinning hall could have been little better. ( some of chairs were old and colourless) Over all I would grade them A+. If I had another kid I would go go with this resort. Thank you Ms.Kanchan , Mr Dinesh Jadhav , and Mr. Preetam. Nice place to visit. Good resort with a nice and big swimming pool and small water rides. Budget friendly resort. good food facilities and services. The negative point is that the rooms are not well maintained but comparing the price it is still the best place.

All meals were delicious 😋 Pool was huge and depth was so cool. They had 3 types of slides too. Ambience was beautiful. Place was filled with greenery. Games was amazing. Beautiful place, tasty food and very helpful and warm staff. Shraddha from the Mumbai office answered all our queries before and after booking. Preetam, the resort manager was very courteous and attended to all our requests. Much recommended place. Overall, a great experience.

Average food. Evening Hi tea was a joke, reheated chewy pakodas served with an average Chai. Most games needed Deposit to be paid for getting the necessary accessories (badminton, pool, golf) whereas it was mentioned that all inclusive in the per head cost. Pool was dirty and slimy. Pool slides were only an enjoyable thing. And we were asked to checkout at 4pm whereas plan mentioned checkout at 6pm. Dont waste your money here.

Rooms are ok ok but not worth the price of 2k just for the room. There was no TV remote and AC remote in the room. We called them many times but no one came to the room. Pool is not maintained and despite booking in advance we were not given room till 1 pm even after reaching the place at 9 30 am. Wouldn't recommend the place for rooms and service at all. Location of resort is the only plus point.

Very Poor maintenance of Rooms, Temp there was 37 and AC was worst, no maintenance at all. Floor tiles were broken, Could have hurt kids. Their booking manager have no respect to talk to clients and above that we tried calling his manager who never picked up the call to resolve the issue. Pool was very dirty. Over all very bad experience and one should consider other resorts rather then this.

Very bad experience. Bathroom commode was broken . Taps not maintained. Door handle was broken and fixed with a wire. Ac was old and remote not functioning. And they call it as super deluxe rooms. No rules set for swimming pool . One day picnic PPL just dip in a saree/ kurti with dirty legs and not worthy at all. Filthy. No wi fi in rooms . Seriously needs a re vamp Better to avoid and go elsewhere.

the experience was really great and we were there only for one day. we enjoyed in the pool. the breakfast was really good. we had anda bhurji and also there was bread jam, medu vada and idli. for lunch there was chicken for the non-veg people and which kolhapuri for the veg people. the food was exceptionally good. I would really recommend the food over here. apart from that, the amenities like the clubhouse, table tennis, miniature golf were really good. I would really recommend going here.

We had a visit on weekdays and for us it turned out to b wat we were looking for, just perfect. To ellaborate - 1. Place - as we had to drive, location was not a tough brainer for us. But the road from highway till the spot was a roller coaster. 2. Rooms and Ambience - fantastic . The overall greenery n cleanliness was prompt and it was wat 2e wanted peace , solitude . Tata sky was immediately updated so that we can watch TV. Hot water was prompt. Bed was cozy n so was AC working perfectly. 3. Dogs n Cats - yes this spot has some stray cannines n cats n me n my family njoied playing with them. Many won't cherish though 4. Food- breakfast, lunch , hi tea n dinner , Voila superb tasty n yummy. Though we 4 were the only ones but the quality n quantity was phenomenal. All thanks to Mr. Sunil Patole the head chef, such a down to earth behaviour, that they asked us wat wud you like to have ... Our choice, n we were like WOW. I won't stop writing .... Regarding food n hospitality. 5.swimming pool - we njoied here as well . Again it was upto us , n they started all rides n riam dance on our demand. Though we noted itching sensation. That was d downside. 6. Indoor n outdoor games- we used none as we had our babies to play with. Overall - we had a very good xperience.

Location is near from National Highway & Vasind Station, but road towards resort is in very bad condition. Due to overload of over excited visitors, staff becomes helpless in providing ontime service. Otherwise staff is very quick & prompt. Rooms are neat & clean. But some repairs & renovation are must. Like handles of doors, swithes, taps, tv remotes and settop boxes, AC function. Power cut is every day issue. Swimming pool, rain dance, water slides are biggest attractions. But needs more attention on maintenance. Besides all these drawbacks, this resort is highly recommended for couples & families. Special attention is given for senior citizens & children. People enjoy DJ music & dance, thoroughly. Veg & Non Veg food is awesome. Overall experience is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best place ever 3 pools ,rain dance best quality foods available and a horticulturist garden . There are innumerable flowers and medicinal plants available in it which mesmerizes our thoughts and feels fresh when we visit Per person entry is around 1200 in which breakfast dinner and lunch is included.

Shushti farms is one of the best farm house we have ever visited near Vasind (Shahpur, Mumbai). Good facilities for kids and families like swimming pool, spice garden, nature scenic view, etc. Srushti farms has good ambience clean hygenic rooms also well maintained property. Staff are polite and always happy to help. Highly recommended. Should visit with family for sure. Climate here is also lovely..!

