Truly a beautiful store. It is big and beautiful. Feels nice when one enters the stores. The feel of crampiness is not there. There is enough space to move around without bumping into things or people. The ambience is excellent and so is the lighting. The choice of brands is the best part of this store. They have literally every good brand here. The choice of items from clothes, watches, perfumes, accessories for women and men, footwear and inner wear is amazing. The staffs are very friendly and the service is good. The check out is easy on almost all days. Weekends bring in big crowds. Now they have the self check out counters which are generally empty. So if you are caught in the crowd ask for the check-out counters and get out soon.

Lifestyle stores has been a preferred place for shopping over many years for us. Lately I’ve noticed a callous unprofessional attitude from the staff much more than before. The dusting is happening as customers are trying to pick clothes. Loud chatting across different isles by the staff. There were at least 20 or perhaps more staff around the floor but we had to keep waiting and calling for help even for picking out a different size. Overall the store upkeep, the way things were placed and arranged also did not give a good vibe. The trial rooms have storage boxes lying around. The experience was sadly so negative that it kind of made me think, I am better off shopping in stand alone stores. 4 of us, women who wanted to actually shop and buy something couldn’t find a single outfit, Indian or western that we thought was nice. It felt like no effort was made in stocking different styles or designs. There were a lot of clothes definitely but nothing felt ‘wow this is nice, let me try’ . Feedback in the hope that something is done to make things better.

Best shop for buying dresses for family. It has wide range of varieties. Customer service is good.. Staffs are polite and helpful.. Offers are good..

I had very bad experience today about this store at Phoenix Market City, Velachery. I purchased an earring, the staff billed for it, I payed the money but he didn't give me the product. I purchased for more than 12000 rupees products today. So, I didn't check all the products after the bill. I thought he had put all products carefully inside the bag. After I left the mall, I discovered the earring is not there. Surprisingly, there is no way to contact the store, no contact number given.

Really worst billing experience everyone would have faced be it any day, having 10 billing machines is fine where is the manpower? The bill person name called Vignesh who speaks very rudely to the customers and doesn’t know how to do billing or talk to customers, he treated me very bad, how can you hire such a person? Just sending feedback messages are fine, but when will you really take the feedbacks and start implementing them? After multiple times and provided feedback’s, i could only say never ever will come to the store, Worst experience kindly avoid if you want peace while exiting the shop or the bill counter will make sure you will get pissed and the mental peace goes Kindly avoid

A gentleman named Mr. Dinakaran in Phoenix mall store was extremely customer-oriented and needs very special mention for his passion for work. 4. Ladies hand bag section was replete with discounts. All branded items. 5. Latest designs at half the prices!

This used to be my go to store for years! The quality is still the same yet the collection in my recent visits have gone down drastically! I was terribly disappointed with the staff in the billing section as she showed her personal emotions to me as a customer! The staff who did the Steam ironing stained the new top which was disappointing and terribly!

Never Buy products here....On tuesday Dated(26/07/2022)bought a timex watch which is not even working....it costed More....and when i telling about my concern towards Them i didnt get any Proper Response and asked me to go service center.....

I just done my shopping a 1 week back so the person who was standing in the billing counter is not at all giving proper response I have already waited for 20mins for the billing but again the person asking me to wait for another 10min and also the person was very sarcastic it's not fair at all and i haven't seen such an horrible service ever in life still this moment I will suggest Max and reliance trends these guys providing very gud service due to some shortage of stock only I have forced to purchase at this filthy place

Absolutely no problem with life Style. In one roof all your garments from 0 to 50 years stacked in different parts.all employees are cooperative & having mind set to work for the company sales. But trial rooms should be increased during season. Very neat & clean. Billing has to be speeded up. Exchange formalities are simple & appreciable.

The customer service is very poor . I had called them for invoice , they asked me to msg on WhatsApp and it didn’t work , so I had to visit the store and write a letter , the person at customer desk said I will receive through mail . It’s been a week and still I haven’t received. When I called again the centerlised customer service doesn’t connect me to pheonix store and wants me to visit store again ! This is very annoying . My warranty will get over in a week n they keep tricking

The store is genuine. Apparently the stalls in makeup section are total scam! Can't believe the sales girls got some nerves to openly scam the customers in the name of offers.

Fraud shopping center. The 50% discounted product is absolutely fake price which is tagged in it. Ensure before making the take, verify with online shopping price. Scammers of modern world.

