Gym is good, equipment are good, but diet chart and excersize chart given is poor, also environment is more in terms of Personal Training Oriented, not a healthy environment for workout...

Earlier, I had very good experience, with Rakesh But after Rakesh left Vastral branch, gym has been worst then vegetable market Manager Shiv and Sales girl Komal, run the organization only for their good ones No one responds on time, and no help or support provided, I would prefer Nikol branch much more then this

Best gym of vastral area.

No maintenance at all, studio area is shut down from month still not opened yet, machine parts are broken but not replaced yet, and equipments are just one only, we have to wait for 10-15min for our turn due to unavailability of equipment

Staff Is Good In Nature , But Not All Workout Machine Available in Gym And The Trainer Always Suggest Personal training and Personal training coast High , Gym Space less and Not all Machine Work proper And Staff Not Repair This Gym Area Small

Worst staff I have 1 year membership, and when I went for renewal Salesgirl Komal, stated clearly to buy protein for 5000 and get discount on renewal or else I can search for another gym Gym Lounge Vastral was really good in beginning, but the staff has made it worst now Especially the Salesgirl Komal, she denies customer for membership as if she is owner of gym

I am going to gym lounge premium vastral since 1 yrs.very best gym and very neat n clean also. in gym daily hand sanitizing and best gym trainer always help me. manager rakesh tripathi is also very supportive nature person and gym handling is also perfect by rakesh tripathi and government guide line are also following in gym during covid -19 like always wear a mask in gym is complasary etc

I called to see get quotation, the person received my call was sitting next to speakers and literally not bothered to go out even after I told him that he was not audible. Neither he bothered to call back later. Gym could be considered good but employees are pathetic.

Very bad experience specially trainer. My first experience. I don’t know how to do game if I ask for trainer he was very rude, behave specially trainer, name Ankit I don’t know how to use in machine. And all I Just I asked him he was very rude. Behave me etc

I have joined this gym from 29th July 2023, today when I was walking on trademill, their trainer switch off the switch of trademill without my knowledge by mistake. Height is that when i complained to floor manager and others representative instead of taking matter seriously floor manager was talking with smile. Hope you take matter seriously...

Equipments are good but the good should be extended a bit for more half and hour in the night. Also the equipments are used by multiple people there is no cleaner to wipe it or sanitize it. The management should consider the hygiene related to issue. It is suffocating coz of bad oudour too. Staffs are friendly and helpful but very less staffs according to the crowd and standard been shown.

Incase you are looking for Weight loss then Hetvi Parmar ( personal trainer ) should be your choice, she is good trainer she know what she is doing and she is best at it, Good GYM overall

I perused the gymnasium today and discerned an anomaly. Primarily, the receptionist failed to furnish apt guidance pertaining to the gymnasium. Furthermore, upon soliciting a tour of the gymnasium, she elucidated that corporate regulations precluded her from showcasing the facility. I pondered, "If one is soliciting an investment of 8000 bucks in their gymnasium, prospective patrons ought to be afforded the opportunity to inspect it." Evidently, an expectation exists for commitment without knowledge of the available apparatus or floor amenities. On the whole, it bespeaks inadequacies in both management prowess and communicative adeptness in catering to clientele. 😏😏

I morning and evening to much crowd. Machines are old. Water issues some time.noon time is better for this gym. But they are upgrading gym. Premium to platinum. Let's see what is new in platinum.

very good affordable gym in vastral, and i highly recommend hetvi medam if you are looking for PT, she even guides me out of gym for my diet i constantly ask her what to eat and what to not, and she is very helpful

One of the best gym in Vastral area. All equipments are in good condition with separate activity space for Yoga, Zumba, Aerobic. Trainers are well knowledgeable including Manager. Cafeteria has also good food. I will recommend anyone to join this gym.