Natural pleasant rustic surroundings. Property is besides the river. So there is option of boating. Rooms as well as food is average. So if you like top notch 4 or 5 star facilities, then this is not the place for you. Nature lovers would like it. Rates are reasonable except on holidays when the price quoted is very high and not recommended to burn your pockets which might pinch you later on. Liked the mini golf course there. They have swimming pool and few slides. Also have option of raindance. Changing rooms are in bad shape and not well-maintained. They have other acitivites or sports too which are chargeable. Good resort to visit for one or 2 days but more enjoyable if you go in a group, either friends or extended family. They can arrange mini-parties or activities for you if the group is big.

Srushti farm is certainly a good escape from the busy cityscape. The place offers a calm and green atmosphere to chill either as a day trip or weekend stay. However, we were not satisfied with the food and other services. It's a very laid back place. For example, nobody offers to setup swimming pools even as guests would like to use it. Food is generally served atleast half an hour late from schedule causing unwanted queues. Besides, it didn't make sense that one had to pay separately for using basic games despite paying a decent entrance fee. And then for day trips there is no one to guide the guests. You are sort of left on your own. Probably a good place but didn't do justice to what was advertised and the fees charged.

This place is perfect weekend Gateway with River side rooms boating in the river Batsai, the outdoor pool and water rides an added advantage. Children play area is well maintained and children enjoyed the swings thoroughly The place is well maintained and food is also Good. Some amenities such as kettles for Tea in the rooms, etc have been suggested and management has readily agreed to implement. Hope to find the suggestions implemented during our next visit Front desk staff or restaurant staff is guest friendly. The stay at Shrusti Farms was value for Money

Food and accommodation was nice. Perfect place to cut yourself away from busy life. Best part was most of the places doesn't have network coverage. As this place is near river and still water you will be bothered by mosquitos so carry enough mosquito repellent along.

I’m in love with this place . A weekend spent with company of nature. This place is full of greenery. The rooms are super spacious and food is superb. Main highlights of this place are the SPICE GARDEN , BOTANICAL GARDEN , ARCHERY AND MINIATURE GOLF. And the other things which I really loved and enjoyed are the WATER SLIDES , BEAUTIFUL SWIMMING POOL AND INDOOR GAMES . Can’t wait to visit it once again.

Room is spacious,Garden is very good,Swimming pool is awesome.All types of indoor games available.

Our society had arranged a day picnic to Srushti Farms and everyone seem to have enjoyed the trip immensely. What stands out is that the farm is managed very well and the staff is very cooperative. You can enjoy outdoor games like Cricket, football, badminton, golf etc. There is a well maintained swimming pool, a slide pool and rain dance along with a DJ. I loved trying my hands on archery for the first time here. There are plenty of indoor games like carom, table tennis, pool table, etc. too. Food is decent and both veg and non veg options are available. Plenty of parking is also available at the farm. On the flip side, approach road to the farm is a bit congested although our bus could make it without any major problems. Large buses may find it difficult. Driving a car to the farm will not be a problem.

It was an amazing place . Lots of greenery and activities. We all had lot of fun...

I been here at Srushti Farms with my family & Cousins on valentine day. Really very huge riverside farmhouse i seen ever! Place is one kind of heaven!...when u enter in this farm you will feel like u r at lap in nature!.. perfect place for peace & nature lover. They have very huge marriage lawn, swimming pool, water slides, rain dance, indoor & outdoor games for everyone.. I just loved this place...also they serves Indian & Chinese food in restaurant...staff was also very friendly & service was excellent, warm welcome with wet tissue & refreshing kokam sharbat! They have different different kinds of rooms...std, deluxe, family cottages etc...room was very specious & clean. will definitely visit again with my group of friends

1.Very Bad experience 👎,Ok ok place ,food is good .It is costly as compared to the location and as per facilities it is not recommended for others.I visited with my family while booking they said 50 ppl are expected tomorrow, kindly reserve fast or we won't be able to adjust but when I went their no other ppl were their except our family. 2.Even for providing a lockers we requested them,waited for almost 45mins for locker keys to keep our stuff.Very bad experience overall they have good greenery and ambiences but they need to be maintained every thing was dirty. 3.Even to start the rain dance I had to tell the authority, nothing was well managed in terms of service except food . Every tym you have to go and tell the authority to arrange Every thing . 4.Even for playing music they told our criteria is of 15 minimum Ppl but then this should be written or informed while booking or inquiry bcoz we are not knowing that how busy the srushti farm will be and how many number of customers will visit them . 5.They didn't even inform that our slides are under maintenance.We were left with only one pool and few broken indoor games...😠😠 6.I would suggest if your are in a group of more then 20 then it's best other wise very poor service in terms of everything except food .

Worst experience ever, forever. It's completely disgusting. Staff is totally unco-operative. there is nothing anything to enjoy, total wasteful. there are no lights on cricket ground, that we can play at nighttime. no volleyball ground, too much restrictions about everything like no swimming pool access after 6 PM, no breakfast facility after 6 PM, no slides access in noon time. Indoor games quality is 3rd class, carrom board is broken and no have lights on it. Excluding veg lunch/dinner everything is waste of money. I will recommend to look for any other resort. Thanks...
