Prices
on
the
goods
and
at
the
checkout
do
not
match.
I
only
noticed
when
I
was
paying
that
the
price
at
the
checkout
was
higher
than
on
the
labeled
item.
When
I
complained
about
it
within
minutes
of
the
purchase,
the
branch
manager
was
called
in.
This
didn't
matter
at
all
and
she
made
it
clear
that
this
was
the
case
with
many
articles.
This
is
due
to
the
increasing
costs.
I
made
it
clear
to
her
that
the
prices
posted
were
misleading
and
that
it
had
to
be
clear
to
the
customer
what
the
goods
cost,
but
she
was
completely
indifferent
and
didn't
understand
my
displeasure
about
it.
She
simply
made
it
clear
that
this
would
be
handled
by
the
head
office
and
that
she
couldn't
do
anything
about
it.
She
gave
me
a
voucher
for
the
value
of
the
returned
goods
and
had
no
understanding
of
my
frustration.
I
couldn't
do
anything
with
a
voucher
because
I
don't
shop
there
often
anyway.
