Amazing experience, amazing results. Einas was so lovely upon entering the facility. Anna had completed a laser treatment and was so gentle, took her time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable at all times. 10/10 recommend.

Today was my first time ever getting Botox and she never told me anything I wasn’t supposed to do after procedure . It’s super upsetting to know you trust someone to literally inject you with Botox and she don’t inform you on anything . I will not be returning, I will take my money and give it someone who ensures every customer leaves with the right information and being satisfied. I wouldn’t go to this doctor . She clearly don’t care about clients .

Best facial I’ve ever had! Clinic is extremely clean and offers a great selection of services. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Anna, the medical aesthetician, is first rate. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and provides great recommendations for your own at-home skin care routine. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Great results for laser hair removal at Dr. Boulos Medical Spa! Just finished my 5th session, and the results have been amazing! Unwanted hair is gone, and not returning, and it was a wonderful summer of not having to shave daily! Very quick and easy treatment process. Very caring of how I was feeling throughout the treatment making sure I was comfortable. My only regret is not starting laser hair removal years ago! I would say if you have ever thought about doing laser hair removal, don’t hesitate, and go to Dr. Boulos Medical Spa!

Anna took the time to examine my skin and recommended the appropriate facial. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area of skincare! By the condition of my skin, Anna could tell that my current skincare routine was no longer working for me and made suggestions on how it could be improved. I really value the time she took to explain the ingredients and properties of each of the products. Many other medical spas are just looking to make a sale, but not once did I ever feel pressured. The facility is always clean and their products and service are top notch. I became a customer because of their CoolSculpting procedure but keep going back for different facials because of Anna, their esthetician. I always feel safe and in good hands with her. I have been going to this location for almost a year now and I have been getting laser hair removal treatment from Anna. I am dark skinned and was worried that the treatment would not work. However, the hair in my treatment areas are a lot thinner and I do not have to use a razor as often. If you are looking for good results, I highly recommend this location! P.S. the girls at this location are so friendly and helpful!

Dr. Boulous and all the staff are incredible. Very honest, helpful and offer options without being pushy. I originally went to see Dr. Bolous for botox, she used less units then I was receiving at another spa and the results are better, I find her to be honest and very kind. I also am receiving laser hair removal for my upper lip, Anna is amazing, I’ve only had 2 treatments thus far and have literally no hair growing back. I highly recommend going here, everyone is friendly, honest and helpful and they always have good promotions on :)

I have had IPL, Hollywood facial, chemical peel and laser hair removal at Dr. Boulos spa. Every one of these treatments has brought a glow to my skin and makes me feel revitalized. I also use the skin ceuticals and Zo Skin facial products along with the Elta MD sunscreen. My medical esthetician Anna is amazing. She will always recommend what your skin really needs and she is wonderful and gentle. Chelsey greets you with a smile and is very helpful to advise me on skin care products or treatments that I am interested to book when they are on promotion. If you are looking to be pampered, this is well worth the trip to Newmarket. Bring a girlfriend and make it a girls day! They have a great referral program.
