All Diwali collections are good. For men the price of New collections are very high & the old collection's price is above moderate. If the price is moderate/ or having good offers means so many people will buy the clothes here. And women's also collections are also nice & beautiful.

Max has always been one of my favourite brands and i have been a regular customer. I have purchased across outlets in Coimbatore, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. The quality of clothes offered is lovely. An authentic choice for formal and casual occasions.

Please don't buy products from Max which comes under offer or year end sale, As they are selling out quality less product. We purchased two footwears from Max and it got damaged during first usage itself and I can't get replacement for this even though i approached them within two weeks of purchase.

No Airconditioning inside the shop. The AC is good near the entrance. Poorly organised clothes. Going down in steadily in the shopping experience. And yes I just saw a review from another person. The quality of products have plumetted. The footwear we bought for our kid became unusable within one week of purchase. Can you believe that they don't have 100% cotton t-shirts for men? If I didn't have the habit of check the material we would have been in for a big disappointment. We expect an apparel store in Chennai to have Cotton t shirts. No more stepping into MAX again. 3 stars is for the good stuff you provided in the past years.

Max have got good collection of stuff both for men's and women's the collection is too good must really visit this place ..... recommend to buy kurtas the collection is awesome

Max is a decent budget brand and they have good collections with fair price. great thank you. But poor customer service, high billing time, staffs don't have wide products/service knowledge, environment poorly organized and no air conditioner. lame reasons.

For a popular brand store in a prominent mall, this is a poorly managed store in Phoenix mall, Chennai. Not enough billing counters even when more than 15 people are waiting. Ventilation is close to non existant in the afternoons when the store becomes active. Every time I see families looking for airy areas for their children and seniors. Such apathy to customer service is really sad 😔

My husband I visited the max store located at the Phoenix mall, in vellachery, chennai. One of the worst customer service we experienced there. People cutting lines the guy at the counter did not seem to care. Bought a few things, along with a pack of nail polish. One was marked 99 rupees. A few others 199. I took the one marked 99 and asked the guy at the counter. He was rude and said it was not 99. I told him it was their sticker. Then he wasted our time in calling another guy who knew nothing. I tod him if he had an sense and he wants customers to come back to the shop to shop mire he would honor that price and give it to me. The discussion went no where. Ultimately I got fed up of him and told him I did not need that product. Max needs to train their employees to know how to deal with customers in a polite way and be able to make a decision. The people hired are nit monkeys they can think I am assuming. Never am I going to be shopping at max again.

Wide number of collection with affordable rates. Can purchase for all members in family in one place. For kids, Collections are amazing. Customer service is also good.

I had a wonderful experience at MAX, whenever at mall I make sure to purchase from here as they gives you best price as compare to others. They have a good collection of Indian and western clothes.

Max show room has dresses, shoes for men, woman and kids at reasonable price. If they don't have yousize you can order and they will do home delivery

I have purchased women ethnic wear dress today at 2pm. Due to urgency I didn’t get the bill. After coming home only I have noticed. I need to exchange the dress. I am unable to contact store. Please contact me

I had wonderfull experience in this purchase. That one who stand in kids girl section she was very helpful and kind. And the cashier, he is so kind and humble. Compare than the other showroom the product & price is really good. I agree with that. But, Less Variety.

Not bad. Pricing is high. Need to give more offer. Otherwise it's difficult to get brand name and loose the customers.

Air condition is turned off to save cost of electricity and people were sweating and the whole shop was stinking with sweat. Have some hygiene sense.

Good and best for all , shirts, pants, and t-shirts for mens were on sale and offer. The clothes are really branded and Affordable.

Casual and ethnic wears available

The winter collections are good, a lot of new arrivals and varieties are available. I thought MAX was costlier, but it is very cheap in a place like Phinox Market City. I have a lifestyle voucher and MAX is a sister concern and accepted my voucher. They have not mentioned the offer on the dresses, but few items provided a surprise 10% discount. Overall, it is a nice experience at MAX.

It's a decent shop but not that much when compared to other Max outlets. I was looking for kids dresses and the options were limited. Customer service was okay.

Does have google pay option at all .. After standing in the long line the cashier finally conveyed only card payment.. This is ridiculous.. If it was communicated earlier we would done something else. Less staffs during busy days people are suffocating.. pls take care of this

Cheaters! They say Buy one Get one and at counter they dont honor it. Upon complaining they just remove the board. Beware! Horrible experience. They are not apolgetic of their mistake either. Use your hard earned money elsewhere.

Great place to buy quality products at a decent price. However, the stocks are less specially for Large and above sizes.

Max is a great store to buy everyday comfortable clothing for office and home. Special mention to Store staff Kavitha who assists customer with smile no matter how many times you ask her for help and assistance. Staff like this make shopping a feel good experience for the customer.

Online site is very poor. When selected a delivery to Jawahar nagar store got dispatched to Phoenix mall. When called customer executive and explained the issue, he says to check contact details from google and call that respective store. Delivery to home was also not accepting in their site. Pathetic customer service and horrible systems you guys have 19/11/21 - Inspite of sharing contact details, none of ur executives bothered to solve the issue yet

Clothes are of nice quality. They have a wide variety of clothing collection. Trial rooms are not available during this pandemic times. The staffs help us to get the right dresses.

Hi , I have purchased 4 clothes here and after billed the cashier didn't give one of the cloth. I have left from there without counting becauseIbelieveMax. Once I reached to cab, I just checked the bag and there's no t shirt. So, I came back to max and asked to the bill person who searched in a bulk clothes and found my cloth.. HOW CAN THE BILLING PERSON MISSED OR HIDDEN IT?? Mainly there are so many clothes in the counter and the lady gave me my MISSED t.shirt among them..Are all those clothes also hidden by them? Very 👎 bad
