this place is very attractive and during rainy season starts.it located in a forest near malwathu oya and there are many wild animals cross these area.so anyone want to go there will have their own security. Tour guides are available in Kunchukulam Village.

This is a great place for outdoor activities. This place is so beautiful. my kindly request. People who go to visit this place don't throw Trash, plastic bottles and Polythene bags.

Great place with great scenic view of jungle. Avoid visiting the place on heavy rainy days because road will get difficult to acces. Beware of monkeys and more important don’t use google map location. Google map shows very narrow and very wild route. We found elephants roaming symptoms along the route like elephant wastes and foot paths. Use the kunchukulam hanging bridge route and then put location for Thekkam amuna or ask for help out there.

This place is Found in the forest area, this dam is an ancient and innovative dam built using many techniques. Not mant people are living near this area. It is also difficult for large vehicles to enter. The movement of elephants has also been detected in the evening so be careful and it is best to swim safely.
