Rented a jet ski for my husband and I this weekend, we could not have been more impressed. The customer service was top notch, the level of instruction and expertise made me feel comfortable driving the machine for a first time. The machines are new, clean and very comfortably fit 2 adults for a whole rental. Would 100% rent from here again and will be recommending them to friends and family. They also have a pontoon boat that can be booked- that will be our next adventure on the water!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A+ customer service from the second we got to the dock, until the moment we shook hands and left after our experience. New, well maintained SeaDoo rentals that are equally fast and stable felt like we were gliding across choppier water even at higher speeds. Will definitely be returning!

The jetskis are in great condition and worked well. However, that's about it. The customer experience was way below average. First of all, they charged $4500 deposit for 3 boats upfront, yes you read that right. I was shocked to learn that because I've never been charged that amount of deposit in other jetski places, and neither did they mention this deposit in the confirmation email (which I could imagine why). Then, they charged extra fuel fees after returning the boats, which are usually included in other places I've been. This fee was also not communicated anywhere and I had to ask myself to find out. The worst part is after we returned the boats, I waited 25 min for the staff to tell me what the final fuel charges were and for the least, provide a receipt. But apparently they just expected you to leave without knowing what you were charged, and I had to ask for that as well. There are better places in Simcoe area that provide professional customer services. I'm over any places where the fee was not communicated transparently and I had to ask for the bare minimum.

Rented 2 - 3 passenger seadoos. Mint condition, super easy booking, pickup, drop off. Super safe to use. Top top shape. Decided at 10:00 am to go up from North york. By 1:00 on the water. Temporary license given. Full instructions. Owner is Rosen. Super nice guy and his employee. Couldn’t ask for better. Booked again for a 4 hour day. Well done guys!

The staff were very friendly and provided us with the jet ski even though we were behined the schedule. We booked at Friday Harbour location. Friday Harbour is a big resort and we had difficulty fiding the launching point. The more accurate address is Hourbour Master at Friday Harbour. We asked some staff from the resort and they gave us the Harbour Master name. We then looked for the parking but all aparkings were full andwe found a parking at a construction site which was about 15 minutes walked to Jet Skies. I suggest Lake Simcoe Watersport Rentals to provide the direcitons with booking. Also try to get earlier to the resort so you can find parkig and walk to the rental spot.

Rosen was amazing with booking a last minute pontoon. It seated 10 ppl, leather chairs, comfy ride, blue tooth speakers and luxury at a good price. We rented the pontoon for 5 hours to ride around Lake Simcoe and it held up against the waves and I felt like I was on a yacht because that's how spacious it was. I highly recommend speaking to Rosen for pontoon, jet ski rentals!

The seadoos looked like new. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Our family had a great day on the water. Thanks!
