    When I started Fit4Females 8 months postpartum after a complicated pregnancy, I could barely hold a plank for 20 seconds. It has been 9 years since I attended Fit4Females with my youngest of three children and I still think about Trina and her program often. This program was the spark that ignited the last 9 years of a fitness journey From Fit4Females to Crossfit to Peloton, from triathalons to half-marathons, and how I have incorporated fitness and wellness into my everyday life. My children have grown watching their mother be active and espouse wellness and balance. What better gift could I provide to them.

    Fit4females is an incredible place to get yourself healthy and back in shape despite the many challenges we face as new moms. It's amazing to bring your kids to classes and the workouts are always rewarding and geared to your ability. Trina and Erika are amazing at keeping up the motivation and making the workout go by really quickly. I always looked forward to going to class and I HATE going to the gym so this was great for me. I look forward to returning in the fall!

    When I returned to work after two back-to-back mat leaves, it felt impossible to find time for myself. With my work schedule, commute and the demands of the day, I could barely get a full meal in or shower let alone time to leave my house to workout. Fit4females online workouts and replays are a lifeline for me, especially as I struggle to adjust to my new normal. A predictable routine is still a work in progress so being able to do 20-30 mins online whenever I can is the only realistic way I can get in some physical activity. Trina even checks in on me from time to time (never in a pushy kind of way), which I truly appreciate. She's genuinely supportive, encouraging and invested in my personal health and fitness regardless of how many classes a week I can attend.

    I cannot recommend the Fit4Females Stroller Fitness Program enough. I’ve been attending since eight weeks postpartum and I’ve been so pleased with the results. I’ve lost over 11 pounds and most importantly I’m so much stronger which is important because my baby is over 20 pounds now. The variety of workouts is fantastic. Every class is a different workout which I appreciate. The Instructors push you but they also understand that you may have only gotten two or three hours of sleep last night. It is a really comfortable environment if you need to breastfeed, change a dirty diaper or if your baby is getting fussy and you just kind of take a break from the workout and do a few laps. The sense of community is fantastic. It’s a great place to meet Moms and ask for advice and tips. The last five minutes of Stroller Fitness Class is parachute time which even my my eight month old looks forward to and absolutely loves. If you are interested in starting a Fitness Program after pregnancy I would highly recommend joining the Fit4Females I’m pressed over the last six months.

    After trying many many different workout classes, gyms and programs, I can honestly say that Fit4Females is the MOST supportive, MOST fun, and MOST challenging (in a good way!). We get amazing, ALWAYS different workouts and non-stop support throughout class. The people in the group are amazing and friendly. We all motivate eachother and I really do feel welcome. I don't have a baby yet, but i can see every day how much women are supported throughout that process of becoming a mom. Health considerations are always taken into account. I'm telling you, this is a group that really cares about their clients. Especially love Sunday night Tabata - i feel so ready to start the week after that class and Trina and Ashley have got it going on! Thank you Trina, and Co.!

    I’ve been with Fit4Females for 11years now. I was immediately hooked on not just the classes, but the people and the energy that each person brings is contagious. When Covid came along F4F immediately took the initiative to change to online. While this had its initial challenges, Trina and her staff rose to the occasion and kept F4F going and all of us members were able to continue on with our fitness. I know that online wasn’t everyone’s ideal answer and even I was skeptical of online at first too. I came to realize that I could get the same results online as I did in class. Then with the magic of this community members would start coming on before and stay on after class to catch up and check in on one another. Members that couldn’t come to live class because they had moved were able to come back through the beauty of online. We all adapted to our new online classes and found new and inventive ways to do exercises like; ball slams we’re now using pillows aka pillow slams instead of slamballs. Members were able to use household items instead of weights as at home equipment was hard to get during Covid. While I love in person, I can honestly say I love online. I love working out at home and then can continue on my day. Online brought us 615am classes. Online has allowed me to stay on track with my fitness while I’m away or in bad weather I simply walk into my basement and I don’t have to miss class. Trina came up with having playbacks of classes so if you couldn’t make live you could sign on and do a replay. This is another bonus of online as an option as it keeps me on track with my fitness routine during holidays when previously in class was on a scheduled break or if I had to miss a class, I could sign in and pick any class I wanted and stay committed to my fitness. I’m grateful that F4F has stayed with online. If you haven’t tried and you are considering or if you are considering coming back, just do it! Come join us, trust me you won’t regret it!

    The stroller fit classes were a saviour after both my babies! Great opportunity to get out, get back into shape and interact with other moms. Trina and team were so knowledgeable, caring and inspiring. Highly recommend!!!

    Fit4females provided me with everything I needed to get myself healthy and strong. Trina and the trainers at f4f provide a positive and motivating atmosphere. It is a great place to get an excellent workout and not feel judged by those around you. Trina and the trainers at F4F is what helped me to safely workout to the end of my pregnancy with my second son and was back in the gym after six weeks post delivery. I have lost over 100lbs thanks to F4F and I can not recommend anyone more qualified than they are to help transform women's lives!

    I do Fit4Females classes online, because it’s the only way I can stay consistent in my workouts, especially during the summer. I love the convenience of doing my workouts at home, with my kids home for the summer or even during the school year when they are home sick. Plus I don’t have to plan extra time to drive to class. I chose the live workouts, because I like the interaction, correction of my form, the extra accountability An extra bonus to the online workouts is that I can use all the random workout gear I have collected😜

    AMAZING ONLINE WORKOUTS! Trina and her staff are incredibly friendly. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. The LIVE online workouts are led by Trina and her Team Leaders who give instant feedback and just the right amount of encouragement.

    Started going to Trina’s Classes after my little one turned three months. She assessed me and gave me amazing tipster help keep perspective before starting my journey to regain my strength post pregnancy. The stroller classes are amazing and convenient to bring little ones. A really positive and supportive environment with one heck of a total body workout. But my favourite are the kids free classes, adults only!! As a busy mom this is the time I take to focus on myself and my fitness goals. Would recommend to any woman looking to achieve their fitness goals
