Love, love, love Ed's. Roncy and Beaches are my go to locations. They do what I consider to be the best hazelnut gelato, it is all hazelnut and not very sweet. Honey ginger ice cream is fantastic. Anything seasonal, like mango, apricot, pear.... smells and tastes like those exact fruits and berries. Amazing stuff!

Was craving ice cream on our way back from the beach and saw this place. Had a huge lineup, so we knew it was going to be good. They had a big menu with a variety of ice cream, gelato, and sorbets to choose from. They also offer other items, including coffee, chocolate, milkshakes, etc. Went with the classic cookies and cream, mango gelato, and rock of ages. They were all to die for. Enjoyed each and every bite. Would recommend going with the suger cone as it tastes much better compared to the regular cone. Prices were decent compared to the quality and quantity you get. The total came to $18 plus tips, which was well worth it. Will definitely recommend and will return to try more items/flavors.

Ed’s is THE local spot for quality ice cream and other cold treats here in the Beaches. They’ve been here for years, and even sponsored my first soccer team I was on when I was 6 years old, in our Beaches Community Soccer League! I’ve taken my friends, family and fiancé here: we all love the quality ice cream for very decent prices. My favourite flavour combo is getting 2 scoops: one of the sweet cream and one of the burnt marshmallow. Both flavours are TO DIE FOR. Plus, the staff there are always so friendly and attentive. Fair warning though: expect a line out the door, especially on hot summer days! A local classic spot that our whole family will always keep coming back to.

Decent ice cream, but definitely nothing special. It was tasty, they have a lot of flavors and even though there are still a lot of customers, you get your turn pretty quickly. You can find a few places to sit inside and in front of the store.

I love anything chocolate and for me to say that their Burnt Marshmallow is out of this world, says a lot!

If you haven’t had Ed’s Real Scoop, get yourself to the beaches and try some immediately! I had the cassis and burnt marshmallow flavours and both were absolutely unbelievable. Very creamy and delicious - I was blown away with every single bite. Cannot wait to go back and try more flavours. This place is an absolute must!

Yummmmm! Ed’s Real Scoop has an excellent selection of gelato and ice cream flavours. I tried the cookies and cream and got exactly what I expected. I tasted tested the burnt marshmallow, which I found to be too sweet. I would definitely be back to try other flavours.

Big lineup, big prices and bigger tasty 😋 and delicious Gelato and ice-cream. Highly recommend the waffle cone. This time we tried the passion fruit, the devil chocolate, the espresso Gelato and the chocolate ice-cream. The Gelato is hand down very delicious all of them. Same goes for the ice-cream. Next time we will visit during weekdays to avoid the crowed. Next to the shop you can walk and enjoy few seats and side street fliers and roses. It was very relaxing to walk, sit and eat your Gelato.

I was just a kid when I came here for the very first time, and thought it was the most magical place I'd ever come across. Coming back for the first time as an adult reminded me why it left such an impression on me. So much so, that I naturally had to bring some of it home! I highly recommend you do the same the next time you're lucky enough to pass by!

the best ice cream I've had in years! The Brownie Fudge and the Burnt Marshmallow were extraordinary flavours! The attendants were so friendly and helpful, can't wait to go again there!

Absolutely deelish burnt marshmellow is good and Cookies&Cream is tasty! The peppermint candycane is awesome and the perfect substitute for people who like candycane ice cream because there is no chocolate in there version

Hot spring days calls for ice creams/sorbets! A walk in beaches and a big scoop of ice cream. We were few people so were able to try quite a lot. The best was the sorbet, lemon and red Rashberry hands down. The other flavor that one shld try is the beechs peach 🍑 with fresh cut peaches, or the all time fav of burnt mashmellow that never goes wrong..all in all no complaints as always.

Ed's is a local gem (in each of their locations). The beaches location will always stay close to my heart since it's always been the one I go to, lol. They've never made a flavour I didn't like!

We drove 45 mins to enjoy the experience at Ed's real scoop! Totally worth it!! Location - We wwnt to the 920 Queen Street East, Toronto. Flavors we had - We had the Maple 🍁 Flavor, Palmy Beach Peach, Pina Colada and French Mint in a Regular Waffle Cone. Regular Waffle Cone comes with a choice of two scoops 😋 Customer Service - The Service was exceptional!! The server provided a contactless service 😇 and placed the cones in the cone stand and we just picked our order! Overall Rating - 5 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone! The shop is open till 9:30pm everyday so after your dinner while you are on your night stroll this place is ideal for some sinful sweetful indulgence 😋

We ordered two ice creams with 2 flavors each. I got pistachio and hazelnut and my husband got pistachio and walnut maple. Because of the high ratings we were excited, but we were a little disappointed. The flavors weren't as strong and tasted a little diluted. We still ate it all, but it wasn't as good as we hoped. Unfortunately my waffle cone was also stale and soggy too. I don't know if it was an off day. However, the customer service when we bought the ice cream was great! Very friendly and fast service!

Fantastic as ALWAYS!! Craved pistachio ice cream and they didn't disappoint. Their product is rich and creamy and full of flavour. The ice cream sandwiches are thick, just the way you want them. Take home pints are also available. The location is obviously a huge hit, since you can easily walk down south to the lake and boardwalk within a few moments. Parking can be tricky in the Beaches... most are able to find a spot along Queen, but there is also a Green P not far away. The neighbourhood is very walkable so you won't mind a little distance.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. When you walk by you can see and smell the making of their delicious waffle cones. Inside the store you'll find delectable ice cream, wonderfully gooey hot fudge sauce, and so many flavors, that is is incredibly difficult to choose. This place is wonderful :)

The Burt Marshmallow ice cream is delicious! If you have trouble picking a flavour, the staff are awesome at pointing you to a yummy option. Love how all the scoop sizes have options for multiple flavours. Don’t be discouraged if you see a line-up, it’s worth the wait!

Solid Toronto ice cream shop. If you've never been, highly recommend but also keep in mind that there's almost always a long line up. Their burnt marshmallow ice cream is a top favorite. Their chocolate chocolate chocolate ice cream is also fantastic (white chocolate base with chocolate chips!!)
