    I absolutely love my workouts at Fight Fit. Over the years this private gym has become more like family. The coaches, and other members are extremely friendly. I’m usually shy and can feel socially awkward at times from being an introvert, but everyone has a smile on their faces and genuinely want to get to know you. The best part about fight fit is the motivation from everyone around you while doing your workouts. I love that classes are always different each and every time. Over the years I’ve built up my stamina and strength and progressed. I’ve completed the 6 week challenge twice and have been successful and proud of myself. I unfortunately have fallen off the ladder when it comes to keeping up with meal preps but the coaches are phenomenal when it comes to checking in with you. Great team of coaches, and members. Looking for results?Don’t walk… Run

    Fight Fitness is very good at making clients feel included and encouraged. I had a very good first-time experience joining one of the boxing sessions, as the instructor worked towards making me and others feel included by giving small tips and words of encouragement during the workout. Additionally, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

    I had my first kickboxing classes at fight fitness and I loved it. Staff and coaches are very nice and are always helping you to improve. Overall a great way to get active . Highly recommend!!

    I began my journey with Fight Fitness as part of their 6 week challenge and I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The coaches are so welcoming and encouraging. The accountability measures are great and the meal plan was very easy to follow. The gym is clean, non-judgemental, and has a very personal feel. Unlike class instructors at typical gyms where they just show up and go through the routine, the coaches at Fight motivate you, come around and make sure you are using the right form, and even participate in other coaches’ classes alongside regular members. 6 weeks ago I couldn’t do a push-up and could barely hold a plank. Now I can hold a plank for 45s and successfully do a push-up! My jeans that couldn’t close also now fit me and my energy, moods, brain fog, and mental health have significant improved. I’ve decided to purchase a membership to Fight to continue my fitness journey and achieve my wellness goals as I feel I’ve finally found that community and environment that I’ve been looking for.

    I started the Fight Fitness community as part of their 6-week challenge. Within three months, I lost 20 pounds, increased my energy, and gained a community of peers who truly value self-care. Instruction The class offerings include FIIT (fight inspired interval training), Kickboxing, and Boxing. Each class is unique with diverse activities, and taken together, the combination throughout the week is well-rounded and offers a good mix of martial arts movements and cross training. Some coaches often demonstrate a movement and then explain how it may be used in application. For example, squatting and swinging your leg out = sweeping your opponent. Great for visualisation. Community The environment is positive and friendly! The community, coaches and clients alike, are a supportive and actively engaged group who are ready to help, guide and educate in fitness, nutrition, and safety. Whether you solely participate in the classes, or opt in for personal training, the coaches are generous with their time and their advice is genuine. Accountability It can be intimidating to walk into a private, specialized gym, or dojo, as opposed to a larger gym chain that offers anonymity. When no one knows who you are, it can be easy to skip workouts and classes; this can lead to a cycle of self-deprecation and guilt. Admitting vulnerability and getting past the fear is hard, but it is also empowering to be accountable only to yourself. I appreciate that Fight Fitness holds me accountable to my goals. The coaches offer continued check-in calls (every few weeks) to help you stay on track, and also respond to questions via their app. The app itself provides a platform to track food, body stats and workout activity. There are also weekly blogs and motivational information. Intentionality The most success I have is when I set short-term realistic goals and take small steps towards them; this helps build confidence. I have learned to be more intentional and mindful about every aspect along the way, from what I eat, to allocating time for the activities and people that restore me. Being part of the Fight Fitness community has contributed to this mindset. After each class there is a cool-down and meditation that includes a few minutes to reflect on the things for which you are grateful. Perspective I believe in life-long learning and that growth comes from being challenged. Feeling confident and strong, both physically and mentally (mind-body-sprit), and surrounding myself with people who motivate me, and can help me achieve those goals is important to me. The Fight Fitness leadership team has done a great job of stewarding such a community. Thank you!

    Fight Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I saw crazy results in just 6 weeks! I lost 14.4lbs and 6.4% body fat with the help of all the wonderful coaches. The workouts are fun and challenging, the members are amazing, the facilities are sparkling clean, and the equipment is top-notch!

    I truly LOVE this place! I took my time to find the right studio to help me start losing my postpartum weight. I found it extremely hard finding the time and motivation after having a baby;, finding the right program/place to help achieve my goals was so important. Prior to pregnancy, I was very active. I went to several gyms, tried many different workouts. Fight Fitness combines my 2 favourites of HIIT and kickboxing. There is ample parking, the facility is very clean, there are several workout times, the coaches are super friendly and helpful, the workouts are fun, dynamic and intense, you are in and out within 45 mins and there is definitely a community feel with their loyal members. I get bored very easily and it’s never the case here. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, endurance, etc., I would highly recommend Fight Fitness.

