I
recently
had
the
unpleasant
experience
of
dealing
with
Rowena
at
Leon's
Welland,
and
I
must
say
her
level
of
professionalism
was
disappointing,
to
say
the
least.
From
the
moment
I
walked
into
the
store,
it
was
evident
that
Rowena
lacked
the
basic
courtesy
and
professionalism
that
one
would
expect
from
a
sales
associate.
She
showed
a
complete
disregard
for
customer
service
by
failing
to
greet
me
or
offer
any
assistance
when
I
clearly
needed
it.
It
almost
felt
as
if
I
was
inconveniencing
her
by
being
there.
When
I
finally
managed
to
get
her
attention
and
asked
a
few
questions
about
some
of
the
products,
her
responses
were
curt
and
unhelpful.
Not
only
did
Rowena
display
an
unprofessional
attitude,
but
she
also
lacked
the
product
knowledge
necessary
to
assist
customers
effectively.
She
was
unable
to
provide
me
with
accurate
information
or
answer
basic
questions
about
the
items
I
was
interested
in.
It
was
clear
that
she
had
not
taken
the
time
to
familiarize
herself
with
the
inventory
she
was
responsible
for.
Furthermore,
Rowena's
demeanor
was
off-putting,
as
she
displayed
impatience
and
a
lack
of
interest
in
addressing
my
concerns.
Her
dismissive
attitude
made
the
entire
shopping
experience
feel
incredibly
unpleasant.
It
was
as
if
she
couldn't
wait
for
me
to
leave
the
store
without
making
any
effort
to
make
me
feel
valued
as
a
customer.
In
addition
to
the
lack
of
professionalism,
Rowena's
customer
service
skills
were
sorely
lacking.
She
displayed
no
willingness
to
go
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
customer
satisfaction
or
to
resolve
any
issues
that
arose
during
my
visit.
It
was
evident
that
she
simply
wasn't
interested
in
providing
a
positive
experience
to
customers.
Overall,
my
encounter
with
Rowena
at
Leon's
Welland
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
Her
unprofessional
behavior,
lack
of
product
knowledge,
and
dismissive
attitude
were
extremely
disappointing.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
seeking
her
assistance
when
visiting
the
store,
as
it
is
clear
that
she
is
not
suited
for
a
customer-facing
role.
