Had a great experience at this B&B! Before we even arrived Chiara chatted with us & made sure we knew how to get there. The apartment has three rooms, one to each couple & a mutual kitchen with a toster and a coffee machine. We got the room with a private bathroom. Once we arrived, Chiara sat with us and explained a bit about the city & where she recommends us to visit during our stay. Chiara is very sweet, and makes sure the room is always clean & fills the kitchen with food for breakfast. In addition, the B&B is located close to the center of Rome, a walking distance from various sites, shops & the Vatican. There is also a metro station nearby. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Folia.

We had the most amazing experience! Chiara is a great host. She sat down with us and explained all about Rome and gave us a handy map. She also gave some amazing recommendations for places to eat. The room is so pretty and well designed. You can tell she really cares about her guests! Couldn't recommend enough!

Folia in Rome is a true gem! Just 10 minutes walk from Vatican City and near the metro, its location is superb, making exploring Rome easy and convenient. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm, friendly environment. Every part of Folia was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of sightseeing. A special touch was the focus on eco-friendly items, showing a thoughtful consideration for the environment. For me, staying at Folia was like enjoying the luxury of a 4-star hotel. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely return whenever I visit Rome again!

Beautifully appointed room in a landmark building, in a great location near Vatican City. The host, Chiara, was warm, welcoming and full of useful information about restaurants, nearby parking, and places to visit. The Covid-19 hygiene measures were impeccable.

It was immaculately clean, the manager was so authentic and spent an hour answering our questions about Rome and giving suggestions, the entire place was recently re-decorated and is eco-friendly, it’s a five minute walk to the Vatican. I’ve stayed in 30 or 40 B&Bs and this was by far my favorite experience and place.

The place is good designed and it look exactly like the photos , It's in an very old building since 1889 but the apartment is renovated and air conditioned which is great and also good organized , there is a lift in the building , I met with Chiara the host she is very friendly and helpful she always ask if you need any thing she comes everyday to check that everything is ok she also speaks english very very good , you can find a lot in the kitchen coffee maker , oven , cutlery fridge , The room is medium it has a tv and table with two chairs a unique wardrobe but the bathroom is very tight , the location is great in via Ottaviano itself that means you are near a few steps from Vatican and also a few step from metro linea A

We stayed three nights there and we couldn't have chosen a better place. It's walking distance from the centre yet away from the crowds. The owner is simply wonderful, very accommodating and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Rome! Chiara is so so nice, she will give you great recommendation of places to eat and visit in the city. Very flexible, she was ok with our late check in. The bedroom was very pretty, comfortable in bed and quiet location. I will definitely stay here again!

Booked Folia from Friday til Tuesday. Asked for late check-in, only received answer less than a week before arrival that this was not possible and if we cancel they might refund. Not only was late check-in not possible, we were not allowed to check-in Saturday, Sunday or Monday, neither did we receive refund...

I have traveled to other parts of Italy, but this was my first time visiting Rome. The accommodation was well connected to the metro, so it was very convenient to get around, and the restaurant that the host recommended was also really great. There was a place close by where we could buy simple vegetables, so we thoroughly enjoyed the trip according to our condition.

The best B&B in Rome. 10/10 Location: The location near the Vatican couldn't be better. It's located near the Ottaviano Metro station. You can go to any point in Rome from there. Rooms: The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The owner: Chiara, the owner, it's a lovely person. She helped us with some issues we had in another B&B. She always was available by phone/whatsapp even after we left. She also recommended us several restaurants and day plans to enjoy our stay. We will come back!
