Very good service by Mr. Roshan every time I visit but really poor air conditioning. AC is not sufficient for the entire place and becomes very hot in this weather. Please make changes about this

I came for face waxing and the service was the worst. My skin got peeled and the service was too bad. It was a disappointment and it was not up to the level. Total Waste of money and time and my skin got irritated after their unprofessional service and behaviour. The staff in the billing section was at her rude and arrogant behaviour .

Was highly impressed with how Roshan cut my hair and shaped my beard …absolutely loved it and gem of a person explaining everything in detail and creating a rapport which is very important to feel comfortable . Would highly recommend to try this place out and specifically ask for Roshan

#Naturals at Velachery. The manager lacked professionalism in explaining rules to the customer. The membership expired and no notification was received. On payment they denied membership reapply and also told to pay in full. Wrong membership updating, and while card says 2 years, they said 1 year membership with 24 hours activation time. Wrong way of making money I can see you asking contact details below publicly. How you want me to share?

Got the perfect makeover after a long time. Roshan sculpted everything to perfection, even tried a different beard look which is not my usual self but it seems to suit me. Everything over here was crafted to perfection, and with utmost care. Totally worth the money.

NEVER visit this salon. I went for a shave today and the barber cut me 4 times. I had to ask him to stop shaving as I was bleeding profusely. A small cut once is acceptable, everyone makes mistakes.. but 4 TIMES?? On top of that, they asked me to pay 300 RS for the service. You will get a better service at a standalone barbershop near you.

Dharshana haircut is good,but hairwash equipment was not in working condition,just sprayed water and gave haircut,cost difference from Store to Store,Adyar store feather cut 1180,Velachery 1414.No proper answer for price difference
