    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s my question that lids company based on what they choose their managers, who was so rude and he became mad when I was trying different caps. Even he didn’t honour their own return policies. Never ever go this shop again

    Absolute trash quality with customer service and horrible experience. I went in thinking I lucked out, because I was the only customer in the store. It was too good to be true. Only a male employee was sitting at the register machine and I wouldn't say he was working hard... Do employees get paid to play on their phones and ignore customers? Since most of the products were overpriced, I had to make a wise decision with selecting the right hat size and symbol of whatever was available. The male staff didn't get up from his position at all, nor ask of he could help with assisting me in any way possible. After spending 15-20 mins in making my decision, the man took a deep sigh of relief and said "Finally" under his breath. I don't know what his problem was, but he didn't lift a finger to help make my experience a positive one in the least. Never shopping or even browsing here again.

    Like some other ppl mentioned here, seems like the only ppl working here are high school kids who hate their job. Went in when it was empty with three girls sitting behind the counter and they didn’t even help, when I asked where I could pay the girl rolled her eyes and acted like helping me was such a hard task, if you hate your job that much leave

    Terrible! I went there and 4 employees were on their phones and when I asked some question, one of them kick me out for the another one, and then another one, and the last one. Sounds like nobody wanna work. Even this terrible experience I know the products are high quality and I did my order, that I paid almost 100$ for one embroidery hat. It would take 3 business days to done, but guess what? Nobody call me back, I just called and they said excuses that it took longer to do, because I have my own logo, and it will take one more day. COME ON!!! What’s the kind of customer service is this?

    Rudest customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I called to see if they had an alternative size in stock for an exchange of a product I purchased 2 days ago. When I called, both employees spoke to me rudely, for no apparent reason. They were unnecessarily disrespectful, stating that they have never heard of the product, and refused to search up the product code. As someone who has worked in retail and customer service, this is a prime example of terrible customer service.

    Their customer service is sooooo trash. Their employees look like they’re dying. No one greets you. When speaking to an employee they give attitude. Cashier didn’t even say hi, ask how I’m doing, not even have a good day. Other reviews say the same thing too. Manager should teach them a one two on customer service. It’s not that hard.

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Actually 0 customer service. Went in the last night to get three hats to buy and get them customized. 4 people at the register 2 sitting behind counter laughing looking at stuff on their phones. Having their drinks from wherever. No one acknowledged me no one came to help me. I dont think they even knew I was in the store. Why am I going to spend 150..00 in a store that can't even help me. Horrible

    Spent $225 worth of hats and embroidery out of all hats 1 was misprinted. The girl I spoke with was very unreasonable in trying to fix it and tried to make me pay for another hat. Im in the customer service business and instead of coming to a conclution to help, the girl working will just shut you down and try to make you feel stupid. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

    rude manager, rude salesperson. they don’t honour their own return policy after 3 days and instead accusing you for returning worn caps. don’t recommend at all. ripped off shop

    Love this shop. Lucky, the Store Manager, is an absolute delight and his embroidery skills are the best in the city. He can customize hats, towels, jackets, hoodies, almost anything you can think of. All my custom projects and gifts have been crafted flawlessly, usually with same-day turnaround. Thank you, Lucky + team, for always delivering!

    L customer service. They didn’t say hi, didn’t explain the promotions, they were having their own convo among themselves and when it came down to checking out they didn’t acknowledge you until you said something. All of them need to quit if they don’t like their job

    Not a good place to buy in bulk for branding. Bad business experience. Poor quality control. Poor customer service. No refunds or corrections. Digitizing my company logo cost $40 and took a week. Took another week to get a revision. Bought 5 hats. Wording came out sloppy and amature looking. Threads are already pulling. 1 hat was damaged from grease from their machine and that was the only one they would offer a re-creation for.

    I had a great experience with a young gentlemen I believe his name was labeeb, first time buying a hat and came to this location I had a few questions he was very patient and understand. Showed me some cool hats and I ended up buying one he recommended.

    I made a rushed custom order for 16 hats with Tiffany (Assistant Manager). The hats were for a youth baseball team that had a game and needed hats before their game on the weekend. When I picked them up 2 days later, there was a mistake on all the hats. Tiffany kept her composure and took ownership of the mistake. She then assured me that the order will be corrected before the end of the day. She then drove around the city to other Lids locations to get the replacement blank hats for the order and stayed 3 hours after closing until it was all completed. She definitely went above & beyond and should be acknowledged by the Lids organization!

    I went today to get my hat embroided, they promised me to come back in 30 mins, when I came back 30 mins later, my hat was still not done, it was still sitting in the corner, when I got back 2 girls were on their phone, I had to wait another 15 mins, and the girl who did my hat didn’t even informed me my hat was ready. And I was standing beside her. Very poor customer service experience indeed.
