I’m so disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for many years. I love urban barn but this specific store has always made a great impression with their service and care. This doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I ordered two paintings that were supposed to be delivered within a week (I was told it’s a guarantee). After 3 weeks of calls and follow up on my end one of the paintings still isn’t available. The attitude by the sales associate named Kim has left me feeling that this is my last purchase at this store. The dismissive, non apologetic tone and complete lack of desire to help is such a huge shift from what I’m used to. It’s too bad as I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this store and would continue to. I hope the owner of this store reads this and does something about it. You don’t seem very busy and most stores on that plaza already shut down. You won’t keep customers around much longer with folks like Kim representing your customer service standards.

I wish I could give more stars to Vicki the store manager at Richmond Hill location. I had great customer service experiences before but this one was another level. I am so happy with both sofas we purchased on Summer. One Liberty sectional for our basement and one for our formal living room. I love the quality, fabric, and their delivery system. Highly recommend this Urbarn Barn and working with Vicki. She is very professional and helpful. You are amazing Vicki! Thank you!

We were impressed with the customer service from both Vicky and the store manager Ali. We did not feel pressured to buy anything. They were around when I needed questions answered and were very helpful. We love their products and quality of merchandise.

Lots of awesome furniture and the materials used are very sturdy. The display of all the products was very eye catching. Staff here were very helpful as well.

Pricey and it's not easy to locate specific products.

Kass is the absolute BEST associate ever! She’s actually nice and she knows how to help customers figure out to utilize their space and what will look good. I believe she said she has a background in Interior Decorating so if there’s anybody I trust in the store to help me always it’s her. If you go here make sure she helps you because she will take her time to make sure you like everything.

It took a while for a sales person to actually approach me but one of the younger ones did and she was fantastic. Very patient and helpful. I ordered my sofa with her.

Hunted all over the city for appropriate chairs for my new epoxy/walnut table. Finally! I walked into Urban Barn and there they were. The Callie Dining chairs in Nicco Sand which were absolutely made for my table. It didn't take that long to get them and they actually let me pick them up a day in advance at their Mississauga warehouse. The chairs are absolutely stunning and are of great quality. Very pleased with my purchase and the crew at Richmond Hill location made buying from them super easy. Great sales associates!

I had an excellent shopping experience at the store. The associates were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed, offering valuable suggestions and answering all my questions. Their friendly demeanor and product knowledge made the whole process enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication to providing great service, and I'll definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

I’m giving it one star, because we had a lovely time with the staff at Urban Barn amidst a big move, in which we bought many pieces and spent tons of money towards the company. Now it has been a few months, two dresser exchanges due to damage, and the worst part is it takes forever to get through to anyone in client care. There is no phone number to call. You would think after second issue with same item, they would work a bit faster to resolve the issue. I have had TWO damaged dressers taking up space in my bedroom, tons of energy and garbage with unpacking both, wasted energy getting the HEAVY item up and down the stairs. I have sent countless inquiries and I hear back sporadically, not sure it is worth the hassle to buy with Urban Barn again.

A big shout out to Kassaundra at the Richmond Hill Urban Barn! After a terrible experience at another furniture store I’d given up on refurnishing my living room for several months. Walked into this store just to kill some time. No pressure just super pleasant to work with, she gave me great ideas for my living space. Purchased a gorgeous coffee table to kick start fresh new decor ideas thanks to her help!!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are professionally trained. They know the products very well and could give me good suggestions. I made a purchase and happy with my purchase.

I was looking for counter stools and found the perfect ones thanks to Naz at the Richmond Hill location. Naz had all the information I needed to seal the deal and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They had a vast selection more than any other furniture store to choose from. I highly recommend that location and staff.

We are so happy with the service we received from start to finish. We were reluctant to purchase this table as the reviews had some complaints. Our table looks amazing in our kitchen. The delivery service was excellent.

Lovely people and super helpful. The only thing is that many items are not in stock and you need to wait a couple of months.

The customer service that Vicky provides is the reason why i keep returning to this location. I could very easily order on line, but she is such a pleasure to work with that I would rather call her or visit the store. Her personalized approach to customer service is exemplary and I wish the retail world had other customer service representatives like Vicky!

Please send refund and revoke my gift card. I will contact Honey as well. This is robbery, and I didn't go through with the purchase for the item at the furniture store. I never received the gift card, and I only purchased it because I wanted the furniture but it did not meet our needs anymore and we had that cancelled. Please refund this entire amount, not cool to treat customers this way. Don’t get a gift card or Honey to get it, it’s a scam!

This is an amazing store! I had a wonderful sales associate, Sabrina who spent a lot of time with me. She was knowledgeable and very patient. Customer service at its best! I would highly recommend the store in Richmond Hill. Great products, great selection and numerous ideas. It’s a must!

Great place for furniture shopping. They have lots of great displays from bedroom to dining room. Service is friendly and not push. Plus prices are reasonable.

I am pleased to say that Rosa from Urban Barn - Richmond Hill went above and beyond with customer service. During Covid I booked a virtual tour as I have been renovating and needed assistance with furniture. Rosa has meticulous taste and made suggestions that I never even thought of - for example their very comfortable side chairs. She also sent me an email with pictures outlining different ways to use their decorative pillows and throws. I purchased a large gorgeous mirror for my front hall that she helped me place. To say I was very impressed is an understatement. Once I receive my chairs - I will update and post a picture. Rosa you are a beautiful young lady inside and out and I am grateful for your assistance and style. My family loves it all. You made virtual shopping during Covid a very positive experience.
