First, I wish I had taken better pictures but when I smelled the food, I just couldn’t focus! Let’s start with the Coconut Rice, which is made perfectly with the right amount of stickiness and a hint of fresh coconut. The moment we opened the box, the fresh sweet smell of coconut burst into the air and filled the house. It was fluffy with the right amount of sweetness…just a savoury wonderland on its own. Second, let’s talk about the Pad Thai…boy am I glad that this is the second time I’ve ever had Pad Thai in my life and it was a heavenly experience! The peanuts are so fresh, they burst out too when you open the box! The aromas, the flavour, the onions, the noodles, down to the smallest detail was truly wonderful. I am not exaggerating! Last but absolutely not least and incredibly highly recommended and an absolute must try is the Kang Supparod Pineapple Curry…Oy Vey! Now I know for a fact that I have to travel to Thailand to try their food in person because this curry alone had a world of flavours that is far to amazing to be able to put in words. I could probably just eat that for the next 20 years and be the happiest person on earth. Great job! The hype is real, this is THE spot for Thai food in Southern Ontario. Highly recommended and I will 100% return to try every single thing on their menu. Great job!

Fantastic Thai food in downtown St. Thomas believe it or not! The best Thai food anywhere around here and London! There vegetables are always fresh, we love their curries. Coconut rice is super tasty! Big portions and great prices! Oh, and their Tom Yum soup is very unique and packed with different flavours!

I am compelled to write my first review after dining with Le Cafe Siam. Food was delicious and authentic, ambiance was tasteful and represents the rich culture, people who run this place are a lovely family who treat their customers with great warmth and hospitality. As Asians we struggle to find a good Thai place and this is the best spring roll and pad Thai we’ve ever had in our 5 years in Canada. James the co-owner & co-chef is super knowledgeable about Thai food and it’s history. He and his brother cook with love and hold a high standard of the food quality and authenticity without compromise. We ordered 4 dishes and another to take home. Will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went to Le Café Siam last night for the first time and we were very impressed. It is a cute, cozy place, very intimate and romantic and nicely decorated. The owners brought a small piece of Bangkok in our St.Thomas town. Service was impeccable; Grace and Megan were wonderful, quick, polite, patient and most importantly, they knew their food ! We were indecisive due to the many options they have, and we went with what it was suggested: amazing ! Very tasty, ton of flavors…it reminded us the time spend in Thailand. The food is very authentic ! We are already planning to go back and try different things. See you soon. Thank you for accommodating us on a busy night.

The food is amazing. The restaurant is really small. But The cook is super talented. Mmmmm so tasty. Our favorite red curry and pad Thai.

First time dining in today. Restaurant was beautiful and cozy inside. Staff was friendly and super helpful when choosing our order. Ordered the Authentic Pad Thai which is the best pad Thai I've ever had! Looking forward to many more meals here!

What an absolute gem hidden in St Thomas I highly advise you ask for the traditional pad thai soon to be permanent on their menu. Amazing ingredients amazing flavor the right portions not shy to pack your meal with high quality toppings and protein The decor is very cozy yet rustic and cool to see the thai-esque feel. Will definitely come back again and again

Everything from the table, to the service, to the food was awesome. We had green and yellow curry, spring rolls, fries rice and coconut rice. Who could forget the delicious soup? Everything was incredible. Thanks for a great date night!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Le Cafe Siam. The atmosphere was just right - the restaurant was perfectly lit, relaxing music playing overhead and just a hint of conversation from other patrons. We were seated promptly, and had a few moments to peruse the menu over drinks. From appetizers to our main course, the food was exquisite. Amazing care was put into every dish, and the tastes and flavors were so enjoyable. Due to traveling, my wife and I have dined out a lot over the past couple of weeks, but this by far was the best dining experience we have had. If you're in the London / St. Thomas area, do yourself a favor, and try them.

This was a perfect day-time getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. I went here for a lunch date with my wife and we both loved it. The restaurant is absolutely stunning inside with artifacts straight from Thailand. Tables for 2 with a window view of Talbot Street and a picturesque interior design. We spoke to the owner James and he told us all about coming from Thailand and importing all the designs and artifacts around the restaurant. The food was amazing. Very authentic and delicious. Hands down the best green curry I've had in Canada. After a great meal we tried to pay and the owner was apologetic because of a single missing ingredient from the meals we ate. Don't worry a single ingredient didn't change the outcome of the meal! The meal was amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

I ordered pad thai last night and it was beyond! Lots of flavour in each bite, unlike other places. The tofu was cut up small, so each piece was flavourful and had a nice crispy outside.

