Had a great experience today. Came to look and try on the iconic bean boots during the labour day 25% off sale. I was helped by Fernando who was patient and shared useful information about sizes (needed a half size down). Not sure what's going on with the other reviews, but customer service was top notch. My wife wished they had housewares, but there's always online for that.

Horrible customer experience. They don't know the meaning of customer service. I returned a jacket but was not refunded the amount paid. I called the 1800 number Who told me to call the store I called the store who told me to call the 1800 number. The manager was so rude and unhelpful. I've called the 1800 4 times. The agents keep giving me different stories about my refund or hang up on me mid conversation. I STILL have not received my refund!!!! Horrible Horrible company

Disagree with many of the negative reviews. If you need a refund right away, stop buying things on credit. I've buying LL Bean clothes for a long time. I made dozens and dozens of purchases. The quality is very good, most materials excellent and the service I experienced has always been good whether online, on the phone or in the store.

Great service at this location! I went in to exchange a couple things I bought online. Helped me find new sizes to try, and offered other colour options for items not in stock in-store. No judgement when I opted to return a sweater rather than exchange it for the more expensive colour they had available in store. Very friendly and pleasant experience. Clothing is pricey, but good quality. I have a few closet staples from here that I splurged on, and they've held up well over time.

Very good store for quality clothing, shoes, etc. Good selection of designs and well displayed. Good customer service. Reasonably priced for the quality of the items. Very good returns and exchange policy

High quality apparel, but costly. Tidy and clean interior and exterior. Excellent customer service without pushing customers for choices. If you are bored, go window shopping here.

Please improve your "Find In Store" online. Sometimes it's there, other times it's not. I find your sizing it sometimes a little bigger, sometimes a little smaller, so I don't know which to order. I'd prefer to come in and try them on.

Amazing store with great customer service. Just like some of LL bean heritage products like the bean boot, their commitment to a quality experience extends through their products to individual transactions. Many of their products like the moccasin, field coats and tote bags are examples of products that have stood the test of time and are generally still manufactured the same way they were 50 years ago which is pretty amazing. Having knowledgeable workers for each and every one of their products is a great shopping experience. So if you do live a little far for this location, it’s well worth the drive!

Thank you to Dorothy at customer service who helped explain the return process and made it very easy and convenient. Store was well kept and organized, all the customers service reps and cashier were easy-going and very helpful. Will return to the store for future purchases
