Service guts are great so get what you need and don't engage in any conversation with the office girls. Regardless if you are right they will use reverse sociology and there entitle attitude to make you feel that you are wrong. If you have any other option use it.

The WORST service and attitude I have experienced in a long time. Called to place my first order and received a scolding for calling 20 min before closing time!! HA! They lost all my future business. There are many other F&B distributors in the city, don't waste your time with this one.

Had several bags of mozzarella shredded cheese with spot molded with the expire date of july 3 2020. I call and was told to take home and use the cheese minus the mold. I own a business so I'm left to absorb the cost as the company is not taking returns. I am very disappointed and now contemplating sourcing my dairy needs else where. I hope managment looks into there process and not to tell the customer to use molding cheese!! These bags were still factory sealed and not open.

I’m a simple man with simple pleasures but when it comes to my diary products, I don’t cut any corners. That’s why I choose Mr Dairy when I need diary products I don’t compromise I choose the best. Fresh products at a great price, delivered on time and with a smile! I eagerly await the next time the Mr.Dairy truck pulls up to my door with another refreshing delivery!

Spoiled milk and cream were delivered randomly despite of expiration dates of the products for the last 4 weeks . I have a business and I’ve been using Mr. Dairy since 2016. I’ve tried to resolve this issue for the last 4 weeks with their customer service team by emails and phone calls but no reply.

Some poorly trained driver (truck #5) cut me off on the wrong nearly causing a serious accident and when I confronted him he gave me the finger to say sorry. I called this company to report it but they don’t care about how their drivers behave on public road. I have the incident on dash cam and will be reporting it to MTO as the company couldn’t care less. Horrible driving. You should be ashamed of yourself truck number 5. Licence plate BE 11805.

The driver never read the note, always deliver outside operation hour and left the milk outside the store. No matter how many time I complained, no reply. I’m switching over to Costco.

from an ice cream truck point of view* This place does very well for same day orders. Their ice cream mix is one of the better ones available in Toronto and they also have a large selection of popsicles and drinks. I gave 4 stars because service can be better and a little more professional. I have received a box of different popsicles than I have ordered and today I was told my previous order wasn't paid for when I know for sure that I have paid. Overall, I've had a good experience.

Had a small order to pick up and the staff were great, friendly and fast from ordering to pick up. First time we've used Mr. DAIRY. Would recommend. If only I didn't lose some of my order off the truck... Now I have to go back and reorder, good thing my experience was positive.

Mr Dairy has gone far above expectations. We recently had a festival and I was amazed at how much they were willing to help us even though we have only been a customer for 10 months! We will definitely continue to use them! Amazing family run business, and all the staff are incredibly friendly from our driver and rep right up to the owner!

Getting any kind of delivery here is super hit or miss, the product is either fresh or spoilt an I don't mean by like a day