Our team of 12 ordered take out for a dinner meeting we had last week. Each month we choose a different independent restaurant in the city. Supporting local is important to us. Le Cafe Siam will definitely be on our repeat list. Everything was perfect! Our large order was filled with care and enthusiasm. The food was absolutely delicious and all 12 meals were devoured. The service was amazing. You can tell that their little restaurant is their pride and joy. From the smiles on their faces and their warm demeanour; to the delicious, well executed dishes on their menu, Le Cafe Siam truly cares about your dining experience with them. If you haven’t been, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Le Cafe Siam, we will be back! ❤️ First Optometry

Our first visit to Le Cafe Siam, wow, what a great little restaurant. From the moment we entered the restaurant. We were welcomed by our waitress. She was very knowledgeable on the food and drinks. Told us about some of the local craft beers they had available and gave us some information on the food and they could add or take away from some of the dishes if we didn't like something. We ordered Spring rolls for an appetizer, Cashew Chicken for one of the mains and the other main was Tropical fried rice, plus a side order of coconut rice. Everything was delicious. The service was also perfect, very attentive but not in your face. This will not be our last visit.

Absolutely incredible intimate vibe, decorated in authentic feudal Japanese antique armour and weaponry. Very unique. Very cool. And very delicious. The food is as authentic as the people who own and operate it. Among our favorite places to go, and by far some of the best food in town! Highly recommended.

Le Cafe Siam never disappoints. I’ve brought many family and friends here over the last 15 years and not one of them had a bad experience. Favourite dish is yellow curry. Nice light sweet flavour with a kick. You can also bring your own wine to the restaurant. I’ve been to plenty of other Thai restaurants in Canada and this one takes the cake.

Le Cafe Siam is the best restaurant in St. Thomas. I’ve had Thai food in many different major cities and nothing compares. The flavours are impeccable. Whether you dine in or take out, you will not be disappointed. This family run restaurant cooks with all their heart and it shows.

I started out last year wondering about this place. My wife and I would always talk about it, but we never ordered. We decided to take the plunge one day and got their Pad Thai. It was hands down the best Pad Thai I have ever eaten. They have a good lengthy menu, so we have worked around it a little bit and have yet to be disappointed. The wife and I agree, the Number 41 dish is amazing! We won’t go anywhere else for Thai. I can’t wait until the day Covid is gone, or non existent so they can open up Dine In! One word of advice. If you want to get food from here. Call when they open as they get slammed pretty quickly! Will be back time and time again! Thanks Le Cafe Siam Family for always making our experience the best it can be! We went back again! Tonight we were invited to Le Café Siam: Thai Cuisine for dine in! They open in about 2 weeks or so for dine in for anyone wondering. (I think James Issara just wanted some practice) His daughter was our lovely waitress as you’ll see in the pictures! (Posted with permission) Kept us smiling! We had planned to get out for our anniversary dinner for the last month or so, but had been super busy. Where to start? We started with Chicken Satay - Chicken Strips skewered and grilled, topped with a peanut sauce and served with a dipping tray. This was one of my wife’s favourite appetizers! The peanut sauce felt so fresh and inviting and really popped with flavour! Very enjoyable! Saltyish with a hint of sweet in my opinion. We also got Kai Tod - Small Chicken Wings deep fried with herbs and garlic! It came with a Thai sweet and hot sauce. The wings were crispy, and succulent and the dipping sauce paired very nicely with them! We would get both of them again! From there we moved to the main course and decided to branch out a bit. My wife got the Pra Rama Lhong Song (Rama in the River) - it was a Sweet and salty sauce with rice (rice scooped in) and Broccoli and peppers. I enjoyed it, but maybe found it a bit sweet. (We switched meals) My wife was eyeing my Pineapple Curry with Pork. She found it quite delicious and that’s why we both agreed to switch. I found it too sweet for me. It was still very good, all of it! James made our favourite for us to have/take home. The 41! Some even call it… the 21! 😆 Whoon Sen Pad Phong Karee - which in English translates to Deliciousness. Just kidding! It should though! We got it with Pork and Shrimp. Utterly amazing! James and Megan Issara came out with Dessert after! Donuts with a condensed milk and it was warm, light and paired perfectly with the Chai Tea which was served warm and I thought was utterly amazing! Sweet and warm in a cool night with window seats! What more could you ask for in a cozy shop that has been revamped? Beautiful floors, new table tops, decor showing the beautiful Thai heritage. 100/10! When you get a chance, don’t delay! Book those reservations. it’s about the only way you’ll get a spot! Let me tell you! It’s worth it!!