We are regular customers at Life style for 10 years. But unfortunately today, when we visited the Phenix mall life style store, bought the products. The billing experience was horrible. I was attending to my child, my parents senior citizens went to pay the bills. They were insulted and mistreated. Afterwards too the billing staff were mocking them. Very unfortunate .

Very huge collection and it's on sale... So you can buy without burning a hole in your pocket... Enjoy shopping

Best shopping store in Chennai. This is located inside phoenix Mall Chennai. All brands are available here. You just need money all branded clothes are available here. Coming to clothing 50% of the mall is cloth shopping. All branded clothes available here. Lifestyle,max , all branded shops like Peter England, Allen soni, Louise Phillip, pantaloons, .....etc More than 20 branded clothes are available for men. Kids and women shopping also available. Beauty products are also available here. For girls many other options available if you have money you will have super quality products here. Many shopping options are available inside the life style for girls. You will love them.

Not kid or family friendly. There are absolutely no places to sit, just one bench per floor.. and the staff are insensitive to your kids needing a place to sit

Most expensive store in the segment. Collections are plenty but too much pricey Bought 2 branded jeans for about 5.5k and later i bought same jeans for 4000 in a different showroom saving 1500 I prefer to buy in standalone branded showrooms in future instead of buying from life style

Very very poor service. Only 3 billing counters were open among 13. Stood in que for 30 mins and Mr. Sarthi, the billing person skipped our bill. I dont know why they even have something called edge membership and ask us to pay for its renewal. Such a waste of time and such waste of money in the name of membership because the edge counter was closed in this shop on a Sunday at 8.30pm.

Good collection and friendly people and recommendations are very good. A special mention at billing counter Surya is very polite and extends lot of support during billing.

Lifestyle as a brand has its own reputation. The store in phoenix Mall tries is good enough in terms of the collections they have and hosting varieties of brands. I purchased from Men, women, and kids sections. The collections are huge and decent. The staff at the counters are also good. There are 2 suggestions to this outlet. 1. Try increasing the number of trial rooms or allow only a limited number of clothes inside because the waiting time in the queue near the trial room is testing our patience. 2. Billing. One of the focus areas for this outlet. Especially on weekends. We have limited billing counters and again the wait time is high here.

Worst customer care service… and whether it’s on weekends or weekdays there will only be 1 or max 2 person in the billing counter and they will act like they are doing us customers a favour by billing it after waiting for at least half an hour to just be billed .. don’t know why they have so many billing counters if only 1 or 2 is going to be functional ..worst attitude of the whole staff .. better go to other stores in the mall or just buy online

Worst customer service I went yesterday (Sunday) it was heavily crowded and they had only 2 ppl at the billing counter , other counters was vacant and ppl had to wait in line for more than 30-40mins to gets the items billed. When I raised a query about this , this they least bothered. Never coming back to their shop

I visited the lifestyle in phoenix Mall and I was highly offended by the way one of the employees judged me and my friend when we inquired about the sizes. She purposely stated the price of the dress, looked up and down at us and asked if we were "okay" with the price of the dress. My friend and I were immediately thrown off by her insinuation. It didn't occur to us to ask her name but I genuinely think that employees must be kept in line and should also keep their thoughts to themselves.

Worst customer service and the way billing counter function sucks.. they are literally not bothered about the que and taking their own sweet time. I don't think they are worried about loosing sales because of this... no floor manager to even escalate.... standard of lifestyle is going down every year...

Very good place for shopping especially for cosmetics, apparels, luggage and all types of clothing. Plenty of brands offering very best offers. Must visit!

I would suggest to avoid this store. Overly priced merchandise, however the quality seems to be only average. Multiple brands and trends are available. The selection is quite fashionable. The offers in the store are quite deceiving, so I would advice caution in falling for them. The store has a lot of support staff, but is of no use as the foot traffic is low.

I have good memories of shopping here. Nice place. But... I think they must provide a chair for their employees to rest/sit instead of standing all day. Think about it lifestyle. Your employees are your finest asset.

As a regular of shoppers stop this is my first major experience at lifestyle. First glance huge selection of men's women's and kids clothing and accessories. All major brands available. Pricing is comparable to competing stores. They run some offers which gives good bargains (keep checking the lifestyle stores website for regular uodates). Courteous staff genuinely showing interest in assistance. Will come back for more

The starters were good but mutton kebab was missing. When we requested for few more starters, it was very much delayed. We reminded the serving PPL to bring starters many times. Due to the much delayed serving, many of us almost lost interest in eating it. The desserts were good. There were few games for kids and adults.