    I was referred by a friend who thought I would like the classes offered and she was right. Had the opportunity to try a kickboxing and boxing class by Christopher and it was definitely an excellent workout. It was a great experience, as I was attending in person class for the first time after pandemic started. Everyone from front desk to the coaches were very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to trying more classes in the future.

    I did the 6 week challenge (lost 15 lbs) and really enjoyed the process! Decided to stay at the gym after the challenge. The classes are fun, engaging and so effective! Definitely recommend this place!

    I've been at Fight Fit for almost a year. I completed my 3 week challenged and succeeded my goal. Thanks to Coach Chris and his guidance. I continue to coming back to Fight Fit because of the environment, staff and the classes are awesome! I never thought I would enjoy classes but I love all the instructors. They teach with understanding, great knowledge and professionalism! All levels are welcome! I hope to continue to be with Fight Fit to grow stronger and healthier.

    Started with the 6 week challenge and it's been an amazing experience!! Great team of coaches who are all very supportive, positive and friendly! They check in with you on a regular basis to make sure you're on the right track. Following the meal plan could be a little challenging, but it's definitely worth it! My first time doing kickboxing and it's a lot of fun! I actually don't like exercising at all, but Fight Fitness makes working out FUN!! I highly recommend this program to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort to improve their overall health and/or to lose weight because it works! I have already purchased a membership to continue my journey with Fight Fitness! :)

    Before joining Fight Fitness, the last time I could remember actively working out was during high school gym class. After heading off to university and working, I convinced myself I had no time to work out and prepare healthy meals to fuel my body. Growing up, I never had the most beneficial relationship with food. I felt overwhelmed by the idea of working out because it had been a few years since I had exercised consistently, and I had no reference for eating healthy. My main challenge was already having grown accustomed to eating very little throughout the day, and opting to eat unhealthy food. As a newbie to working out, I genuinely enjoyed all of the group fitness classes and healthy eating resources provided that helped with preparing meals during the challenge. I also appreciate the way Chris (one of the coaches) helped me hold myself accountable by periodically checking on the progress I was making. It helped me stay on track and encouraged me along the way on my journey. If you're looking for a place to start your journey to becoming active and healthy, check out Fight Fitness!

    My experience at fight fitness has been AMAZING! Came in with absolutely zero experience in boxing and kick boxing, but the instructors created such a safe space for learning. The community is strong, and nobody hesitated to offer help when I forgot how to do my wraps for the 3rd time. Would definitely go again 11/10!

    Fight Fitness was an amazing place for me to really get into kickboxing and keeping fit. The instructors were amazing and really know how to keep everyone on their feet and going hard and strong. It was such an exhilarating experience overall! Highly recommend it if you're interested in kickboxing or HIIT workouts in general!

    I absolutely love the kickboxing experience at this place! The instructors are not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also passionate about helping every participant reach their fitness goals. This place offers a fantastic environment to improve your skills, boost your confidence, and have a blast while getting in shape. I can't recommend it enough – it's the perfect combination of fitness and fun!

    I have attended a few classes so far and have enjoyed each one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The other members are welcoming and it makes the whole experience so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Fight Fitness to anyone looking to incorporate more movement into their lives.

    Recommending Fight Fit to everyone!! The energy is always contagious (in the best way possible) and the sense of community is so strong. The 6AM classes were my favourite but if you aren’t an early bird, the classes are offered throughout the day to fit anyone’s schedule. The coaches and other members make sure you feel supported to help you reach whatever fitness goals you have, from weight loss to strength training to learning more about MMA and to living a healthier lifestyle overall.

    My first time at Fight Fitness and I was nervous, I haven't worked out in a long time. Each class had about 24 participants at different levels focused on technique and improving their strength. It's a friendly environment and those first time jitters went away. After attending, my mindset is, I just don't want to lose the weight but I want to be strong.

    I am so glad I did the 21 day challenge with FF. Started eating healthier, training regularly and lost 5% body fat, gained 3% muscle. My energy is back, I feel stronger and healthier and I got a nice toned summer body. Thank you Fight Fitness team and especially coach Mark for helping me reach my health and fitness goal.

    Completed a 4-class pass at Fight Fitness and was very impressed. The facility is gorgeous and the instructors are top notch - I believe many of them have elite training backgrounds and it shows - the moves they teach you are straight from the dojo/ring. The workouts are CHALLENGING but so fun. I left every session feeling invigorated. Perhaps most importantly, the attitude and atmosphere of the people and place is welcoming and inclusive. I was specifically looking for a MMA/Martial Arts-focused gym and this is excellent. They even have more formal Martial Arts training workshops/opportunities, which I may need to check out down the road!

    I'm leaving a review for my experience at fight fitness. I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge but I have not gone through it because of personal situation and the time of the class didn't align with my work schedule.But Joe was very helpful and very understanding of my situation and was able to refund me my deposit. I'll definitely comeback ones I have extra family members to help me get my kids after school so that I may attend after work without having to worry about who's going to pickup my kids lol . Thank you Joe once again.

    Love the vibe at Fight Fitness! Mark is an amazing instructor who kept the energy going throughout the class. Workouts are different everyday keeping things fun. The team there is super friendly and welcoming. Would def be coming back.

    After a 5+ year hiatus from Fight Fit, Joe recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. I was shocked. He welcomed me with open arms and was just excited to have me working with the Fight Fit team again. I'd come in for the 6 week challenge and was blown away by all of the renovations that had been done since I'd been there last. Plenty of bags to go around, a FULL boxing ring and even a personal training area alongside updated changing areas for maximum privacy. The changes were a fantastic reminder of Fight Fits success and why I'd missed working with them over the years. They are always dedicated to growth, for us and themselves. Throughout my time working with them, alongside getting you amazing results, I can feel that the team will do everything in their power to help you achieve your goals by providing accountability, support and accommodation where possible. Overall, I'm so happy to have Fight Fit back in my life and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with them.

    I've only attended the Kickboxing and box classes at Fight Fitness. It was high intensity and a great way to blow off steam. Dennis and Chris are the two instructors that I had and they are both great in getting people engaged and had high energy. I felt welcomed to this program and community and highly recommend this place.

    I joined the 6 week challenge at Fight Fitness as I’d been wanting to try kickboxing for a long time. Aside from putting on some weight during the pandemic, I had also fallen off my fitness regimen and I saw this as the perfect opportunity to shock my body back into discipline and tone up :D I can honestly say that I loved all the classes, boxing, kick boxing and FIIT. Classes are full of energy and all the coaches are superb and very friendly. They constantly check your posture and exercise technique and shout out encouragements. Although I did not reach my target weight loss goal, I will still rate my experience as 5 star. I feel a lot stronger after the 6 weeks, have toned up and also gone down a pounds. Overall satisfied!

    Fight fitness has the best environment; very friendly, all the coaches, including the owner Joe are super friendly and take interest in you weather you are training with them or not. I have been taking personal training for about a year now, and this is the longest I have ever worked out with no interruption, and this is only because of the great accommodation I have been receiving from the management as well as the great work of my coach, Dennis. He is an excellent personal trainer; he really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Fight fitness is a private gym that feels more personal. Hands down, best choice I ever made training at Fight fitness, strongly recommend it!

    --- 6 WEEK CHALLENGE --- It's been exactly 1 year since I got a concussion and have been on leave trying to recover. The way that I've been experiencing my concussion is that my brain is very fragile and I am very sensitive/responsive/intolerant to things that pour into me versus things that stress me. Many would think that joining a kickboxing gym while recovering from a concussion is not a good idea. However, I noticed that joining their 6-week challenge expedited my recovery process infinitely faster in just 6 weeks than my frequent, regular appointments with my occupational therapist, physiotherapist, psychotherapist, etc for months. Their classes and custom-tailored meal plans are very simple to follow, but effectively and efficiently on point. Their system for checking-in with clients and tracking their routines in order to actually support you through the transition period of developing discipline and accountability is also very distinct and effective. Now, after having finished the 6-week challenge, if I decide to take a break from the classes or meal plan, my concussion immediately feels it (i.e., my energy levels, mood, ability to concentrate, ability to function, etc). In consequence, as I experience the significant contrast, I have my own intrinsic and autonomous motivation to return to and stay the course. Of course, last but not least, despite all these very meticulously developed instrumental things, none of it would be conducive for me and my concussion if not for their very warm and cozy personal atmosphere as well. I'd like to thank and commend the owner Joe for what he's built, my coach Chris for his extremely elaborate, attentive support and infectious enthusiasm, and the entire team. Extra: lost 10% body fat and gained 6% muscle by the end of the 6 week challenge

    Fight Fitness is the best gym I have been too. The coaches are all very friendly and always willing to help/modify workouts for you. I personally recommend doing the KB classes! They're a lot of fun and you get a good sweat!

    Went for a fitness class with instructor Monica. Wow, what an amazing class and workout. She targeted different muscle groups, with fun and exciting workings. She kept the entire class engaged the whole time, and even helped students having difficulty with their form. 5 out of 5 recommended. I will definitely be going back!

    Excellent set of coaches and great bootcamp style workouts to help with your fitness goals. Even if you have no previous kickboxing experience, the coaches are very helpful to assist you through the combinations and circuits. The high intensity classes are a great cardio alternative for me personally in addition to the weight training at a gym. You start seeing results within weeks.

    Really good space and great kickboxing classes, really gets me sweating! Even if you feel nervous, everyone is very focused on their workout so don't worry! Also if you don't know how to wrap your hands yet, the instructors are super friendly and will help you.
